PSI showed up right on time, completed the work very quickly, and charged a very fair price as compared to the other quote I received for this work. Highly recommend.

We had to have an after-hours call on a sunday. Carlos called and asked for photo's so he knew what he was getting into. He got out to us as soon as he could. Once here he was able to have our hot water repair pretty quickly! He was great about communicating the issue and even though our plumbing problem was in a tight spot behind our plastic shower...he was confident he could get things fixed!

Really great service. Everything from calling after hours to having a technician here fast. In fact, we have them coming out to do another job for us.

I've always been pleased with PSI!! They were able to move my appointment up 3 days which was incredible. John was awesome, super personable and worked so hard to make sure our new toilet worked perfectly! We'll definitely be calling them again for our next fix.

David was a total professional. He knows his craft and gave lots of helpful advice moving forward.

While PSI is expensive, definitely more than most, you know the work will be done correctly and they’ll always be there if any other problems arise

I had a challenging plumbing repair under my house in a small nasty crawl space.
All the plumbers I called were weeks out or weren’t into it. I called P.S.I. and they said they could come to the house in two days.
Guillermo and Sergio showed up took care of the repair never complained about the tight spot it was in, professional and got it done fast. While they were here I talked to Guillermo about replacing the ancient furnace next summer, It was a big relief to establish a contact for this. Guillermo even mentioned if it goes out sooner they could do an emergency replacement. That was huge!

Outstanding Experience with PSI Plumbing – Ask for Griffen

We had PSI Plumbing out recently, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. Griffen came out and did a full walk-through, taking the time to explain everything in plain English — no rushing, no pressure, no vague answers.

What really stood out was how thorough and trustworthy he was. He didn’t just point out problems — he explained why things needed to be addressed, what the proper solutions are, and how to get everything fully up to code so we don’t have to worry about our plumbing ever again. This company was very easy to work with. From the first phone call I made to the information that was gathered on that call to the setting up of the appointment, everything was professional and efficient. The window that we received for them showing up was 8 AM to 12 PM and they called and showed up a little bit after eight. The technicians that did to work were courteous professional explained everything properly and made sure we didn’t have any questions that went on, answered.

Our plumber John was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. We had 3 issues at our house that we guided him to and he worked through each one with a solution. He was even able to identify some additional at risk areas for us during his visit. I would definitely recommend working with PSI as they were responsive and able to get our issue resolved quickly!

Kristina was great! She explored all the possibilities of what caused my drain issue. She even let me view the snake camera! She alleviated all my fears. And she offered me suggestions for future optional work. It was far less expensive than i was predicting! I will definitely use PSI again. They were quicker to schedule than anyone else & provided great communication before the appointment. The hotel i used to work at always used PSI as their vendor of choice & now i see why!

Casey and Tyler were superb! I had lots of notice prior to their arrival, they arrived first thing in the morning and solved our issue quickly and with high expertise. The price was more than reasonable for helping us (and they gave me a quote prior to the work). I highly recommend PSI and my thanks to Casey and Tyler.

John did a truly excellent job. He was here installing my water leak detector and it did involve a lot of labor to get it done properly. He was on time and I was able to watch him do the install. He was very meticulous about making sure everything was lined up correctly and level. Everything looked like it was professionally installed as it should look. He also made an extra effort to make sure the area was totally cleaned up when he left. I would highly recommend John for anybody who needs plumbing work done. It's hard to find someone who takes pride in their work and does a good job these days.

John was our plumber. We had a bad leak. We were gone for 2 weeks. Our maid left a window cracked open that we did not notice when we did our run-through prior to leaving: doors locked, windows closed, alarm set, cameras checked.
Weather went sub-zero, high winds. Enough got through the window crack to freeze the faucet, breaking internals. Then, it thawed enough. Water flowed. My security camera caught the weird bump from across the room. It had been my random checking that revealed the floor-warp. I drove back and found water trickling down the undersink back wall. So lucky it was only that and not full water pressure-flow.
Turned off water flow, called PCI.
They did not know the damage extent until they arrived. They assessed, got their supplues/parts and went to work. They could have easily blown me off for another day, but they knew this needed attention and with the water off, the radiant heating system was also off and the house was already at 52 degrees, from the setting of 55 degrees - John met the situation.
You can see the damage, the under-sink before and after photos. Overnight, the house is now re-set to 65 and it's ok. Next up is the damaged oak flooring - probably a complete upper level re-flooring. Hard to match exact stain/grain.
My wife and I did not "need" this, but we aren't freaked out. PCI/John came in and fixed the leak. Our root cause was being sloppy on our way out of the house, period.
You can see the cleaned-up after-shot, the messy under-sink before shot, all that was pulled out to clean-up and reduce the leak opportunities for future failure, and the warped, damaged oak flooring.
