Reviews of local pros in Strasburg, Colorado

Gabriel and his crew built a deck for our side yard that the family is absolutely in love with. The team worked fast and efficient, while providing good communication along the way. I would highly recommend going with Mateo's!

Great work and fast! Highly recommend!

Good workmanship on fence. Completed on time. Very professional. Would recommend for future work.

He's great! Highly recommend. He gives you a quote and keeps it at that agreed amount. Meets the timeframe as well. Multiple jobs well done!!

Great work was quick and efficient and the quality was outstanding

I had a cement deck done by Mateo’s. This company and the workers were fast and proficient! I was so happy with the cement deck! I look forward to working with them on future projects!

This gentleman does it all and very efficiently too. Have called on him twice now to help fix a part of my fence as well as dig a trench and he completed both the jobs the day of. Quality work for unbeatable prices.

Gabriel is fantastic. He installed sprinklers and did some concrete work at my home. He’s always been quick to respond, friendly, and does great work.

Mateo's Fence and Landscaping has completed several projects for me. The quality of work is excellent and the prices are reasonable. He built a fence around my garden to keep the dogs out. He also replaced several posts on my aging fence.

WOW! Fence blew down, Gabriel and team were here next day putting it back up. GREAT craftsmanship!

Gabriel and his team did a couple of big projects for us that included a combination of construction of a pergola and outdoor kitchen involving concrete, masonry, pavers and landscaping. He was skilled in all areas of the design and really great to work with. I highly recommend him!

Great service and wonderful job on our fence ,very good with getting it finished in a timely manner ! Would most definitely hire them again. Cindy Nichols

Gabriel was great. Installed a flagstone walkway. Not an easy job at all. A significant incline. He did a fantastic job, helped with getting the proper materials. Installation was top notch. Plan to use him again for more stone work in the future. Also came in at a very competitive price.

So thankful to have met Gabriel from Mateo’s Fencing and Landscape. He and his team did an amazing job on our perimeter fencing and he really helped me out sorting out the ruptured pipes in my sprinkler system this spring. We couldn’t be happier with the effort, efficiency and pricing!

We have used Mateo's landscaping two different times for sprinkler and landscaping projects. On both occasions he was very easy to work with and very reasonable with pricing. My husband came up through the construction trades and is very knowledgeable and also very particular when comes to quality and workmanship. Gabe and his crews were able to meet my husbands expectations and we would recommend them to anyone needing landscaping work done.

Mateo did an amazing job on the fence. They were quick, professional, friendly, and I'll absolutely work with them again in the future.

I first met Gabriel when he gave me a bid to build a fence around the house about 5 years ago. His bid was by far the most competitive and we decided to have him construct the fence for us. At that time, he also built the most perfect and predator proof attached chicken run for our hens. The jobs were both beautifully constructed, but just as importantly, Gabriel was great at communicating timelines and what he would be doing, etc. We were very impressed with Gabriel and his work so we then had him landscape the backyard, and then eventually also the front yard. This included fixing and installing sprinkler systems. Again, all of the work was beautiful as he has a keen eye for design. When I was unsure what I wanted he always patiently helped me decide what to do. Gabriel is reliable, consistently showing up when he says he will, and always staying late until the job is done. I am constantly amazed at his incredible work ethic as well as the outcome of his projects. He goes above and beyond to get the job done perfectly, quickly, and is overall a great person and a joy to work with. I have recommended Gabriel to many of my friends and each of them have been equally impressed and satisfied.

Gabriel is a straight A student in my book. His work shows 3 features I always look for: quality, integrity, and craftsmanship. Mateo's is the way to go!

Two years ago Gabriel designed and installed our backyard, along with installing fencing on our property. He did a wonderful job and we absolutely love our backyard! Since the first installment he has come back to add more bushes and trees that we wanted a year later and then this year he replaced a few small trees that had some issues.

In addition Gabriel advises us on how to keep our yard, bushes and trees growing and staying beautiful. We appreciate all the work he has done for us and plan to keep using his services for sprinkler turn off, fence staining and any of our landscaping needs. We highly recommend him and his company!

I cannot say enough about how kind and efficient this company’s was! The project was quoted within 48 hours of contact and booked within a month of initial contact. The project exceeded initial expectations and included sod, fencing, irrigation, and plants. I can’t wait to work with them again on future projects and have referred them to friends and family.

Gabriel and his crew are great to work with. They installed almost a mile of wildlife fencing around our property, it was a big job and they worked daily sun up to sun down until the project was done. Their pricing was the best of the three quotes we got and they used superior products (knotted wire vs just welded wire). A few weeks after our fencing project was done he came back out last minute to fix our sprinkler system that had some damage over the winter. Again they were great to work with!
