Our AC went out today and Matt came to check it out. It turns out that we need a new one. Matt is working on a quote for us now. Matt is very professional and comfortable to work with. He took the time to explain what was wrong and the options for replacement versus repair. We will see what happens moving forward. I am very happy with the service so far. Update: Today Matt and Marcus came out and finished taking care of our AC problem. They were both great. They completed the job at the quoted price which I found reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

Marcus came to our home on an emergency call on a Saturday morning and was here within 20 minutes of our call. He was attentive to our concerns and was on top of getting our water heater replaced promptly. Marcus was very pleasant to work with and did a great job. Highly recommend!

The technician Rob was friendly, courteous, and very informative. He kept me updated on everything he was doing and made sure I understood what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost before he did it. He didn't push me or try to convince me of any repairs or replacements. He gave me the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision. He was very honest and thorough. I really appreciated his help in cleaning, servicing and certifying our furnace and ac units in preparation of selling our home. I highly recommend them!

I love this place! Finally a business that proves that they have the customer’s best interest and n mind. They have a price sheet including labor and parts so there is no doubt they are charging exactly the same thing for every issue. You know there is no secret increases in the end. The technician was very knowledgeable and fair. I really enjoyed my experience even though we knew we would have to replace our furnace.

Contacted U.S. Mechanical about a possible gas leak and they arrived within an hour during a snow storm. Matt was very friendly, professional and thorough. He determined we needed a new shut off valve and completed the repair efficiently. They will definitely be my first call on any future issues.

Serviceman Raz was great. He explained everything that I needed to know and conducted himself professionally. Polite, clean, efficient, and dedicated. That's how I would describe him.

Raz is the best and seems to have the magic touch when it comes to HVAC systems. I live in a high rise and was worried about my 50 year old HVAC system. Although my system is still working, Raz did a full inspection and diagnosis of all the parts. He then made a plan for me should any of the components start to fail, and included the prices for each part/service. The whole thing gave me peace of mind. Plus, Raz is absolutely lovely to work with.

We got Matt and he was great! I called in the morning and had someone at our home by the afternoon. When I called I was greeted with friendly customer service. He set me up for my appoinment same day. When Matt got here I was able to communicate that I had a sleeping baby and dogs that like to alert strangers. He immediately caught my drift and was able to communicate with me when he needed to come in the house when going back and forth without having the dogs cut nap short. He was also so friendly and thorough. He was able to fix the problem so quickly and educate me on a few things as well. I signed up for their annual service purely based on this amazing service as a whole. Other companies should take notice, this is how you get happy customers willing to throw their wallet at you! I'll be going on vacation now with no worries about my house cooking.

U.S. Mechanical Company is amazing! We have had them out to our house twice since we bought it and each time they have came out it has been nothing but great. Employees are kind and always go out of their way to make sure the job is done correctly! Highly recommend them!!

Are there words higher that Exceptional, Excellent, Amazing? I could go on and on, Darrin came our to look at the heater and water tank in my RV. Brand new, dealership blew me off.... However Darrin came out the next day, after I called. He spent a little over 2 hours trying to find issue. He didn't even charge me, he said he couldn't find the issue. Even though they usually don't work in RVs, Darrin came our anyway! Thanks Darrin, You ARE GREAT!!! Also enjoyed conversation with him! God Bless You ALL, take good care🙂

Had an appt. 8-10am, Irvin arrived at 8am, after fixing the air conditioner, and informing me why it wasn't working, also, explained some things that the furnace/ water heater may need some updates I didn't know about. Thank You for your Knowledge of your Job!!!

Matt did a great job fixing my furnace right before a winter storm. He took his time inspecting everything and made sure it was running at 100% before he left. I appreciated that he explained what he was doing along the way, it made me feel confident in the work he was doing. He also helped me figure out some long term solutions so I (hopefully) won’t have to deal with the same issue again. Solid service, and I’d definitely call him again if I ever need HVAC work.

I purchased a combo heater, central air conditioner with 11 yr warranty. There was a power surge that broke my condenser switch. They replaced switch and AC was working. Shortly after tech left, AC stopped working. They immediately return and fixed problem. The thermostat was damaged and needed replaced. After 800 plus dollars later. I was only charge a service fee. Every thing else was cover under warranty. I am very impressed with their work ethics

Raz came and worked on my unit(central air conditioner),and he was able to diagnose and fixed the problems before he left. I am so happy 😊. I am very impressed with the company and their employees. They were able to explain things so I was able to understand everything. What a great company ,and I definitely give them a 5 star review .
