Our technician Rolla S. was knowledgeable, courteous and explained the problem with our refrigerator. This is our backup fridge and is not cost productive to repair. Thank you.

Paul is the most professional serviceman I have ever had. Right on time and diagnosed the problem in a minimal amount of time. Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend his services. Thank you, Linda

The technician I had for 2 of the service calls on my dryer was very helpful and seemed to have the right expertise and skills. He was respectful, productive, and pleasant and completed the necessary work each time. I commend him and appreciate him.
However, I had several NO SHOWS of a different tech in between the 2 successful service calls. The whole scenario took months. The NO SHOW tech situation was not customer friendly and wasted a lot of my time with little to no recourse.
I tried and tried to get through the automated system to a real person who could assist and had very little success. The best that happened when I got a real person was a reschedule at least two weeks later which resulted in another NO SHOW. I received no explanations, no urgency to amend the service scheduling, and no follow up on the dropped service calls. Each time, the rescheduling continued to require a whole day set aside to wait for a technician. I even dealt with a few automated rescheduled appointments which I had to go back to protect the appointment I'd already scheduled around in the first place.
For the NO SHOWS, I would have notice in the morning the technician would be there, then the notice of arrival time disappeared and indicated I needed to reschedule. And then the whole futile, impersonal cycle repeated! The whole experience with Sears, except for the helpful technician, was very frustrating and disrespectful of my time and concerns as a consumer. Leadership and management have insulated themselves by using an automated system that gets a consumer nowhere. -
Totally knew what he was doing and was friendly and professional and awesome!

My refrigerator went out after only 1 year. Lowes store said it was covered under protection plan. Here is where the problem begins. Had to file a claim with a company called Assurant. Everything is done by text, no live person to communicate with. Stupid! Made a claim and realized it was for a range not my refrigerator. I cancelled the claim and made another claim for the refrigerator. Again all this is done by text, still no live person. I had to wait two days for service on the refrigerator through Sears appliance repair. I called in sick to wait for the service repair to fix the refrigerator. I received another text (no call) from Johnny advising he was not coming out as he fixes ranges and not refrigerator's and to contact Assurant to reschedule. Mind you, I cancelled the claim for the range but not the refrigerator. It is almost impossible to get in contact with a live operator at Assurant or Sears. This could have all been straightened out with a phone call from a representative instead of through text, which is ridiculous.
I have called another company and spoke to a live representative (believe it) and a service repair person will be here soon.
I will never buy another appliance through Lowes or a service protection plan that uses Assurant or Sears appliance repair. Wasted a whole day of work for nothing, but what do these companies care. Just keep buying these shitty protection plans to protect yourself but they will never service your product effectively. It is better not to waste your money!
Thanks for nothing -
Scheduling, Arrival, and Technician were all fine but the repair did not fix the problem. It took several weeks to get things lined up. Parts ordered, and repair scheduled and I have the same issue the first time I ran the dishwasher

This guy never showed up! I did get a receipt of the work he allegedly did with a bill and an ask for the rating. I reached out to the company and they’ve been nothing but rude to me. They cut me off in midsentence and tell me that somebody’s going to call and then nobody calls. I really need my air conditioner fixed, and the home warranty was paid in full.

Sears Home Services is a broken company. It took 2 months and 7 appointments (5 of which were canceled after you sit around all day waiting) to complete a simple repair. To say that this is a service company is misnomer.

We had our technician Paul come in and do a fabulous job, very informative, friendly, and resolved our problem. A+ service! Thank You!

Work was done well repair man was personable but left the old part for me to dispose of.

Sears customer service is the worst!!! RJ, my first technician went to the wrong house. Sent me a picture of the wrong house, and cancelled me. He was 2 houses down. I never saw his truck. All the while I was texting him saying he was at the wrong house. CS phone line is a joke. The only thing that saved this horrendous experience was Paul S. He was lovely and wonderful and showed up to help me. Thank you Paul!
I will never buy anything from Lowe’s again due to the terrible business they choose to handle the warranty service. -
Michael was great, but appointment time was way off schedule. System should have updated. 5 hours difference is not acceptable. Should have been notified by a person. We didn't even get a text.

MY complaint is not with the technician but with Sears. It took 3 months to get the dryer fixed because no one showed up to the repair appointments and I had no way to contact a PERSON to find o was going on. Once Johnny came the dryer was fixed and I am pleased I have a dryer again.

They cancelled on us FIVE TIMES the day of service with no explanation, simply “due to unforeseen circumstances.” This was all done via an AI bot, with no phone number, no contact email to reach out to a human being. Each reschedule was two weeks to a month later. It’s been THREE MONTHS since our initial repair request and our stove is still not fixed. This is the absolute WORST customer service experience I’ve had in my entire life. Don’t waste your time with this company.

New appointment scheduled for 2/19 after 3 TIMES NO SHOW by a repairman! Communication is near zero from this company and it's almost impossible to reach a live person to discuss our issues. Twice now the repairman canceled our service order without any call or text to us. We had to rent a refrigerator the day before Christmas and we are still paying for it. And even though NO repairman has shown up since early January, Sears Home Services has already deducted the $100 deductible from our account. Amazing!
It seemed that Zach, the initial repairman back in December, had fixed the problem. However, The next day we discovered that the refrigerator section was getting warmer and there was excess condensation on the interior near the ice maker. Even though it had been only 2 days since the repair had been done, the earliest appointment offered was for 15 days later. Not acceptable! -
The tech was very nice and friendly. He showed up on time and went right to work. He feels that he fixed the problem and on repairs you never know. He said to call back if it doesn’t work but he feels it will be ok. This was the first time and he was here and wasn’t one of the technicians that didn’t show up like others have complained about. I have always been happy with Sear’s. Thank You!!!!!😊

Jestavian T came out the first time and he knew exactly what was wrong with my washer just by the sound of it and I ordered the part and then he came back and installed the motor drum and had my washer sounding brand new. Thank you so much!!!

Amazingly helpful technician!, 5/5 for him, but the frustration of NEVER being able to talk to a live customer service person over 3 days of delays and reschedules, only to then have this company try to charge me $700 for a $50 dryer part is not going to entice me to come back.

Sergio was absolutely wonderful. What wasn't wonderful was that I had to wait to get my furnace fixed for over a week.

RJ is good about letting me know an eta, which is helpful. He's very personable, shows attention to detail and offers possible causes when things aren't so obvious. The frig has been challenging and more than one tech has worked on it. I hope it's solved this time and the fan isnt a defective part again!

I don’t like waiting all day for repair man. I feel tide up. It would be nice to know the time they are coming. I could go and do other business
