A most excellent experience! I received a fair estimate for a tree trim and a tree removal with complete stump grinding (see photos). This was done quickly and clean up was thorough! I highly recommend German and his crew!

I was impressed by the whole process. Professional every step of the way. I received a copyof insurance, quickly and German honored his quote event though the tree was larger than he had realized. Team showed up on time, cleaned everything up as I expected. 2 large trees and 3 tall Aspens in one day. Great work! I highly recommend - end to end quality.

I contacted the company and found them to not only be very affordable, but they were also well insured and skilled at what they do. They are experts at cutting trees and will use the method that is best for your situation. From the first phone call to scheduling something with them, things were smooth and easy. They are the best in the field and I would not hesitate to call them for any future tree services!

DO NOT USE!!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to get a quote from Maryuri. She initially quoted me a price based off of number of rooms and bathrooms but said she would look at my place the first time and be able to better quote me, before she cleaned. The cleaning personnel showed up 30 mins late and Maryuri did not show up as agreed. I had already vacuumed the whole house, and only 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths were left to clean (my quote was based off of 3 bedrooms and 4 baths). The staff called her, and she said the price was the same, regardless. Since she charged a friend of mine only $200 and her house is 3 times the square footage, I knew this was not a fair quote. I asked how much it would be for just a living room, kitchen and dining room and she said $150. I decided it was best to cancel since she didn't bother to show up as agreed (or on time), and to give me a quote before they started so I could decide. She said I had to pay for gas and said it would cost me $100!!!! This is NOT an honest person!

I saw them cleaning somebody’s home in the neighborhood and called for a quote. The lady was so friendly. She offered to come and give me an in person quote. I was able to get scheduled the next day. The ladies were very friendly and did an excellent job cleaning my home. Definitely recommend and will be using them again.

They did a great job and can even replace and repair carpets that have been torn or ripped! I highly recommend these guys! On time, great price and very professional! I have referred them to many friends and they all agree!

We were told how good our carpet looked and that it was in great shape by the guy who came out to clean it, which I appreciated because we vacuum often and have our own rug doctor we use every 6 months. We wanted to have a professional company do it for piece of mind, but I do not believe their method of cleaning is effective. Scrubbing soap into a carpet and leaving, is like washing your hair and not rinsing out the shampoo. For 2 days our carpets were wet, and we noticed many stains that were not previously there (wicking?). After the 48 hours we vacuumed over and over, but our carpets looked, smelled and felt worse than before. The major concern is the new stains that have appeared. We are really hoping they are not permanent. We have a truck mounted company coming out to redo, which is unfortunate because we basically just wasted $. We tried several times to speak with someone to get the issues resolved, but they have been unresponsive.

Terse and rude on the phone. Tried to book an appointment, and gave the owner heads up that I intended to purchase a Groupon. He proceeded to lecture me on just how terrible Groupon is, how they take so much of his money, how he only books his Groupon clients 60+ days out. Clearly Groupon isn't so terrible that you don't offer your services there, so don't be rude to your customers who want to use it.

Edit after owner's non-response:
Note how he doesn't address my chief concern? He was rude, he lectured me on how bad Groupon was for him even though he somehow thinks it's worth selling there. I've used a ton of Groupon services - I've left exactly 2 reviews now that mention it. One was when they misrepresented the deal, and this one was because the guy doesn't know how handle basic customer communication.

It's not a difficult concept: if you don't want Groupons, don't take Groupons; if you do take Groupons, don't lecture customers on how terrible they are.

These guys were amazing! They were very professional. My technician worked so hard and the results were GREAT!. Great pricing. I love that they take pride in doing the job right and are very realistic about what is needed. I will definitely use them again.

I really wanted to be happy and satisfied with this purchase. However, after the completion of their “service” and waiting the 48 hours to vacuum - our carpets are worse than they were. I’m truly worried about permanent damage and have called the company several times. The last conversation I had was that the “owner” would reach out since it was a groupon. Well, it’s been a few days and still no call from the “owner”. I tried to let them make it right before leaving negative reviews but sadly I have no choice. Please save your money and look into other companies. I would hate to have anyone else experience what I have.
