Great price and great service! Cody and Caleb communicated well and did a great job on the floors ! I will definitely use them again and refer to friends and family !

Everytime I have used them they do a great job. I have older carpet and a landing that my dog sleeps on and gets pretty dirty. When they are done it looks fantastic! Love the fresh smell too. Highly recommend and I will be a continued repeat customer.

Cody is amazing! Our giant breed dog can make a huge mess when he’s ill and Cody gets the carpet so clean and fresh, it’s like it never happened!!

Not happy. Not as advertised and the service that was provided was in effective. We called to ask about their Groupon Steam Cleaning offer. They said no need to go through Groupon as they would match the offer directly. When Cody (owner) arrived to perform the service he stated that the offer was not for Steam Cleaning service but rather “Low Moisture Treatment”. We should have canceled then. Service was $92 and we still have significant pet odors. We sent an e-mail to Next Level. While we initially received a call back, we had to cut the call short. I have since left 3 messages and no response.

Cody was nice and seemed very knowledgeable but at the end of the day the service provided was ineffective. Too bad because I prefer to support local businesses.

Rich was awesome! Came in and did a thorough walk through with me. Worked crazy hard to clean my entire upstairs and hand scrub my staircase in about 1.5 hrs. He took extra care to make sure my carpets were as nice and clean as they could be. It made a huge difference and you can tell the quality/hard work was top notch. Very nice and polite guy too. What was gross stained old carpet when I moved in, looks like new carpet now thanks to Rich and Next Level.

Boy did we give Cody a challenging task...but he did a wonderful job, our carpet looked fantastic. Communication was excellent and he was quick but thorough.

We have used Next level Carpet Masters for the last three years and have always been so happy with the service. They are quick and the carpets always look great. We use them for residential use yearly and the prices are amazing but the service is top notch. Cody is so friendly and will be honest and treat areas that need it without pressure, he is knowledgeable about pet stains and what to do for them in between cleanings. We will forever use Next Level Carpet Masters for our carpet needs.

I have never got my carpet cleaned by a foam before. Have to say it was a little weird but my carpets came out cleaner than they ever have. I won’t go back to steam cleaning again. Cody was so nice and professional. I had several fosters and one of my dogs was constantly marking my carpet and there are no stains or smells after he was done. I’m going to have him come out quarterly to do them. Just to keep up on them.

Living in a rental with a pretty old carpet, not to mention having a precious but much older cat with upset stomach issues so when she vomits it is very hard to make spots go away. From the beginning Cody has been professional, super friendly, very respectful and going that extra mile to ensure we are satisfied as customers. He has an incredible background and experience in flooring and he gives you all the information and pricing up front- so no hidden fees, no extra charges which sometimes is what we used to dread. Excited to have him continue to clean our home!

Can’t recommend these guys enough! We have used them to clean our carpets at our two business locations and have been super pleased. Today Cody and Devon Came to our home to clean carpets and did an exceptional job. We had some really stubborn pet stains that we’ve had other companies come to clean and never been able to get up. They really went to the ‘Next Level’ and you can barely see any of those pet stains. Really impressive! Great job Cody and Devon!

I was very happy with the work they did. Initially, the owners son came out and cleaned the carpets while I was out of town traveling. When I returned and saw the outcome, I was disappointed, but instead of leaving a bad review I did what he asked and called to let him know that it didn't look that clean to me. He thanked me for calling and scheduled a follow-up cleaning. I'M VERY HAPPY!! It looks fantastic!

What I appreciated is that he brought his son to the cleaning with him. He used the time to do additional training. I heard him coaching him on what things to look for, proper water usage and the type of brush to use for certain carpets. And listen folks, to think any of us are perfect right out the gate as we learn things...we'd be kidding ourselves.

The owner was honest about what could have been done differently and acted quickly to get back to make it right. To me, that's customer service. I'm about supporting small business and the people that work hard to be successful!

Cody and the Next Level Carpet Masters are great. They do a really nice job, my 10 year old carpet looks beautiful after they leave and they are efficient and very professional. I will keep using them as I think they bring a lot of value and do a really good job on my high traffic carpets. Cody is friendly, but also does not complicate home life. Highly recommended!
