Great company, very knowledgeable. The techs that came out (Brandon and Kevin) were great. They were able to diagnose the problem, get the part and get the heat back running, all within a few hours. I Will be definitely calling them in the future for annual cleanings!!

Dillon was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also super professional and personable. It's always a little strange letting someone into your home, but he kept it very comfortable, respectful of our floors, and just a nice person to talk to through the process. Would absolutely recommend Pure Air Heating and AC Solutions based on this experience.

We just had them install a new AC and furnace. I am very happy with the results. The Daikin AC is very quiet and efficient. Also, it was easy dealing with Matt on the estimate and the installers, Scott and Ivan were top drawer. They were respectful of our space and communicated what was going on with the install. Kevin was great helping us find the problem with our furnace. He gave us honest good advice on our options to fix/replace our furnace. He installed a new furnace quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up when they were done like they were never there. We would highly recommend Pure Air Solutions.

Great service and affordable price. Kevin was on time and everything was cleaned up after the job was finished. He installed my air conditioner and humidifier along with new thermostat. Before leaving my house he set my thermostat and made sure I understood how to work it. I would defiantly use Pure Air Solutions again and highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Fall 2022 furnace tune-up complete and had the pleasure of working with Blake as he came to get us squared away for the coming winter months. Blake did a great job performing the tune-up today. So far everyone I’ve worked with at pure air solutions has been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend getting on a regular schedule maintenance plan with these guys.

When we bought our house in May 2018, the furnace that came with it was 30 years old. We knew that was a bit old, but it was signed off by a tech from Pure Air Solutions so we didn’t think twice about it.

But then, in January 2019, our furnace broke down. We contacted Pure Air Solutions because we wanted to ensure it was fully inspected the first time they came to our home (when we bought the house). The tech that came initially who signed off on it is no longer with the company! So the Field Supervisor, Matt, came to our home to address this problem the very next morning. He was able to quickly evaluate the situation and took full accountability for the former tech who incorrectly signed off on this old furnace. He was so honest and kind about the whole situation and made me feel so much better! They brought in and installed a new furnace that same day he evaluated it!!

Because of their initial mistake, they offered us the single stage furnace for $0, but we went with the next step up- dual stage furnace- for the marginal price of $500 total (saving over $3,000!!). The installation crew, Ivan and Scott, came in a couple hours later and were quick and kind and helped me understand about the new furnace and how to use it.

I have so much respect for this company and therefore highly recommend using Pure Air Solutions for any of your HVAC needs. They are honest and reasonable and very fast and hard workers! I've been using Pure Air to service two properties. I have an older AC unit and have neglected it, so it needed attention. They have done great work and have had fabulous customer service at every level! The technicians have all been knowledgeable and they can get the job done in a very timely manner and a reasonable price. It's clear they care deeply about their customers and have even called back to check up.

Will and the crew were fantastic! They came out same day on short notice, and were able to diagnose and repair quickly. The cost was very reasonable. We also felt the love from working with a smaller family owned team. We plan on working with them when we upgrade our system, and have them on speed dial for any future repairs.

Tech Brandon was very efficient in installing new furnace, very respectful and all around great person to be around. He mentioned that he had been a Marine for many years and it shows in the best ways. Thank you for your service (if you see this review)!

Pure Air Solutions is great at communicating with customers. If I make an appointment I get a text and an email with verification information for date and time. On the day of the appointment I get a text with the technician’s name and photo. Then the technician texts when he is in the way. GREAT SERVICE!

These folks were top-notch the whole way through. Kevin the owner and Will were wonderful from the first phone call through the Instal of our whole-house air purification system. They were polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and educated us along the way. We had an estimate the same afternoon, and they were in our house within days. The prices were also competitive and reasonable. To put it simply, every penny was well spent. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
