Thank you Ryan! Me and my pops where inside of my furnace looking to do some maintenance. We were inspecting the ignitor and flame sensor. During this process we ended up accidentally cutting one of the power cables on the inside of the furnace. Since i am no expert on furnaces. I called several places looking for someone to be able to come out and repair it on a Sunday. They were the only company available to come out same day. While Ryan was at my home, he was very professional. He even answered some of my questions about replacing my current water heater for a tank-less unit. He had the repair on my furnace done within 20 minutes. I would recommend these guys to anyone i know. Thank you Ryan at Marky Mark's Heating, Cooling & Plumbing!

Marcus, Mike and Ryan came out to install a new furnace at my mother's house. They did a great job. They were out at her house on time, quickly and efficiently installed her new furnace and even finished half an hour under their estimate. They even took the time to explain how her new thermostat works. Highly recommended.

I was lucky enough to get Ryan as my tech, to clean/inspect my furnace and central ac unit, as i am selling my condo, and my furnace especially was getting up in age. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, and has no problem explaining everything to questioning people such as myself. Was an absolute joy to work with, but the best part about the whole scenario, he is NOT a salesman. He was very straightforward as to what the readings on his instruments meant, the overall shape of my furnace, and what OPTIONS I had moving forward. No pressure at all, which is a great thing. Due to my tight timeline, I was not able to compare prices at several companies, but the price I paid for a service call for both my furnace and ac unit, and a deep cleaning of my furnace (which he did an amazing job at btw), was about what I would expect to pay. The honest no pressure approach makes it worth every penny, as do the discounts I get if/when I utilize Marky Mark's again for service/repair on my furnace in the near future. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing furnace or ac inspection/repair.

These guys Rock! Professional yet easy going...They gave us multiple options and took the time to explain them(not common). Amongst multiple quotes they seemed the most knowledgeable. We definitely will be keeping their number close when we're ready for our Furnace and A/C upgrade. Would... & Will recommend to family and friends!

I haven't chosen a company at the time of this review but I felt compelled to write an early review. Received an immediate follow up call to an online request I placed over the Fourth of July holiday weekend. Marcus took the time to answer all my questions and provided additional information to help me make an informed decision. His preliminary estimate seemed in line with other professionals and if his service/workmanship is anything like his responsiveness you couldn't go wrong.

had a great experience with M&M specifically Ryan's help in diagnosing our failed heating system (>11 yr old). We chose to go with a new American Standard heater and settled on a fair installation process and price. completed in one day with minimal impact on our family. Very impressed with the professionalism of Ryan and the master he brought in to assist in the installation and fabrication. The system works 200% better than the old system...THANKS guys.

My sister and I are newer home owners and were told our AC unit was broken (won’t say the company’s name). We saved for a year to buy a new unit and had the other company out quoting us when Marky Mark’s happen to be working on our neighbor’s AC unit and saw. They took time out of their busy day, no appointment schedule and no guaranty that we would go with them, to give us a second option. They ended up fixing our AC for only $50! Yes, our AC unit was older, but we didn’t need to buy a new one yet. The other company was quick to sell us a new unit that we didn’t need. Marky Mark’s gained a loyal customer that day and I’ll spread the word! So may companies try to take advantage of people, especially young people, and Marky Mark’s is looking to make long lasting customer relationships.

I met Marcus about a year ago. Like all things in the world things got turned on their head. This year we where finally ready to pull the trigger. Marcus and his guys showed up dressed professionally and got to work right away. Very Prompt and courteous! They involved us along every step of the new furnace and water heater installation. Our house sadly has nothing that lines up, which meant lots of custom tin work. Not once did we hear a complaint. These guys love what they do! Our giant job of installing and moving the location of a new continuous flow water heater and furnace took only 4 days when others quoted us one and a half to two weeks! They even offered and moved/ rewired the old thermostat and door bell for a wall we where going to be removing at a later date! It's only been 5 hours since they where here and I'm already kinda missing having them in our home! 10/10 would and will hire again!

Had our simple water heater line problem fixed in like 20 minutes. I felt good about the price, seemed fair. These are my new go-to guys!

I tried calling this company yesterday for a copper pipe leak fix (shark bite is leaking just needed to be replaced) and diagnostic for a backyard possible leakage somewhere. I was told to get a call to schedule an appointment. Apparently this is not an enough job for them to do since they didn’t even bother to call me. Today I called back to see if they are gonna come out. He told me to call a Sprinkler System company for some sort of back flow and they are booked 3 weeks out. Then why not tell me this on the first call? Very unprofessional.

Adding update since the business responded. I didn’t call about the sprinkler system, I called about the line that goes to the sprinkler system vacuum has a leak from the shark bite joint. It says plumbing in the title, and looking for a leak in the backyard + fixing a copper pipe leak should be in the definition of Plumbing.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They did excellent work! I HIGHLY recommend them. They are knowledgeable, kind, and courteous.

As i frantically called nearly 8 other HVAC companies Mark called me back quickly, offered me on the spot quote for furnace replacement after i explained our situation and said he would have my home back to being warm before lunch. In my situation, I opted to a brand new heating system due to the cost & age of my previous heater. They were able to remove my old heater & install the new one on the same day.
