I have worked with this company for a while now as a customer for my home and also for our church. They have been so responsive and very accommodating from the customer service person on the phone through the service technicians upon arrival and unto the owner.

Rarely do I give a six star ranking to a company but this would fall into that category. I just appreciate their communication level and their attention to detail and they always give me suggestions of what I may need to do in advance so that we just don't have any service failures along the way. Preventative maintenance is key to taking care of anything and specifically climatization of a home or a business. Having our customers cool when they need to be cool and warm when they need to be warm is Paramount to a good experience and these guys help us fulfill that.

I suggest that you get their annual contract to come out and check your air conditioners and your heaters in their appropriate time frames. I don't think you can go wrong by using any of these guys. And if something ever so slightly happens please get a hold of Kevin he's the owner in the buck stops with him much like the buck stops with me.

Any good reviewer should always let you know if you would use a company again. So the question beckons would I use these people again and unequivocally yes and you should too, you should have them in your referral base.

ZERO STARS if i could. Do not use, no concerne for safety or just bad inspectors!! These guys came in for a furnace maintenance/clean & certify for a house we were buying. Either lied or just didn't care about the inspection. They passed/cleaned it & said they took a bunch of pictures and it was safe working order.. Our report was missing important photos. Within a month the furnace has died. I had another company come out: it was never cleaned, had years of dirt buildup. Huge cracks and rust degradation on the heat exchange (that they passed) Blower motor had been leaking oil. Heat exchange pressure test had issues. This was not something that happened in just a 1 month. This could have cause a fire, leaked carbon monoxide, killed someone. The heat exchange is shot, couldn't even run it if we tried. I called to talk with someone, & they have yet to call me back. We are now out 10grand after buying this house because of their negligence. Just aweful!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

We first worked with Pure Air Solutions in November 2019 when our furnace stopped working. It seemed like a great experience. They were professional, responsive and punctual. The technician identified the problem and we ended up needing the unit replaced. The cost was competitive and the service was quick. The furnace seemed to work well at warming our house, though not quite as efficiently as the old one. We told them, they addressed that. We moved on. All good, right?

In Summer of 2020, our AC unit suddenly died. It was older, but nowhere near total failure. Of course, we contact Pure Air Solutions. We told them that the unit was running nonstop, something that had never happened before, and could it be related to the new furnace they installed several months prior? No, they said, and then they confirmed the unit needed replacing. We proceeded with the replacement.

At this point, things get frustrating. The new AC unit is not at all efficient. It ran constantly and did not even cool our house to the temperature set on the thermostat. We had techs come out at least 3 times saying everything is fine, but we can tweak this and tinker with that. We kept saying that it must be the furnace, but they denied that over and over. The unit improved slightly, but it was just never very efficient, and we were left unsure.

After this, Pure Air Solutions becomes nearly impossible to get in contact with. They dodged phone calls, texts, any contact stating our concerns were ignored.

So recently, we go to fire up the AC for the summer. It's completely inoperable. Will not turn on. We call a different HVAC company this time. He comes to assess the situation and he is completely appalled by what he sees. A furnace too small for our 2800 sq. foot house. An AC too small for our 2800 sq. foot house. The AC unit installation was completely botched. There are several points of install that are not up to code. Permits that were paid for by us but confirmed by the county that Pure Air Solutions never pulled them.

These people have destroyed our entire HVAC system. The other HVAC guy we had out here said he has never seen anything like it in 30 years of work. We have contacted Pure Air Solutions, and once again, they are avoiding calls. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of repair, and the fact that they literally did everything wrong at installation, we may have no choice but to resolve this in court.

I utilized Pure Air Solutions for an AC and furnace replacement. They provided a very thorough estimate and educated me well on their offerings/process. I was impressed with their professionalism and honesty throughout. Will, Kevin, and Brandon were an absolute pleasure to work with…good natured, down to earth, and highly competent at what they do. I won’t hesitate to recommend Pure Air and look forward to using them in the future. Great people, quality service, and a great end product.

I have used Pure Air Solutions for maintenance, furnace and AC install. They have been excellent to work with, went above and beyond to handle an unexpected situation. They have been professional at all times! They are always first on my list to call for any HVAC needs.

Excellent customer service. Dillon came to tune up our AC before we sold our house and he was extremely thorough, explained everything, was on time and extremely courteous while he was here. He was here on two occasions prior to tune up our furnace and certify it prior to selling. He is beyond awesome and I am so grateful for this company!! We are Pure Air Solutions customers for life!!! I can not recommend them enough!

Very happy with this company and the service I received. The technician, Will, was very thorough and his customer service was great. They worked with my schedule and made sure my apartment for service was set in a timely manner. The quote for cost of the furnace service was the best I had received and they were very fair with pricing of an additional issue that needed attention. Overall 100% satisfied with my choice to call Pure Air Solutions.

The tech was so nice, thorough and honest. I will always use this company. So very happy. Seriously great abs honest company. Their annual plan is a must have. The tech was out for a normal time up for my heater and found an issue and fixed it in the spot.

Would not recommend. Purchased a furnace and A/C unit and had all sorts of trouble getting it installed. It took almost 6 months for Pure Air Solutions to complete the job. A/C unit stopped working about a month after being turned on. They advertise 24/7 service but that does not exist. A remote chat group will take your message but they do not know anything about the company and are unable to help. We chose to go with Pure Air solutions because of the reliability and service they sold me on. It is impossible to get a hold of the company in a timely fashion and I currently do not have a working A/C unit in the heat of summer.

It would've been 5-stars, as the first day of service was very good, but half way through day-two the tech went to get a part and never returned. Calls to him and the company were not answered; and there were no responses to emails or online chats (I was told I should hear from dispatch or the office). It is a weird situation. There's no excuse not keeping the customer informed of progress or issues that occur out of their control.
Consequently we had to start again with a new company.

Our furnace went out during the cold front. I called at 5:00 AM and got on their schedule for 8:00 AM the same day. Kevin was awesome and fixed the issue, for a reasonable price. I have PTSD from other HVAC companies over charging. He explained everything up front. I will definitely use him again!

Our fireplace quit working, and altho we figured it would be something simple, my husband is NOT a handyman. Kevin came out and lot the pilot light and got everything blown out. We can't wait till it cools off enough to use it! Kevin is a lovely young man who never disappoints.

In just 2 days, our upstairs bedroom went from 94 degrees to 74 degrees. This outstanding small company was referred to us by a church friend, who'd known the owner for years. My 1st HVAC replacement estimate was 'thousands' higher, for the same end results. Honest, professional, & a quick installation -in their already demanding 'summer rush'. We all have opinions, & mine says Pure Air Solutions should be YOUR next recommendation. Thank you, Kevin, for your service.

house.  Kevin with his expert knowledge gave us the best optimal quote
for the equipment for our house.  He was patient continuing to answer
all our questions and concerns.  Brandon and his crew, including Kevin,
did an excellent and professional job installing our furnace and AC.
Again they were patient with me in answering any questions I had during
the installation process. They installed a new thermostat, setting it up
and showing me how to program it.  We can already tell how much the
heating of our house has improved compared to our old furnace.  I would
