I had a couple of local companies come out and give me an offer for a new ac unit, furnace, and water tank. All were beyond their lifetimes and needed to be replaced. Marky Marks were the only ones who didn’t pressure me, took the time to explain everything to me that I wanted to know, and didn’t try and screw me with a price. Their quote was very reasonable. They were prompt and professional. I’d recommend them to anyone for HVAC needs.

BEST HEATING/COOLING COMPANY IN THE STATE!!! This company is absolutely wonderful!! From my initial call, to the technician that fixed our heater for us...everyone was super professional and incredibly kind.

I cannot tell you how grateful I am for these guys. They showed up incredibly fast after hours. Fixed the furnace incredibly fast. And even gave me more information on some other products I was inquiring about. They are honest, hardworking, and amazing.

I am a single mom and it is super important for me to find trustworthy reliable companies that are able to help out in a bind as I am not well versed in this type of work. They came out 2 times and they still didn’t fix the my Ac. I had a different contractor come. They cleaned out the coils that was said was already done. They cleaned out the condensation drain that when full it shuts off the entire system. Which is what it did. They dialed back the blower speed to within company specs. MM made me think I needed the new blower. Then after explaining all this MM made excuses to everything I just explained and still didn’t admit to not fixing the AC. Lack of integrity and ownership is baffling.

We needed a new water heater so I called Marky Mark’s. I was quoted a price over the phone and it was comparable to other quotes. Ethan and Mike R came out in 2 days to do the work. They were very friendly and professional. The next day I noticed a water leak coming from the hot water line on the tank. I called and Mike R arrived in about an hour. The leak was coming from a section of pipe above where they replaced the hose to the tank. Mike R fixed the leak and didn’t charge an additional fee. I am very satisfied with this company and recommend it to anyone who needs a new water heater.

Marky Marks HVAC and team are top notch. I've needed to use them a few times the last two years due to various things popping up but always know I'm in great hands when they do the work. Mark and his team genuinely care about the customer in how they provide options, explain various paths forward, help field questions, and overall make the entire repair process seamless. Woke up to a cold house this morning, checked the furnace to find a limit circuit lockout error. After a quick 5 min call to Marcus, he was able to give me instructions to fix the system myself and save the cost of getting a technician out here. Very honest guy and I will definitely be calling them again for future issues. Bonus point we have the same name!

I had been smelling an odd gas, exhaust, burnt rubbery smell for a while and had a different company out that said everything was fine. After many months of constant headaches and frequent dizziness I decided to give Marky Mark’s a call. They were out within an hour of me calling due to concerns of carbon monoxide. Turns out my furnace had been leaking carbon monoxide this whole time. Marky Marks just happened to be the ones that found it and therefore got my business when they said my furnace was no longer safe to use due to a cracked heat exchanger. They had a new unit for me the next day and did a great job with the installation. I appreciated that they took the time with getting everything up to code. I’m happy to have heat again. I will send everyone I know their way. I highly recommend them.

Marky Mark's estimate was about half what I found anywhere else. No gimmicks, no tricks, no slick high pressure sales tactics. Just old-fashioned honest, professional work.

I contacted Marcus on Friday for a furnacereplacement, he was able to send his tech Ethan over for an estimate on Monday. He was able to get his tech scheduled for today, not only was this process quick it was affordable. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone but I will also be using them again for future projects.

Ethan, Ryan, and Brad were fantastic to work with. Very professional and personable. They were obviously very experienced in their work and took the time to talk me through their work. Great experience and very reasonably priced compared to the previous quote from a larger company that I did not feel were as trustworthy in their inspection.

Update: On 8/26/24 Ethan came back out as the unit has frozen over. While he wasn’t able to find any obvious problems, he was extremely thorough in trying to find the issue and took a substantial amount of time looking. He did find a plumbing issue involving our furnace and the Sewer line that could have been deadly. Thanks again Ethan.

We needed a new hot water tank, so I contacted Marky Mark's heating. The entire process was very easy and professional from the first contact to the final bill. The servicemen were knowledgeable and quick and the final product looks great.

If you are looking for an HVAC company, you've found it! From start to finish Marcus and his team were easy to work with and they provided the best possible service. We replaced our 20 year old system and we are so glad that we found Marky Mark's. The price was fair and the team provided everything they said they would. Everything was installed, tested and delivered within a few hours, and it's working great. There was not a spec of mess left after the job which is appreciated. I ask a lot of questions, and the team gave me straight up answers and set realistic expectations, and delivered service above my expectations. I did my research before we made the purchase, maybe this will save you some time. This was a big decision for us and we are glad that we went with Marcus and his team!

One chilly evening, the temperature was in the mid 20s and my furnace stopped working for about an hour. I reached out to Porter Family Heating & Cooling. Jaden answered my call right away and started asking questions to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. After I sent him a few photos, we concluded that the problem was most likely a blown fuse.
