I recently had my old furnace replaced, which had not worked for years, and also upgraded my heat pump. i got a great deal through a special offer, which made it possible for me to get a new digital thermostat—my old one was really outdated. Along with the furnace repair, i added duct cleaning, which is scheduled soon, and decided to include an indoor air quality package because we have allergies and pets, so better air filtration was important to me. the new system also came with a surge protector for added safety. jaden and colby handled the installation. they were very professional, treated my home with respect, and made sure to clean up everything after the job. they took time to show me how the new thermostat works and explained how to change the air filters, which for this air quality system will cost about $130 a year, but it’s optional to keep up with. after seeing how smoothly everything went, i decided to sign up for the yearly maintenance plan, which i think is a smart choice to keep the new furnace running efficiently, especially with colorado’s cold winters. overall, i am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend porter family heating & cooling to anyone needing furnace repair or upgrades.

Jaden was very helpful and professional during my recent ac repair appointment. I always get great service from Porter Family Heating & Cooling. This time, Jaden asked if I had spare batteries for my thermostat, since they needed to be replaced, which was the reason I called. He made sure everything was working properly and even left me with extra filters for my heating unit, which was a nice touch since the current ones still had some life left. Jaden also gave me tips on how to keep my ceiling vents clean for better airflow. Overall, I’m happy with the service and appreciate the attention to detail.
