Great customer service!
I was in a bit of a situation a couple weeks ago. My work's sink was leaking so I went to check it out, and I found the part that needed to be replaced so I searched online for the part. There was no model number, no serial number, and I had no idea what the part even was which made it EXTREMELY difficult to find. I had searched for this part online for a couple of hours before I decided to contact a plumber to see if they could help me (because I'm stubborn like that). I contacted a couple plumbers who could not help me and at this point I was so frustrated because I had been working on this sink for hours. I had to cancel my afternoon plans and stay at work hours later to figure out what this part was because it needed to be fixed ASAP. I came across Keith's number and texted him asking for his help. He did not have to help me, but he went above and beyond to help me figure out what that part was and where to get it with no benefit to him. I am very thankful for his kindness and definitely recommend calling him if you need help with anything. Thanks Keith!

Sears Plumbing was able to look at my water line within same day notice. Workmanship was exceptional, price was beyond reasonable, and customer service was phenomenal. I would gladly use them again for services and refer friends and family to the company.

Keith took good care of us. He did a thorough check of all possible issues. When we had to have him return he did not recharge for the trip fee. My house is like a never ending disaster (built by caveman I assume). I was impressed with his knowledge and workmanship. Hopefully we won't need a plumber again, but I know who to call if we do.

Having one plumbing issue is stressful enough, now add in a second major repair when you're headed out of town?!?!

Other quotes I received were not only high, but their communication skills were very poor and they responded as if I was bothering them. I have used Keith and his company twice now. Once I needed a quick repair on a pedestal sink install, and the second time required more extensive repairs on my plumbing in my main bathroom. Both times Keith was phenomenal! Not only was the price fair, but Keith was prompt, courteous, and the workmanship was first rate. I will continue to use Keith for any plumbing and install projects if they arise, as well refer anyone I know to Keith. I Highly recommend his company!
