He has replaced our sump pump, found a small leak we had behind our refrigerator, which was dripping into the basement, and done several others jobs for us. Emergency! Water was everywhere coming out of the kitchen! I was panicking. Ryan came immediately and traced the problem to a broken pipe in the foundation under the stove! What a relief to have an answer and a fix! Very professional and qualified!
