Nate my service guy was great! Problem is with the water treatment warranty service.. I was called to set up an appointment for filter check. Said ok and they told me I would get $20 off my purchase. After the service I had to sign a receipt that shown 2 filters at a quantity of 1. 2 times so it looks like I was being charged for 4 filters only receiving 2. From their receipt pictures. Then I was told I get charged a $100 service fee. And that's where the $20 off is for. NOTE*** Service fee last year was $50 with a discount. Since the company moved I am charged $100?? I feel that the charge was no transparent and making the customers pay extra since the company decided to move. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THE PRICE BEFORE HAND! And given the option to install their filters myself. SO UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY FIND OUT THE PRICES!! the hidden ones!!

Drew was very professional, great personality and knew the product well. He was enthusiastic of all the benefits of what comes from clean water. He answered every question and encouraged my hard sell partner to ask more. He engaged with everyone in the household and made each of us feel like it was our choice together as a family.

we decided to have a water softener installed back in Jan 2019,when the installer came he seemed as tho the job was such a pain. He installed the Rainsoft water tanks less then 2 ft from my furnace, I could not see into the tank nor could I get the salt into the brine tank unless I tipped it to one side, and truthfully I didn't think anything of it. that the water system was to close to my furnace. I called home water solutions to come fix the face plate to the rain soft system, because I had pushed the face plate to hard by accident and it came off. Josh was the tech who came out and he was so sweet and very knowledgeable,Josh could not believe how the system was installed he took pic's and measured how far the system was from my furnace ,Josh went back to his office and spoke with his supervisor showed him how bad this system was installed.Josh and his Sup agreed that this issue needed to be corrected, Josh informed me that they would move my rain soft system away from the furnace and correctly place it near the main water line.AT NO CHARGE to me.
I know that there are bad apples in every company. Josh made such a big impression on me. this young man explained the problem didn't make me feel stupid he just answered all my questions even tho he had to repeat them when my husband came home, I greatly appreciate what he did, he fought for what was right,Josh is a man of integrity! I believe this is what this company is trying to do, rebuild with the right people.
Do I recommend this company? Yes as long as they have more people like Josh.

The information was informative, interesting and helpful. I will definitely do more research to look into the benefits of conditioned water vs. my regular tap water.

The presentation was fine with a few corny jokes thrown in. It was a little strange that we were asked to all drink from the same glass after the presenter had already drunk from it himself. His arrival was 30 minutes later than expected and we had plans following so we had to rush him out at the end. Other than that, it was interesting and helpful.

I grabbed a test kit at Home Depot for testing our water thinking I would get a test for our water. Instead, they called back saying we had dangerous levels and sent someone out to follow up with more testing. Cory, who came out, was great and did a nice job of testing our water, explaining concerns, and outlining issues. However, he was "required" to call his boss who gave multiple offers in a "today only" pitch for a large investment. The salesman himself was good at his job but the whole process was off-putting. I warned the friend I grabbed the water test for not to submit. Be prepared for hard sales pitch for 10K purchase. I wish Home Depot had done better by me.

Andrew Grant came to our house, and I can not say enough great things about him. He was so informative, so so much fun, and very knowledgeable on the product. He kept our attention, had us partake in some of the demonstrations, all while having a great time in learning about the technology and overall benefits. 15/10 would definitely recommend specifically him to our friends and family!!!

We had service today for our Rain Soft equipment, for which this is the only service provider in the state of CO. I was advised if I don’t use Home Water Solutions it will void my lifetime warranty on my Rain Soft equipment.

So I bite the bullet and have them come in for service where they ramp up the bill from $89 to $560. Did a bit of research and know I paid a bit more but they were here and now it’s done.

The issue comes when I am told about several issues with my water heater and there is a need to replace it. Love the line, if you order right now I will waive today’s fees, but you need to order before I leave. They would do all this for me for $4200 for a 50 gal tank. Yep just $4200, for that they would even handle the permit which is a whopping $50.

Was told that I had a gas leak and rust. Also told that my tank was not up to code. I opted out and had a master plumber come to check it all out this same afternoon. Determined that there was no gas leak and that there was no evidence of rust in the water. As for not being up to code, that was not true either. Needless to say, I am glad that I got a second opinion and share this as a caution to all.

Do your research and don’t be pressured by these guys. I could never have faith in them again and will be advising Rain Soft of the same.

Charles C. was so friendly and knowledgable about the water testing and the water systems. He made the presentation very interesting and enjoyable. Only giving 4 stars due to the fact that I had no idea initially that I they wanted me to purchase their water system. I honestly thought it was just a water test to survey the area. At no point did anyone I talked to prior to the visit that that was the end game. Although I would have loved to have purchased a system, it was just not the right time for financially. Charles was great about not pressuring us to buy, which I appreciated.

My 30 year old water softener system had a malfunction and the company responded immediately! Lucas the technician was knowledgeable, professional, patient with all my questions and provided several options to repair to fit our budget! It wasn’t inexpensive however, the quality of the work, the new technology. and the warranty was worth it!! Satisfied loyal customers.

William (w2) did outstanding work!! He used both Teflon tape and pipe dope on all of the gas fittings. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and answered all of my questions. His work was very professional and thorough. After he finished the installation, he encouraged me to watch when he tested all the gas fittings with a “leak test” solution. I couldn’t be more impressed or pleased with the work that was done. In addition, everyone I dealt with at Home Water Solutions was very professional as well.

The water tester, Drew, was fantastic! Great personality, informative, and professional. We were just not given the exact scope of what the water test would entail prior to Drew's visit, so it was a more lengthy process than expected, the the goals of Home Water Solutions and ours going into the experience were different. The information was helpful, and we will take the information learned into consideration.

5 years ago we decided to have Water solutions install a water softer in our house. They installed the system, everything looked good, I was happy. The next morning, I got up and found half the basement was flooded, needless to say I was less than pleased. I called as soon as they opened, they send a tech over with in an hour. They, to my surprise, took care of everything. I didn't have to deal with calling a carpet installer to dry everything up. They did it all. I was so pleased the way they made everything right. Accidents do happen, but it's nice to know, they will make it right if it does ... I recently did get a upgraded on the filter system for our drinking water in the kitchen and a hot water heater. I want to thank Will and Pat for the great install and doing extra work that was not even in the contract. I do put my trust in Home Water Solutions because they do stand behind their work with no hassles. I am a testimony of that. Thank you all again for making everything right... Update: Had to update my review because Jaydon is the absolute best! I really really really appreciate the care, quality and concern he provided. All customers want is to be heard and helped when something goes wrong, especially when life is so busy, and he did just that! Above and beyond. I’m glad my husband wasn’t as stubborn as me and gave them another chance.

I’ve had this system for almost 2 years and been resistant to write a review because the service I’ve received has been hit or miss and this company is the only rainsoft dealer in Colorado that I can find. Of course the very first 2 visits with testing my water and then installation was perfect, they wanted the sale of course. But something told me to hold out on writing a five star review. I wanted to see how the system held up and how I was treated as a customer (I’m really big on customer service). The last couple of interactions with the techs who come out have been horrible and it’s like they don’t want to do any work, including just looking and seeing if there really is an issue or making things up and quoting preposterous work that doesn’t even need to be done. The answering service has always been polite and try to get to the bottom of the issue when there is one. I purchased a membership and renew when it’s time to renew, tried to stay a loyal customer and probably have only called two or three times total for services that don’t have to do with the winter and summer check ups that they provide in the membership. But this last interaction with Jeremy on 12/1 was the last straw. Which is weird because I haven’t had any issues with Jeremy when he came out before. Like I said, service is hit or miss. Its too long to go into details but I spoke to the company and they know what’s going on. I no longer trust them though so I have to say after almost 2 years of staying silent on the many review requests they send me I’ve decided to give my honest opinion and let everybody know I would not recommend this rainsoft system or service from HWS to anyone and have not since purchasing it in January 2021.

Great system, nice people, terrible expectations about sales pitch.

The interaction was initiated by myself to investigate and eventually procure a water conditioning system for my home. The scheduler stayed this would be a 45 min water test & presentation followed by a little extra time if interested in looking into options. Was extremely disappointed when we hit 2 hours and we still hadn’t discussed price. I called them not the other way around, they didn’t have to sell me on every little detail. My wife and I were both showing signs of fatigue. Thankfully our kids were behaving and entertaining themselves. We ended up purchasing a system and are very pleased with it. The installation was almost as bad as the sales pitch. Had a 10:30-11:30am scheduled install tech arrival time. I called at 12 as I still hadn’t seen anyone show up and found out that the tech was still stuck on the previous install 2 hours drive away. What time was their install? 5am??? Installer arrived at 3:30 and left at 6:30pm. I had dinner plans I had to reschedule due to their extremely late arrival.

Aside from the sales pitch and installation schedule issues, we do love the system thus far! The 4 star rating is 90% system and 10% service.

Great demonstration of water quality. Drew was funny, informative, and not too "sales-y" which was very much appreciated. We were able to draw our own conclusions about our water without feeling pressure to buy their system. It's amazing the water quality we all live with without even realizing it. It's definitely eye-opening. I'd highly recommend allowing Home Water Solutions to test your water, just for the information alone. To me, having clean drinking water and clean water in general is one of the best things you can do for our health. We'll be purchasing a system very soon!

Drew was absolutely fantastic. He was funny, entertaining, and very knowledgeable. He worked with us to try to get something we could afford. We enjoyed his company and the overall experience was definitely eye opening. We've had our new water system for a week now and are very happy thus far!
