Alison R. was awesome she was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. If you can ask for a tech or schedule her you should! She was no pressure but honest and helpful.

He interrupted his presentation 3 to 4 times at the beginning, saying, “ I’ve got to answer this”, paid more attention to cell phone than presentation.
Started off asking ME why he was here? What the hell, he doesn’t know why he was sent?
Cell phone continued to ring and he kept stopping to look at it, I lost interest right at the very beginning.
He started off wanting a wash cloth, a towel, a bath towel, a pot, two glasses, ridiculous amount of stuff he wanted from us to do his job. Left me a sink full of dishes to wash, which is a crock! What’s up with that? Not impressed. Terrible speaker, talks way to loud, unable to hold your attention.
I still have no idea why he was here, what he was attempting to show or sell me.
This guy is not good at this job at all. He needs to leave his phone in the car for starters. -
Alyssa was very helpful and knowledgeable saleswoman. The installers installed the same day as I we got our products. Our tastes so much better than before!

Lucas did a VERY good job demonstrating the need for, and explaining the benefits of, a water treatment system for our home. I'm excited for tomorrow - as soon as it's installed - I'm taking a shower in truly clean water!

Totally enjoyed the presentation by Jeremy. It was complete with humor, informative, and passionate. You can't go wrong with being knowledgeable from the presnetation and ready to make a decision about your water future.

Wouldn't recommend them to clean my toilet!!... Or maybe only that
Can't keep appointments, and are extremely rude!
Looks like I'll dump my rainsoft unit, and get something else since this appears to be my only option, and they didn't mind me saying so... If they don't want customers... I'm sure the community can arrange that!
And...
They can't even read there own review...
The rudeness, and lack of keeping an appointment WAS home water solutions... NOT rainsoft...(as they are claiming)
Dorks! -
We enjoyed meeting and talking with Charles Cde Baca. It was informative and he delivered his message well. I would recommend him and Home Water Solutions for anyone that is looking for water filtration for their homes.

Had Rain Soft water softener system installed. Appalled that they came out ill prepared & asked me for electrical tape & other tools. And then walked off with my tools. They have ghosted me and have not sign off the rebate form for the water heater. Now I am out the $500 rebate check as the deadline has passed. They had to swap out salt to potassium chloride and dumped the salt on my garage floor. Asked to use my mop which i use on my wood floor. Are they crazy?
Now they claim they did a lab test after doing the install claiming an excess amount of salt. Why wasn’t this done beforehand? They stated we need a whole house RO system costing 18-20K. I asked to see the lab results. They refused to show them. They definitely have something to hide. -
Very professional and courteous! Jeremy took the time to answer questions and explain the details! He has an excellent attitude with customer service and his job. Thanks Jeremy and Home Water Solutions!

Lucas was wonderful and very nice he replaced my filters found the quickie noise ( the water pressure coming into the house is to high) He checked the other appliances that use gas. I feel very safe now

No one told me that they were selling a water solution. They received my number from a Homedepot survey, which I had asked to be on the NO call list to begin with. They called anyway so kindly listened. Call me naïve, but I asked “what’s in it for you” when they said they wanted to do a free water testing. Her answer was “we are just doing testing in the area”. I Truly thought I was helping do a survey and not being sold an item until Drew was at my doorstep. Drew did a great job. If you are looking for a water clarifying solution I would definitely have them come out. Also, the test takes more than 45 mins.

Great presentation, precise to point. Charles was well knowledgeable but it disappointing for him when he found out I already got the unit, still he was able to explain all what's needed to make the system works at 100% capacity. His a great guy.

While we didn't purchase, Lucas was a very good advocate of clean water options and seeking ways to help our household. Unfortunately we couldn't purchase considering we just purchased our home. So, timing was our issu . I recommend using Lucas if you have the opportunity.

Alison R. did a wonderful job testing our water. She was very polite and respectful of our home. She really knows her stuff! So FUN!

The presentation Alison gave was super informative and entertaining. She even included my daughter as her helper which we all enjoyed. Good company. Great product and employees!

Update: The problem has been resolved. Patrick came over and set things right. I would recommend making sure that you are aware of all costs for maintenance and other possible charges for the unit before buying, specifically if you need a PRV for your water pressure, but they are working on making that clear in the future. Otherwise, having clean water is pretty much a no brainer!
Update to my update: A couple of months after the initial issues, we find out that our water system has never worked due to some recalled parts. There was never any notice or email informing clients of this recall. The man on the phone simply told me that they have no idea of knowing who has the recalled parts and therefore they didn't find it necessary to send out any notice of a potential problem. Bad business in my book. When people spend over 8 grand on a system, they want to be able to trust the company they chose to do these types of quality checks. Now, I have no trust in this company or that the system will even work. As of now, the leaky system has left us with a very costly water bill, and some banging pipes. The water bill is how we discovered the issue with the system. Nothing like having Denver water bang on your door and tell you that you have a leak that's wasting gallons of water per min. I will be contacting HomeDepot over this and am considering having them pay for my waterbill. This is absolutely unacceptable. -
He did an excellent job. We could not be more pleased with this service from start to finish. We would have never worked with RainSoft again after our experience in the late 90’s. However the team that we were introduced to, Nick, Ross and Jaydon were the sole reason we came back. We needed a system but we could have gone with any company. The people in this company are the different, for us. Thanks again to all of you. Jaydon is by far one of the most hard working young people. It was clear he appreciated our business and was here to Earn it. We have told everyone we know about our experience and will continue to do so. Thank you all

Great staff at this place of business. There was not a single moment of me talking to reps, installers and service techs than I did not feel like I was being taken care of. These guys are the absolute greatest out here in Colorado and I’d highly recommend them to anyone who is concerned about their water at home.

Wilhelm came out at the exact right time, in a clean uniform and truck, with an organized, friendly and professional approach. My service call started right, but then it got even better! He was helpful, informative, fun, knowledgeable and checked everything, for the water and air and Clean Start for the washer in a short time. Send him again anytime!

I WAS upset with the communication of service, but were more than willing to help take care of the customer service piece. I was weary at the new ownership and how things were handled, but they were super quick to turn that around and make it right. I never had a problem with the work, and the RainSoft coverage protected what was needed. Service had always been good.

Salesman arrived at 6 pm. Said he'd be out in an hour. Finally got him out at 8 pm. Our baby needed to sleep and we had not eaten dinner. This is the main reason why I'm giving 1 star. People remember how you made them feel, not what you said.
Also, the water tests did nothing to convince me we needed the $10k system. He told us we had 63 volatile organic compounds in our water. His proof? A little handheld meter. Probably uncalibrated. I'd bet the compounds exist, but in such low concentrations as not to be dangerous. The water test consists of a bunch of scare tactics to show you how horrible your water is compared to purified water. If your water is good enough, don't bother. Save your money.
