Steve was great at helping me with my broken washer. He first tried helping me troubleshoot over the phone, but the problem continued, so I called him back to schedule an appointment to come out and look at my washer. Unfortunately my call for help was around the holiday, but Steve was able to get me in right after the holiday. Steve was kind, knowledgable and promptly fixed my washer. I would use Steve at Red Van Appliance Repair again and would recommend him for your appliance repairs!

Steve has done several things at one of my rental properties, from dishwasher repair to stoves and washing machines. He's very knowledgeable, trustworthy and gets things done quickly at a fair price. I highly recommend Steve!

Red Van and particularly Steve was truly one of the best experiences I have had with any business. We have a 21 year old Frigidaire Dryer Steve spent three hours solving the noise problem until he fixed it taking it apart 2 times, all for only his service call price. He was a pleasure to meet and talk with!

Steven is just the absolute best!!! When the belt on our machine broke, another technician from our warranty company wouldn’t fix it. I called Steven and he came over the same day, wrestled with this machine, and was able to figure out how to get the belt on using some creative thinking! He refused to give up and now our washer/dryer combo machine is working like new! He so so professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him!

We set up an appointment to repair my Kitchen Aid range for first thing the next morning. Replaced a leaky valve and hose in my dishwasher. Came over for the diagnostic the same day I called. He ordered parts and came back just a few days later to do the repair. Super friendly and professional. Good at explaining the problem and walking me through the work he was doing.

If you are in need of a repair on an appliance, please call Red Van. You will get EXCELLENT service. I called Steve to see if he could fix a problem with the ice maker in the frig. Other repair companies just wanted to replace expensive parts. Steve took the time to look at the problem thoroughly and determined the problem was not with thr ice maker but another issue. He is so knowledgeable and thorough... You won't find better!

He was super helpful and honest and gave me several pieces of advice to save me money that wouldn't result in a cent for him. Our Whirlpool washing machine recently stopped working, so we called Steve to schedule a repair. When we connected, he asked a few questions about what was going on with the machine and let us know that, for the machine we have, Whirlpool currently has a recall and is offering free repairs for the issue. We really appreciated Steve's recommendation to give Whirlpool a call because they did, indeed, fix the issue for free and now the machine is back up and running!
