My husband I just had the pleasure of having Steve Dorward repair our temperamental Samsung refrigerator. He was very personable and explained everything he was doing as he went along. He received a call from us at 9 a.m. and was to our house promptly at noon. I could not ask for better service. Please know I am not Steve's mom writing this review!

Red Van always fixes our washers and dryers at work (hair salon with multiple locations) and they are very prompt with scheduling us as soon as possible. They are very professional and honest. They have always taken time to explain things to me and really make sure I’m going with the best option for the shop. We will never use anyone else. Red Van always goes above and beyond for us.

Red Van Appliance Repairs is the only place you should call for an appliance issue. I received the highest level of customer service. The washer would not drain and was not sure if it was a plumbing or appliance issue. I just needed someone to take a look at the problem. Customer service was very attentive to the problem and was able to fit me in the schedule the same day!
Steven was assigned for the repairs and confirmed it was an appliance issue. I really appreciated the time he took to explain what needed to be done and you can tell he is a technician with many of years of experience. Found a bobby pin among others and washer was fixed. He checked the system many times before he left to make sure all systems were running correctly.
I would give a 10 star rating if I could and would highly recommend Steven at Red Van Appliance to anyone!

5 Stars Isn't Enough!

So, on Christmas Eve, our dryer stopped working. We knew we were just going to deal with it until after the holiday, so of course by the time we started looking for help with the project on 12/26, it was suddenly a top priority in our day.

I should start by saying that we certainly expected for a service-person to be a few days out, and we would have understood if no one was available on December 26th at all.

I called 5 places. Got voicemail on 4 (2 called back later) and 1 live person answering. The live person was able to get us on the schedule for the 28th (not bad). The person who called back from one of my voicemails an hour later was able to get us on the schedule for the 27th (though more expensive).

In the meanwhile, a friend recommended I try Red Van. We're so glad we did! Although I realize we got a bit lucky with this serviceman's schedule (he was headed from the town south of us to the town north of us), he was able to get to us the same day AND he was less expensive than the appointments would have been the next couple days!

The Red Van representative was able to quickly diagnose the issue and resolve it on site (new pully and off-track belt and light maintenance was needed).

I came out as a hero getting the issue resolved in 1 day, but the true praise goes to Red Van.

Highly Recommend!

Steve is not only good at what he does, but just a good person. I will go to him for any and all appliance repairs in the future. He went above and beyond to fix our dryer. He made us feel like a priority. Thank you so much Steve. PS.. Go chiefs!

My son recently bought a used washer and dryer. The dryer ended up not working and I am so glad I called Steve at Red Van Repair. I called in the morning, and he met my son that same afternoon! Steve was so prompt and courteous and got right to the diagnosis of the problem. Went ahead and kept price in mind and offered to rebuild the part instead of springing for a more expensive part. Steve was quick, knowledgeable and was amazing to work with. His card is on mine and my son's fridge from here on out. He's definitely going to be called to help out again!!

Our whirlpool fridge stopped doing its job this morning, and after making frantic calls to get someone out to check it out, Steve was one where we left a voicemail.

Even though we were able to get ahold of another local repair team. While we are waiting for the other business to come check it out, he returned my call (in less than 30 minutes of leaving the voicemail) and unprompted gave knowledgeable insight into next steps for us figuring out our problems with our fridge.

The kindness, knowledge and empathy from him was enough to make me cry and write a review amidst the chaos. We will definitely be calling him in the future.

My dishwasher wouldn't drain. The Red Van technician was prompt and prepared to investigate. It didn't take him long to find the problem which was minor. He had it fixed in a short time.
