Reviews of local pros in Timnath, Colorado

We finished our basement this summer, and it turned out even more beautiful than I imagined! Bobby was so great to work with- from design to the finishing touches, he was committed to making our space great. Also, his subcontractors were the best. I am so proud of this project, and I would happily work with Bobby again in the future!

Calem Custom Homes is a top-notch builder local builder in Northern Colorado. As a local Realtor, I am impressed by the quality of craftsmanship, detail, communication, quality, timeliness of completion, and the list goes on. The owner goes above and beyond for the clients that he builds homes for and takes pride in his work. I recommend them for any custom build project, basement finish, or kitchen remodel!

From start to finish, Bobby Traylor of Calem Custom Homes was the contractor we were hoping for. Building a custom home far away from where you currently live is a challenge. Communication with Bobby was timely and thorough. As issues came up along the way, Bobby patiently explained the options and was transparent about the costs. He was always availiable to answer what ever question we might have had and he was very flexible when we came up with an idea we wanted to investigate or incorperate in the design. His subcontractors were highly skilled, polite, and were happy to answer any questions we might have had. The final product exceeded our expectations. We are very happy about the quality of our house and highly recommend Calem Custom Homes

Calem Custom Homes rocks!! Bobby Traylor and his crew are the utmost professional and well organized. Our project was completed on time and within budget. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Do yourself a favor and hire them immediately. You won't be disappointed.

We do our best to support local businesses whenever possible but when it comes to renovating our home, quality of workmanship and value are critically important. Rarely do you find all three tied up in one company! We have been extremely fortunate to have worked with Calem Custom Homes on three different home projects: kitchen remodel, garage remodel and most recently a basement remodel. We had a specific plan in mind to include a bar, wine cellar and theater room. Bobby worked with us to make our vision a reality that truly exceeded our expectations! He was transparent on costing and the entire scope of the project. We threw a few curveballs at him and he clearly spelled out the incremental costs prior to moving forward. Once the project was completed, we couldn’t have been more happy with the attention to detail. All of our friends and family that have seen our basement have been extremely complimentary! I couldn’t recommend Calem Custom Homes strongly enough!

We used Calem Custom Homes to build our new house in Loveland CO. Bobby Trayor the owner of Calem and our general contractor was a wonderful person to work with and helped us from start to finish. His experience and understanding of our wants and desires made the difficult home building process easier. He was there for us on some warranty issues and was available after closing to correct several minor problems.
We give Bobby of Calem Custom Homes our thumbs up!! Earl and Vicki Lehrer

Calem Custom Homes is a top notch builder. Within the past two years, Bobby has finished our basement and renovated our kitchen. Each project turned out better than we imagined. Now, he is building a patio cover/deck for us this summer. His quality of work, and integrity can not be beat!

We highly recommend Bobby for his integrity, talent and attention to detail. We watched as quality was built into our home from the ground up. It's important to us that the structure, wiring and plumbing are all solid, but the real joy has been with how visually stunning our house ended up at completion!

Other than building us a gorgeous, custom home, here are some of the things that have impressed us about Bobby:
1) He's a person of his word. If he promised something, he'd deliver.
2) His quotes were accurate. The house didn't become a money pit with hidden fees.
3) His spreadsheets and payouts were open to us. This gave us the freedom to keep within budget with no surprises.
4) We felt that he genuinely cared about what was important to us. He'd point out things that we hadn't considered. His professional opinions were invaluable.

Bobby is, by far, the best builder we have ever worked with!

We feel incredibly blessed to have found Bobby at Calem Custom Homes. His knowledge and skill is unmatched and his dedication to providing quality craftsmanship is evident in the beautiful homes he builds. We are so appreciative of all the time that he spent with us to ensure that all of our questions were answered and to offer up his expertise every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond to help us build the home of our dreams. We receive endless compliments on our Calem Custom Home and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Bobby is not just our builder, we now consider him our friend. If you are looking for a quality, dedicated and honest builder, look no further!

The only reason I left a 5 star rating....

From the very start Bobby was very responsive and really listened to every detail of what I was looking for and made excellent recommendations to make my dream basement come true. He researched and made sure every detail was perfect. If a small hiccup happened he would call, explain and stay in communication. Bobby and his team were exceptional and now that my basement is finished, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Calem Custom Homes for a basement finish not only for the work performed, but also the constant communication, OCD making sure everything is perfect, and just the friendly attitude Bobby, Cameron, and his entire team have.

So, the only reason I gave a 5 star is because I couldn't give a 10.

If you are looking for HONESTY, QUALITY, AND SERVICE that is second to none, Bobby Traylor and his team of contractors are the ones to choose for your next project. They finished our basement, and I would ask them to build me an entire house in a heart beat. Don't waste your time with "shopping" for a better quote (but seriously, don't waste your time)! Bobby shoots you straight in all aspects of the project. We had a lot of questions as it was our first experience with finishing a basement and Bobby's decades of experience was extremely helpful!

I’m very pleased with the service provided by their team. They repaired a dripping tub faucet efficiently. The bathroom is quiet again.

Really impressed with the work done by this plumbing team. They came out to fix a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink. The plumber explained the issue clearly and repaired it right away. Everything has been working smoothly since then.

The experts team fixed a pressure imbalance in my pipes. The water flow is now consistent throughout the house.

Water began leaking under the bathroom cabinet without warning. I called for plumbing assistance to inspect the issue. They replaced a worn connector and sealed everything properly. The area has stayed completely dry since then.

I couldn’t use the kitchen sprayer because it wouldn’t retract. Their team replaced the hose assembly and tested it thoroughly. It works perfectly now and I’m very satisfied.
