Constraction reviews in Westminster, Colorado

We had an amazing time working with Exteriors now! Our house is amazing and his team took their time and made everything seamless. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Manuel and his crew, they were at my front door at 7 on the dot ready to roll, and treated my house like their own every step of the way. I do not have a driveway and gave permission to drive up onto the grass to load the old shingles, but Manuel refused and said they would load everything out by hand to preserve the lawn. When I say if you didn’t know I had an old roof yesterday and didn’t recognize the immaculate new one they just put up, you wouldn’t know they had even been there. Give these guys your business and you won’t regret it!!

Had our roof and gutters replaced. Manny was very neighborly and worked with the insurance company to get us taken care of. Workers did a great job and they were done quickly. Highly recommend this local roofer.

They went out of their way to bump my project up in order to close my purchase on time! Did my whole roof in a day. Very professional& cleaned up everything. Highly recommend! 5 ⭐️!

Jonathan was very easy to work with. He explained the process of fixing my roof thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

Jonathan was awesome to work with and made the process straightforward and easy. Every question/issue was addressed promptly and the work was of great quality. The crew cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed, too. I'm very satisfied!

Don’t do many of these but have no issue doing them for a excelente service. Working with Jonathan and his crew was easy and detailed every step of the way. These guys really look out for you and your best interest so thank you for always putting my home first it looks great yall!!!

Jonathan was great to work with. I was referred to Exterior Now by my inspector. Got a few quotes from different roofing companies and found Exteriors Now to be in my budget and that's including new shingles and gutters. Jonathan was also great to work with, super responsive and gave me updates whenever there was one. Would definitely recommend!

Jonathan Paredes and his crew, with Exteriors now, did a great job helping us manage the hail damage Earlier last year. They were professional, hard-working, and detail oriented. We are grateful for all they have done for us And recommend them

Jonathan and his team have done a fantastic job changing my roof shingles and painting the exterior of my house.

Exteriors Now led by young Jonathan are truly reliable and absolute professionals. I will definitely recommend them for anyone who wants their roof and exteriors done.

To Manny, Scott & the entire team - THANK YOU! Both of you were truly amazing at navigating the insurance arena. Moreover, the crews that performed every aspect of our work were the most professional, hard working, friendliest people we've ever met. Truly the best in your business. Highly recommended for all.

Jonathan has been great. I’ve used him for my house several times and referred him to friends. He is always honest, fair and does quality work. He has a great network of connections and referrals if it’s something he doesn’t do.

After having a bad experience with another roofing company, I am so happy to have met Manny and Jonathan from Exteriors Now! They listened to the issues we were having, both skylight/roof and the outcome of the bad experience from the other roofing company. They were patient with me as I went through the process of identifying the best course of action for me to take. They are honest, professional and caring! The crew did a great job with the new roof and the skylight. I highly recommend these guys!

Everyone at Exteriors Now has been great to work with especially Mannie! Any questions or concerns was handled and addressed right away! The work was excellent and I’m extremely happy with it all! Thank you!

Manny and his team were great to work with! They were quick to respond, quick to help us install, and sent pics after the project was completed. We're looking forward to partnering with them on many more projects!

We had a great experience with Jonathon at Exteriors Now
He was efficient, knowledgeable and honest. . Jonathon did an inspection on our roof. He identified some issues that needed repair.
We were very pleased with his work. He really knows his stuff and we felt very confident having him do the work.
He was a lifesaver and we would use him again.

Jonathan and his team did a wonderful job on our roof and helped us beat a deadline. We had a pretty large water leak from a storm a few months ago that damaged the roof. We were working with an insurance and knew we were days from the first snow fall. We got the approval from insurance and Jonathan’s team jumped on the project immediately. They were able to work us in, knowing snow could fall at any point, causing further damage. His crew identified the leak in just a few hours of work and already had a solid plan to fix it. They completed the roof and we got the first snow (8”) just a few days later. Jonathan was very professional, provided an estimate that was clear, with a fair price, and allowed us to submit it to insurance very easily. His team cleaned up all debris from the project and the roof looks perfect.
We will definitely contact him for our next home project.

Great experience with this firm after June 2023’s hail storm. So good, in fact, I just hired them again to take care of the new damage from the May 2024 hail storm.
Our contact person at the firm was (and is again) Jonathan Paredes, who has acted in essence as the General Contractor for all the work. Very personable, smart, effective, bilingual and highly competent.
I recommend them and Jonathan highly!

All the guys I personally dealt with (Jonathan, Manny, & Chris) were all very responsive & respectful. They kept me updated on the process with my insurance company & were reliable with communication. They also had a large crew & finished the majority of the work in one day. My neighbor recently had his roof replaced & he commented on how quickly Exteriors Now completed the work & on the quality of the job. Jonathan also came by to do a final check to make sure that everything was installed & finished properly. The crew missed a couple of vents & came back out to install the next day. Highly recommend, thank you!

I called Jonathan and I explained my situation and he was at my home within the hour. Jonathan was great and very detailed in explaining the process and took pictures to show me the damage and I really appreciated that. He did not waste any time and getting my roof repaired, his associates were very respectful and they did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the service, the quality of work, and also the price. I highly recommend Jonathan with Exteriors Now, he guarantees his work and you will not be disappointed.

Jonathan and his team did an amazing job with our roof. Their customer service is top notch and their quality of work is exceptional. Jonathan responded promptly to our calls and work needed, and when finished he made sure that everything looked was up to par. The next time we need help we will definitely be calling Jonathan and his team again and we recommend them to anyone else who needs help on their home.
