Constraction reviews in Westminster, Colorado

Exteriors Now did a fabulous job repairing and replacing my gutters. Their teams work tirelessly, on hot days, in thunderstorms, and we polite efficient and cleaned up each day. I would hire them again (very reasonably priced) in a second.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the entire experience working with this team, especially Jonathan. From the moment I reached out, Jonathan was incredibly communicative and attentive to my needs. He kept me well-informed and always ensured I was up to date on the progress of the repairs to my house, including the installation of the new roofing and Hardie board siding.

Jonathan and the team were meticulous, explaining every step of the process in detail, which made me feel confident and involved throughout the project. I truly appreciated how they went above and beyond to update me regularly on the timeline, and even when unexpected delays arose, Jonathan was quick to keep me in the loop, which really put my mind at ease.

The new roofing installation was flawless, and the Hardie board siding looks absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every inch of my home. It’s rare to find a team that not only delivers excellent results but also makes communication a top priority throughout the project.

I highly recommend this company, and especially Jonathan, to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and high-quality service. My house has never looked better, and I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. Thank you for such an exceptional experience

Exteriors Now is a wonderful company to work with. Mannie gave us a very competitive quote and helped us through the process of a new roof. He provided all information needed for submitting to our HOA and was very professional. He was always in communication and also offered other exterior services that we didn't think about at the time. His workers were very professional and nice. They took care of us. I felt like a friend, not a customer. I HIGHLY recommend Exteriors Now for all your exterior needs. Thank you, Mannie, for all your help, we greatly appreciate everything you have done for us.

I have had Exteriors Now repair damages from wind and hail storms to my home multiple times over the years. I can’t say enough positive things about Manny and the quality work his company has done for me. Simply put, they show up when they say they will, do what they say they will, and perform quality work in all aspects of their repairs. Manny handled all the headaches that can arise with the insurance company to ensure as stress free of an experience as possible. Those attributes are hard to find in a business these days. Keep up the good work!

I had a fantastic experience with this roofing company! From start to finish, their communication was clear and timely, keeping me informed throughout the process. The quality of the work was outstanding, and it was evident that they were dedicated to doing the job right. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable and professional roofing services!

Jonathan is very professional and went far and beyond providing us with quality work to our home. I would highly recommend Exteriors Now for any of your repair needs. Very fast and efficient with their services. It was a very pleasant experience working with Jonathan.

Jonathan is someone you should call when your insurance isn’t trying to help you with your claim and just try to give you the most minimal. Had to escalate my case but was worth the 1 year wait thanks to Jonathan. His team did an amazing job with our roof. Their customer service is excellent and their quality of work is exceptional. Jonathan responded promptly to all of my calls and work needed, and when finished he made sure that everything looked good. The next time we need help we will definitely be calling Jonathan and his team again and we recommend them to anyone else who needs help on their home.

We recently had some exterior repairs and painting done by Exteriors Now and they did a great job. The crews were friendly, showed up on time, and worked efficiently.

Big thanks to Jonathan, our project manager—he was great at keeping us in the loop the whole time. He was easy to talk to and always quick to respond if we had any questions. We are very happy with the new exterior appearance of our home!

I love the design, couldn’t be happier with his work. Very professional, looking forward to recommending him to many others!

Tony and his crew were fantastic. We couldn't be happier with out replacement deck, it's added so much to our backyard.

Tony was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We love our new deck and pergola. Both are well constructed and finished well within the time frame .

Tony and his crew were super friendly and communicative during the design/demo/installation processes. We love our new deck and would recommend Tony to anyone!

The deck turned out great! Tony and team did a good job. We have been using it daily since the new deck was installed. They were priced much more reasonably than some other larger competitors however the quality is top notch.

I had the pleasure of working with Tony for a project through Make-A-Wish Colorado. One of our wish kids wanted his very own treehouse built in his backyard for his wish and Tony did not hesitate to make it happen and built him a treehouse from the ground up. He even built the wish kid a custom deck for his treehouse and incorporated all of the items on the kid's wish list for the treehouse components. Tony provides great quality of work, has exceptional customer service skills, always goes above-and-beyond, and makes sure to see each job through to the end. I highly recommend Tony and The Cobalt Pine Co.!

Tony and his crew did great work expanding our existing deck. He was helpful and knowledgeable in the planning stage, adaptable while building and professional, and skilled throughout the whole project. The deck came out even better than expected! I would recommend The Cobalt Pine Co for any of your decking needs!!!

After being upsold on multiple previous bids, I was very pleased to be put in touch with Tony and his crew. Tony took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, the timing we expected, and the budget that we had to work with. Tony had creative solutions to the inevitable problems that arise, was respectful and courteous, and at the end of the day provided a product that was exactly what we had in mind and was built in a rock-solid fashion. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Tony and his team again and would recommend this company to my closest friends and family - hopefully he'll be building a deck for my brother soon.

Tony designed and built a beautiful deck and pergola for us. He was awesome to work with throughout the process - communicative, responsive, timely, and all at a great bargain! We were supposed to have a deck built last summer ('21), but after our contractor ditched us, we had to start over this summer. We feel so lucky to have found Tony! For our large beautiful, two-level deck with a pergola he quoted the same amount as we had planned to pay for just the deck last year. The pergola turns our deck into an outdoor living space - it is perfect! Tony directed us to an amazing mineral composite product which keeps the deck cool and makes it last longer. Oh, and the quote included this higher quality product, so the original quote was the price we paid. All materials were high quality, no corners cut! We couldn't be happier with our deck! Thanks, Tony!!

Could not be happier with the work Tim did on my deck repair! He was professional, extremely hard working, friendly, willing to help outside of the scope of what he was there for and did a fantastic job! Was so easy to communicate with this company and have my project done quickly and beautifully. Will be using Tim again for future projects! 10 out of 10 for sure.

The Cobalt Pine Co was a great company to work with. Tony and his team demo'd our old deck and completely redesigned our new deck. Tony was flexible when we wanted subtle changes in the design and was very knowledgeable about building materials, design, and construction. We love our new outdoor space.

Seamless, detailed project.

Very professional company.
