So cheap and they always make my dresses look fabulous!

Not as inexpensive as they used to be (what is?)
They do a great job and one day turnaround. What's not to like?

Most employees very nice. The only problem I experienced is the back floors were being re-done and I couldn't get my comforter on the day I was suppose to.

Got there at 358pm and this girl comes with an attitude saying in broken English. We close we close. Really since when did you close at 358pm on Saturday? It says 4pm. I have been coming here for years and never had to deal with this. Seriously what are you doing continental? Get your staff and store hours up to speed.

Needed a dress pressed for a wedding the next day. They accommodated me last minute with no problem. In and out in two minutes. I’ve found my new dry cleaner.

Dropped off my coat for cleaning and after picking it up, it doesn't seem like it was cleaned at all. Still stains on the lapel which was the reason I took it in to begin with. Obviously it's a very busy time of year so I didn't get a chance to take it back in right away but took it in a couple weeks later to inquire about why it didn't appear to be cleaned and they asked me if I wanted to pay to clean it again??? and if I pointed the stains out when I dropped it off? Isn't that what I paid for you to do in the first place? Then told nothing they could do because it was in November. Will never use this place again.

I would highly recommend this particular business. They get the dry cleaning done in 1 day. They offer a laundry cleaning service as well. The price was only $2.95 per garment & I was very pleased with the service. The staff is very nice & professional & they keep a clean place. 5 STARS!!!

I've been going here for 3 or 4 years now and they do a wonderful job. You get your items back quickly, they're very reasonably priced and my clothes come out looking great. They're at a good location, too. I really recommend this place.

I dropped off my suit here for a dry cleaning. When I came to pick it up, they said they accidentally stained it and is not ready. I asked if I can just take it as is because I needed it the next day so I can go find another cleaner. They did not let me take it. Ended up to having to go buy a whole other suit for the event.

My husbands white shirt came back dirty. How does that even happen? It's the opposite of what is supposed to happen lol. Ridiculous. Don't go here!

I dropped off several items to have dry cleaned and when I picked them up I double-checked the linen items I had cleaned and the blouse and pants had not been pressed at all. And this is not the first time. I understand linen is hard to press, but they don't even attempt to press any linen I bring in.

My husband dropped off his pants on Monday morning and requested extra heavy starch and crease. When he went to pick them up Wednesday morning, the pants weren't ready. Then they called him a few hours later to tell him the pants were ready. When he picked them up, the pants were not starched, or creased, and they were still wet. When he told this to the girl at the register,she acted like she didn't know what he was talking about. There was no manager around or anyone he could talk to. He flies out tomorrow morning (Thursday), needed his jeans for his trip, and is currently drying the pants because this cleaners couldn't make it right.

I've been using them for well over a year and had been satisfied with the service until recently. I always get my jeans extra heavy starch with a crease. When I picked up my jeans they were dry cleaned. It wasn't a significant issue; I simply requested a redo, and that was agreed upon. When I returned a few days later they were dry cleaned again. The receipt said I requested which I did not. I have never had my jeans dry cleaned. Again, not a big issue, they agreed to do it again. On my 3rd visit to pick up the jeans, they still hadn't been starched, only dry cleaned. At this point I was somewhat frustrated that my request had still not been fulfilled. A gentlemen (possible owner or manager) came out from the back & stated that I requested dry clean, not laundry. I was uncertain about what he was referring to, so I clarified that I always request extra heavy starch on my jeans. He then insisted that I hadn't made such a request. Once more, I emphasized that this was my third attempt to rectify the situation. His poor attitude and accusatory language was an immediate turn-off. Instead of attempting to resolve the situation, he seemed more focused on insisting that I was wrong. I expressed my intention to take my business elsewhere, and he responded with a casual "I think you should." This was upsetting because of the convenience and quality I had the previous year with this business. I sincerely hope this individual comes across this post and reflects on how he treated me as a customer during my 3rd attempt to receive the service I initially requested. Lastly, receipt clear states "REDO of the Ticket 1354323 want extra heavy starch in the pants".

Dropped off some shirts to be laundered on a Thursday was told they would be back on Friday. Went on Saturday to pick up and was told they were not ready. Went back on Monday and Tuesday still not in. Called and was told they actually came in on Tuesday but was scanned wrong. Picked them up and the stains on a shirt were not gone, but actually had new stains on them. Should have known better as they send out all cleaning. Don't go here if you want things done correctly.
