Steve's Carpet Care is great! They helped us restore a carpet after a leak and did a wonderful job. Everything throughout the process was easy, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Our carpets were wrecked from having a puppy and a sick dog. First we reached out to Stanley Steemer but Steve’s was able to beat their estimate by almost 40%. They also had a much shorter service window (2 hours) and showed up on time. They were super professional and did a phenomenal job. I was considering ripping out the carpet and replacing it but they managed to really clear up all of the stains and get it smelling great. Will absolutely use Steve’s again in the future and highly recommend!

Nate and Mike were on time. They notified me when they were on the way. They were careful, efficient, and friendly. I'm very satisfied with the results.

It was easy to schedule an appointment (a real human actually answers the phone!) The appointment was scheduled in just a few days. I received reminders via text and email, including what to do to be ready for the appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a text with the name of the person who was coming out and he arrived right on time. They did a great job and were done in about an hour (2 rooms, a hallway and 14 stairs.) The final price was very reasonable. I'm completely sold and will be calling Steve's Carpet Cleaning again

Huge thanks to Steve's Carpet Care and Restoration for their amazing work on our move-out carpet cleaning! We had some pet areas that needed extra attention, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were kind, professional, and took the time to walk through the whole house with us before getting started. Not only did the carpets come out looking fresh and clean, but they also repaired two carpet seams we thought were beyond saving. Fast, efficient, and top-quality service—highly recommend!

We had some remodeling done and I’ve never seen so much dust on EVERY surface. I can only imagine what was in the carpets. Steve’s services our mountain town so it was easy to schedule a cleaning. I had a great experience with Steve’s Carpet Care and Restoration for their air duct cleaning service. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The price was very competitive compared to others I looked into, and they were able to schedule the service in less than a week from my initial call—which was a huge plus.

On the day of the appointment, they even gave me a courtesy call to see if they could arrive an hour and a half early, which worked out perfectly for my schedule. The team completed the job efficiently in about an hour and charged just 15 cents per vent, which felt very fair. They also left everything clean and tidy after finishing up.

Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Steve’s to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and fast scheduling.

They did an awesome job cleaning my stairs and area rug. I really appreciate the attention to detail and very special care they took getting out the stains. The whole process was quick and non-intrusive. I would highly recommend!

Pretty disappointing experience. The technician didn't catch all of the edges in the room, and left several spots on the carpet claiming they would never come out. When I called to ask about the areas in the room that were still dirty, the operator threatened that they would charge another $160 service fee if they needed to come out to the house again. I personally was able to remove the stains and clean up the edges of the room with store-bought carpet cleaner spray and a rag in about 30 minutes.

Steve's does have impressive availability on some of the busiest moving days of the year - it just costs a lot and I was not impressed with the cleaning.

I was very impressed with how professional and courteous the team was when they came to clean my carpets. They did an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Having previously used Stanley Steemer, I can honestly say there’s no comparison—Steve’s Carpet Care is far superior. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.

I will admit that I thought duct cleaning was a scam. Boy was I WRONG! I hired Steve's to clean my system and wish that I had done it years ago. I purchased my home after renting it for a few years. I know the prior tenants had dogs too. I just remodeled my home, and my wife was so mad at the amount of dust I created! SO... I called Steve's and they came out right away. Cleaned all the vents and furnace. I could immediately tell that the air we were breathing was healthier. Also, after one week, my house was noticeably cleaner- less dust for sure. The debris they removed from the system was surprising and I am now a firm believer that this is a must do service! Thank you to Mitch and Derek for making my home healthy again! Cant thank you enough!

Steve's was great! On time, friendly, accommodating and skilled. I am rating a 4 because the small seam where they had to cut and rejoin the carpet is quite noticible. But, I was told it would be. A little dissatisfaction there.
