Some friends and I rented an RV for 11 days at Burning Man this year, and Summit Cleaning really came through with a thorough and top-notch cleaning before we had to return the RV.

Our cleaning tech, Ben was very courteous and professional and efficiently got the RV back to spotless -- anyone who's been to Burning Man knows that playa dust gets everywhere!

Fantastic service! I just had an initial deep clean done for the house and was very pleased with the final result! This was the first time hiring a cleaning service and it saved me so much time!

My wife and I needed to hire cleaners to prepare a property we own for incoming renters. We hired Summit Cleaners based on the reviews and service we had seen posted online. The cleaners arrived and were unable to complete the property cleaning in a single day, and stated they would be back the next day to finish. The cleaners never arrived to finish the job. After multiple attempts to get a hold of them, we received no response, and instead our tenant had to complete the cleaning themselves due to them needing to move out of their previous place by a certain date.

After a few attempts to reach Summit following this situation, they did work with us on what I believed to be a fair reimbursement based on the situation. Due to this I have edited this review and raised my rating of Summit. I appreciate their efforts to make things right with their customers, even if a poor experience was initially had.

We just moved into our house two days ago and wanted to have our house professionally cleaned. Today Maria, Natalie, Emily and Caitlyn worked on our house and my wife and I are so impressed with their work. The house we bought was a bit aged but after their work all the shelves, appliances, and carpets everything felt brand new! The team divided and conquered but every room, wall, appliance, etc. was cleaned to the exact same supreme standard. Really grateful to these wonderful women and Summit Cleaning for talking excellent care of our new home. My wife and I would absolutely love to continue using Summit Cleaning on cadence for our brand new home and will definitely request team Maria, Natalie, Emily and Caitlyn again.

Had our first service today. Incredibly professional and hard working. We have a large lab who sheds constantly and the work they did on the baseboards etc was just amazing.

We have had fantastic experiences with Summit Cleaning for the last few year. Their staff is always kind, efficient and great at cleaning. They communicate well and have been responsive any time we have had issues (which is very rare). We are grateful for their help and care as well as professionalism.

Summit Cleaners did a deep clean at our house last week. We hired them due to our house cleaner retiring. Communication was great. Wiola and Mitch were amazing. We really thought our house was clean until we saw what four of their employees did. Wow!! They are now scheduled monthly at our house.

We are new to town and just bought a house that has been empty for 6 months and needed floors refinished. I never thought a house that dirty could get so clean so quickly! Really amazing team work! Also, I am sensitive to fragrances and most cleaning chemicals and didn't have any issues with the products they used. Thank you so much!

Overall I had a decent experience with summit and especially the staff who came to my house. They were always on time and did an excellent job of cleaning my home. My only issues came from a lack of consistency when it came to scheduling. I initially had a four week scheduled cleaning and found that while it was great, I couldn’t justify the cost every four weeks since the house didn’t get that dirty during that time. It’s just two of us and a dog so we aren’t that messy. I asked several times to push to a six week schedule and every time was told that would be ok, only for them to show up four weeks later. Great service during the cleaning and I never had a bad experience with the in home staff, but a poor experience with the scheduling and back end operation. I asked some neighbors for a recommendation and quickly found an individual who will come and clean for about 2/3rds the cost.

Viola and Jenny did an amazing job with our deep clean yesterday! Things were sparkling in our apartment when they were done! I hired their services as a gift for my partner, and they nailed it! My partner came home and was floored at the noticeable difference! Everything was just perfect, and they were both friendly and amazing and had a great eye for detail, especially in the places that get overlooked :)

They are very professional and accomodating—and legitimately interested in making sure their customers are happy. We intended to just do it for the summer but have kept our cleaning going indefinitely!

My partner and I just recently bought a new home and before moving our belongings in, we wanted to get a deep clean to start fresh! We were super excited when we saw Summit's "Move in" service which had an extensive cleaning checklist including a deep clean of baseboards, window sills, doorframes, inside of cabinets/drawers, AC vents, etc. I even paid extra to have an interior clean of my fridge and oven. (all totaling to ~$550 service)
As I write this review, it is important to keep in mind that when the cleaners came, they were coming to an empty, already surface level cleaned home.
I was super disappointed the next day when I came into the home to see it look basically the same. You could visibly see that they vacuumed, but I went through the house I found multiple baseboards still dirty/dusty, sticky spots on doorframes, the fridge with crumbs and dirt, dirty windowsills, soap scum in the tub, etc.
I took pictures of many of the poorly cleaned areas and sent to the company expecting at least a 50% refund. They initially offered a $130 refund on a $550 service. After trying to advocate for myself they only raised it to a $150 refund on the basis that they felt that 70% of the house was still clean and the items that were not only made up about 30% of the house. I found this frustrating given that the things that were not cleaned were really the only parts of the house that needed to be cleaned. This was a clean new home. I understand that the cleaners still need to be compensated for their time, but paying $400 for what they did seemed unfair.

These two ladies were beyond phenomenal! They were so kind and they did such an amazing job. I go into surgery next week and they made my life so much easier. I’m definitely grateful for their work today.
