Guys from Glide did a great job on my windows, very friendly and professional! This window has never been this clean.

This company is a total scam. They use young sales people to get you to sign up for a monthly payment for service and make promises that they do not keep. I had them do two services on my house and then wanted to quit. It has proven nearly impossible to be released from their quote" contract". I have asked them repeatedly for support documentation and they have not provided any. The company doing the work is not actually the company that is signed up for BTW.
Do not sign up with these guys, bad news!

This was our first time getting our windows cleaned by glide. We were really happy! The guys Jeremy H did a great job and was very thorough. He was kind and polite and a very hard worker! Asked if I was happy with them and allowed me to walk around the property before he left to make sure.

I recently used Glide window cleaning services for my house window cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. My windows have never looked better — they’re spotless, streak-free, and crystal clear.

The crew was respectful of my property, worked efficiently, and even cleaned up after themselves. Communication throughout the process was smooth and courteous.

I highly recommend Glide window service to anyone looking for high-quality window cleaning with excellent service. Will definitely be using them again!

Thank you Joe Ramirez and Sons for sparkling windows. Joe and (one) son cleaned our windows on behalf of Glide today and the outcome is striking! They truly sparkle. They took the time to go slow to evaluate our aging seals and ensure nothing is damaged. They even got on the roof and soft polished the skylights. Total appreciation for the care and professionalism.

I was very pleased with the job your people did on our windows. Nate was very professional and clear re: the 2 screens that were problematic that made it difficult to clean two of the windows (not important windows) and the one bdrm window that was to “tight” to get to.

Jeremy Haas from Glide Cleaners just finished cleaning the inside and outside windows at my home. He did a fantastic job! He listened to the unique details of what I wanted to have accomplished. He was very attentive to detail, took great care with his work, and was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend him and Glide.

I believe it was Justice and Orlando who came to do our windows. They were absolutely dreadfully and I seriously doubted that they could make them shine they way they did. I was absolutely mesmerized how they were able to clean as efficiently as they did. I took sometime to talk with them kind young men and got some advice on how to keep my windows as clean as posssiboe so the next service was not so difficult. Jeremy did an awesome job cleaning our windows for the initial appointment. He was very informative of the process, explained the reasoning behind the cleaning, and has great customer service skills! All the windows and screens look thoroughly cleaned! Jeremy also put in two new pull tabs for one of our screens. We really appreciate it!

Joe’s team showed up on time and performed the service professionally and did a very nice job. We have lots of garden surrounding the house so lots of water stain. They stayed after it and got a good result. They did a nice job freeing up a couple of problematic slider screens. All in all a job WELL DONE!

Jeremy Hess was fantastic! He called before he arrived to update me on his arrival time. His service was thorough, detailed, fast, and he taught me a few techniques with our windows while he was here. His depth of experience came through - he told us about some moisture between some window panes on a few windows we would not have known about. He provided great recommendations for so many things he saw. He also cleaned our skylight windows and got to a few higher spots on the house than I anticipated. Overall I hope he comes back to service our house on future visits. Thank you, Jeremy!

Hunter, the tech who cleaned our windows and window tracks was friendly and polite. He made sure we knew what he planned to do and said to ask questions at any time. When he was done with the job he walked around the outside of our house with us, pointing out any concerns he found with the windows. He made sure we were very satisfied with the cleaning. Job well done, Hunter!

Sean & teammate did a great job. Our solar panels had not been cleaned in the two years since we had them installed. Sean stopped back after the work was complete. He had before, during & after pictures. Panel’s definitely needed cleaning.

The Sean Trujillo and his partner did a fabulous job on our windows. The house is new to us and I am not sure when the windows were last done, but they are crystal clear now. Glide also recently did my parents home in Broomfield and they referred them to us as they were incredibly pleased with the service.

I signed up and had them clean my windows twice. It was ok I guess. The effort was passable. But nothing remarkable.

There are problems though. First, the cleaner broke shingles on my roof. They didn’t do anything about and honestly seemed to indicate I was lying. They certainly didn’t offer to repair it. The concept of taking responsibility dis not exist.

Also, it took three attempts to cancel the service. I felt like I was dealing with the Nigerian prince. I kept getting transferred and the people I talked to seemed to resist the request to close the account. Even after I insisted and said I was not going to continue.

I left feeling like this is a scam. There is a termination clause and an annual auto renew feature in the contract that make it difficult to stop the service There is no need for a contract and it only exists it seems to scam the customer. I would not sign up with this company again. There are much better ways to get your windows cleaned without having to sign a contract.

You guys did a good job, but I think there were three small windows that were missed. We share the yard with our neighbor and there are three small windows on that side that didn’t get cleaned.

I never leave reviews. Good sometimes but bad ones. . . really never. This company is a scam. What you're signing up for is muddy at best. You don't know the cost until after they clean, and it isn't a fair price at all. My 3 bedroom, 1 story home was $250. I never received a copy of my agreement. . . even upon several requests. Tried to cancel and dispute the charge with no response. Then they reach out several months later to schedule the next cleaning. After fighting to get ahold of someone, I'm informed that there is a $250 cancellation fee. None of which was discussed with the door to door guy. You sign up on a smart phone and never get a copy of your agreement. Awfully run at best. . Scam is the better term. Don't do it.

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in this company. they came to the house and wanted to do window cleaning- I said only if they could repair the screen. window- done. screen, nope. and they put the screen in backwards.
fast forward, I told them since they didn't do the screen,I wouldn't pay. weeks. they said "oh, we had to do it when you were home, and you haven't been around"- no, the screen is on the outside and doesn't need interior access. finally, 3+weeks later they came by to fix the screen. I paid them and said, I will not be going forward with your company- they then said "ok- $410 contract cancellation fee" WHAT!!! I have spoken to them and said, you broke the contract by not doing the job as advertised, I have no confidence in your ability to go forward with my needs, I will not do business with you" - they have now sent me to collections. can't wait till my lawyer gets hold of them...

Christopher Hernandez and his colleague did a great job cleaning the outside of the windows. They went an extra mile to inquire about missing screens. I found them and they cleaned and installed the screens. I’m looking forward to having the inside done this winter.
