I was so impressed by the level of detail in our first cleaning. Sirena was incredibly thorough and didn’t miss a thing. Every surface was spotless, even the lightbulbs and glass shades on the fans and light fixtures were sparkling. My husband asked me if I put new light bulbs in bc they were brighter!

She clearly takes pride in her work and treated our

Fish has been the best!!! We had a bird poo on our frount door at our tanning salon and INSTANTLY they re made their whole schedule to make time and come clean our window THAT DAY at our tanning salon! They even adjusted our billing cycle so we didn’t get double billed! The guys are always the best too! SUPER friendly I love getting to chat with them while they help us out!

I was just eating at a restaurant watching and listening to the owner Susan train a new employee. Her interaction with the team member was so joyful and in such a great coaching and encouraging manner it made me stop and say something. The new employee (can’t recall name / maybe Clay) was taking on board all her comments and was just a lovely experience for something you may not easily notice most days. Lovely company!

The team was fabulous cleaning my windows and screens. They were professional and friendly with me and each other. They worked well as a team. Provided great advice on removing window film which was tightly adhered to 2 windows. My windows and frames are sparkling clean! I would highly recommend them.

The representatives from Glide are professional and personable. They did a great job cleaning all of my windows, including those hard to reach, and were very responsive to all my concerns. The price was reasonable for the work completed and I’m happy with the results.

First time we've had the outside windows cleaned since we moved into the house 3 years ago. Jose Ayala was very polite and efficient and together with his helper Dana, did a really good job on all the exterior windows of the house. Very satisfied.

Had someone from glide come and solicit at my house. When I asked them to present their license they said they had one but they don't carry it with them. The hung around while I called the police and while I was on hold they solicitor asked me if it was actually a requirement to carry the license - information that would be known by anyone who has acquired the correct licensing. Upon the dispatcher confirming they had an officer in route the solicitor road out of the neighborhood on his scooter, not stopping at any other houses he had just mentioned were on his route.

DO NOT USE GLIDE WINDOW CLEANERS! Horrible service. I gave them 2 chances 6 months apart and both times the cleaning was sub-par. When I tried to cancel my "membership" I was told I needed to speak with an "Account Specialist" but one wasn't available at the time. I spent months - LITERALLY MONTHS - trying to cancel my membership. I started calling on August 5, 2025 and wasn't able to actually get my account closed until February 16, 2026 when I refused to hang up and insisted on holding until I could speak with someone. Every time I called, an "Account Specialist" wasn't available and the operators continually claimed that there was no one else allowed to cancel. I am the customer. If you insist that an account can only be closed by specific people then those people need to be available when the customer calls - NOT when it's convenient for you to call them back.
