I was very impressed with how professional and courteous the team was when they came to clean my carpets. They did an outstanding job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Having previously used Stanley Steemer, I can honestly say there’s no comparison—Steve’s Carpet Care is far superior. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.

I will admit that I thought duct cleaning was a scam. Boy was I WRONG! I hired Steve's to clean my system and wish that I had done it years ago. I purchased my home after renting it for a few years. I know the prior tenants had dogs too. I just remodeled my home, and my wife was so mad at the amount of dust I created! SO... I called Steve's and they came out right away. Cleaned all the vents and furnace. I could immediately tell that the air we were breathing was healthier. Also, after one week, my house was noticeably cleaner- less dust for sure. The debris they removed from the system was surprising and I am now a firm believer that this is a must do service! Thank you to Mitch and Derek for making my home healthy again! Cant thank you enough!

Steve's was great! On time, friendly, accommodating and skilled. I am rating a 4 because the small seam where they had to cut and rejoin the carpet is quite noticible. But, I was told it would be. A little dissatisfaction there.

Called Steve and had service in 4 days. Derek and help came out and performed miracles! The carpeting looks fantastic. Not only is it clean, they worked around my eider mother and father with their in-home caregiver. So nice and understanding. Thank you so much!

These guys are the best! I believe you can trust them totally because the two times they’ve been out to clean there were a few spots where the pH had been off and the carpet turned a little brown. Both times they came out and corrected it. You can’t go wrong with Steve’s Carpet Cleaning. This carpet is at least 25 years old and now it looks almost brand new again.Reasonable price and great work!

Our carpet was pretty gross after a serious flood and all of the repair work that came with it. I was able to get them to the house within 3 days of calling. They came in, treated everything with antimicrobial spray, cleaned the floors and couch, and had the basement looking great in less than an hour. They were professional and so helpful. I highly recommend them.

I had the carpets in the main floor of our house cleaned, a white chair cleaned, and a wool rug sent in for a deep cleaning. All look great. Will be using again for another batch of rugs and probably a spring carpet cleaning as well.

Stretched my carpet and was honest about the quality. It looked amazing. Told us we couldnt do the upstairs stretching because it was in a bad place. At least he was honest. Floor cleaning came out amazing and clean. A few stains he wasnt able to get out. Not at all worried. Good deal and honesty. Friendly and hardworking. Yup, worth every penny!!

We have used Steve's twice now and they have done great work. Scheduling online is very convenient and easy to do. Nate did the work this time and was fast, friendly and super through.

I used them for 3 different services: carpet repair, carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Prices were very reasonable and customer service was great!

I had another company clean my dryer vent and that company wasn't able to find the exit or throughly clean the vent. Steve's technicians found where my vent exits the house and cleaned out 2 bird nests. My dryer works perfectly now. I'm very happy with all of the service I received.
