Ive been coming here for about a year. My dresses are always on time and look amazing. Very nice place too.

I've been using them for well over a year and had been satisfied with the service until recently. I always get my jeans extra heavy starch with a crease. When I picked up my jeans they were dry cleaned. It wasn't a significant issue; I simply requested a redo, and that was agreed upon. When I returned a few days later they were dry cleaned again. The receipt said I requested which I did not. I have never had my jeans dry cleaned. Again, not a big issue, they agreed to do it again. On my 3rd visit to pick up the jeans, they still hadn't been starched, only dry cleaned. At this point I was somewhat frustrated that my request had still not been fulfilled. A gentlemen (possible owner or manager) came out from the back & stated that I requested dry clean, not laundry. I was uncertain about what he was referring to, so I clarified that I always request extra heavy starch on my jeans. He then insisted that I hadn't made such a request. Once more, I emphasized that this was my third attempt to rectify the situation. His poor attitude and accusatory language was an immediate turn-off. Instead of attempting to resolve the situation, he seemed more focused on insisting that I was wrong. I expressed my intention to take my business elsewhere, and he responded with a casual "I think you should." This was upsetting because of the convenience and quality I had the previous year with this business. I sincerely hope this individual comes across this post and reflects on how he treated me as a customer during my 3rd attempt to receive the service I initially requested. Lastly, receipt clear states "REDO of the Ticket 1354323 want extra heavy starch in the pants".

Dropped off some shirts to be laundered on a Thursday was told they would be back on Friday. Went on Saturday to pick up and was told they were not ready. Went back on Monday and Tuesday still not in. Called and was told they actually came in on Tuesday but was scanned wrong. Picked them up and the stains on a shirt were not gone, but actually had new stains on them. Should have known better as they send out all cleaning. Don't go here if you want things done correctly.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 15 years and have spent thousands of dollars, but after my most recent experience I will never return.

Last month I dropped off a large load of clothes with a Thursday pickup date. When I came on Thursday, I was told they had changed their schedule mid-cycle and my order wouldn’t be ready until the following week. Unfortunately, I was leaving town for three weeks, so I had to travel without the clothes I needed.

When I finally returned and came straight from the airport, I was told I had already picked up my clothes. That was impossible – I hadn’t even been in the state. After arguing with the man at the counter, he “found” half my order, but the rest – 10 pairs of pants, a sports coat, and 3 sweaters – is still missing. He kept insisting I had picked them up, even though I had proof I was gone.

He promised the owner would call me, took my phone number, and weeks later I have heard nothing. No apology, no follow-up, no resolution.

The service here has completely fallen apart. It used to be reliable, but now it’s disorganized, dismissive, and careless. Fair prices mean nothing if your clothes go missing.

If you value your wardrobe or your time, go somewhere else. Continental Cleaners is no longer trustworthy.

Adam did a terrific job cleaning our carpets and was personable, efficient and thorough. Just make sure that you have your own help on hand to move furniture because they will not lift beds bureaus etc.

We had Steve's Carpet Cleaning and Restoration out for a duct and dryer vent cleaning this week. The folks that came out were on-time, super friendly (to us and our dogs), and we could tell they removed a ton of material from our vents. We'll definitely use them again for this service!

The crew did a thorough job on our carpets, and they were great to work with.

Nate was great!! Very conscientious and protected our walls with corner bumpers. He was very respectful of what we wanted done and set realistic expectations with the actual carpet cleaning…. and then exceeded them!

I had an excellent experience with Steve's for a small scale cleaning recently, but would not hesitate to call them for any size job in the future. They were easy to schedule with excellent communication, and Derek was a top guy.

I didn't have great expectations of getting the stairs clean after so many years of pets and not taking shoes off...but Steve's really surprised me, they did an absolutely fantastic job, and frankly, I was stunned to see that carpet looking so great, really exceeded what I believed to be possible with my old carpet...gave it a couple more years of life!

Communication, punctuation and performance. They communicate what time they would be here and when they were on their way. The service was done with in 2 hours for 4 rooms, two hallways and stairs. Happy with the experience and will be using them again in the future and recommending them to friends and family

Derek at Steve's Carpet Care cleaned our white carpet. It had ground in dirt from children, shoes and just living. They were not as clean as I had hoped and I called to request another visit. They were prompt and returned the following Monday. Derek shampooed again and wow what a difference. They actually look white. I loved the fact they were so responsive and their customer service is above and beyond. On my list for future use!!

Steve’s does the best job! They are easy to book with, super flexible when I needed to reschedule, and showed up promptly on time for the job. I have been using Steve’s for 15 years now and will never stop!.

the technician was thorough, respective of the house and left the carpets in beautiful condition. some of the carpet was 30 year old wool and it was lovely to see it clean
he completed the job in the window of time scheduled
and I am happy that the place looks fresh and clean once again

I loved that I was able to book online. They arrived, were very respectful of the space, and cleaned three rooms worth of carpets very efficiently, including a large coffee stain that had been there for quite some time. I would definitely use them again in the future when we need the carpets cleaned again!
