We had a new AC system installed this past summer by L & M in a somewhat challenging space in our home. We were incredibly impressed with their professionalism and expertise. The installation team was efficient, respectful of our property, and clearly communicated the process throughout. They expertly navigated the complexities of our older home and the final result is fantastic. We also appreciated that they offered a convenient financing option, which made the entire process even smoother. We highly recommend L & M for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free AC installation experience.

Mike was professional and spent an hour talking about technical details of the installation and answering all of my nerdy technical questions. He worked with me to find my ideal AC/Furnace pairing and quickly scheduled the work to be done on my preferred schedule. The work was done cleanly in a single day and so far I am very happy with the upgraded system. After installation our humidifier wasn't working properly and Mike promptly came back and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I would recommend L&M to my friends and family.

Mike did an amazing job installing our new thermostat and making recommendation about how to run our heating/air more efficiently and extend the life of the products. He was very knowledgeable and timely with getting us in his schedule. Price seemed fair, and the work was great. We will definitely be calling L&M again in the future!

I was so grateful for Lee. He came the very next day after I called him. I had been waiting for another company to come out only to have my appointment canceled with them the hour before they were supposed to show up and could not come back for another week. This was in the middle of our week where we had temps in the 90’s. He was very professional! It was a quick fix and I felt the price was right. He will be the one who will service my AC and Heater from now on! Cannot recommend him enough!

Lee and Michael of L and M have serviced my rental and my home. They've installed a heat pump and also serviced and certified several heaters and Air Conditioners for me and clients. They do a fast and effective job and they're customer service is excellent.

Michael with L & M HVAC is very personable, professional & experienced. He went above & beyond to install a new heater in our warehouse with short notice and frigid weather. He was on time & he did what he said he would do. I highly recommend this company!

Lee with L&M was available with a few days (vs 2 week lead time for HVAC installer) to fix a relatively common maintenance HVAC issue. Lee was all around responsive and showed up as scheduled. He fix the issue and explained to me the cause and fees paid were very reasonable. I will use him for my future HVAC needs. A+

Mike is a really nice guy! He showed up in the appointment window, assessed my AC unit and was finished under 60 minutes. He also told me some other things I could do to improve the airflow in my home. I highly recommend you have him check out your AC unit this summer.

L&M was amazing to work with. They were super responsive to our inquiry and through texts. They were knowledge, professional and very friendly. When an issue popped up right after installation, they were on top of it to fix it (issue from the manufacture not L&M). They seemed fairly priced and quality of work is top notch.

They found and replaced safety issues our inspector missed and also installed a new heat pump. Courteous, knowledgeable, & thorough. Highly recommended!

This is one of the rare firms that is very responsive, doing a great (& clean!) job when installing or maintaining HVAC systems. We have relied on them for two houses that recently underwent complete renovations.

On Friday our furnace stopped working and it was late enough in the afternoon that I felt we were doomed to being chilly the entire week-end. I got in touch with L&M
HVAC and they were at our house Saturday morning and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend using them.
