Cameron was able to diagnose a problem that was intermittent quickly and then complete repair. All of our interactions w One Hour have been great. Our furnace is on the roof - not everyone is willing to work on that. They have earned our loyalty over years of maintenance and service that is always timely and courteous. Highly recommend.

They were able to come around my schedule. Christian made a point of giving me all details and choices of how much I wanted to do to get my heater working. He explained everything and was very efficient while working and made a point of making sure he didn't do anything to get my carpets dirty.

Michael was great. He came out at the last minute to tune up our furnace and a/c unit. Our furnace is 15 years old and has a humidifier that's never worked well, if at all. He got it going w a simple adjustment. There's also a seperate filter for the humidifier part of the furnace. I didn’t know that. Apparently neither did the half dozen guys we've had over the years who came out and did a reported inspection and cleaning. Ive lived in my house for over 10 years so you can imagine how disgusting that filthy old filter was! We've even supposedly had the humidifier "worked on" a couple times. Michael spotted it right away. He was thorough and took his time, which we appreciated.

Brody was friendly, respectful and professional. He explained everything he was doing and clarified what I didn’t understand. After he a quick inspection, he solved one problem and then troubleshot and found a more complicated issue. He resolved that and stayed through several cycles to make sure there were no other problems. He did a great job.

Christian was awesome. He figured out the issue with my furnace and was able to get it running in a matter of minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pro at what he does. I will definitely recommend your company to all my friends in the Denver area.

Joseph was quick, professional and very helpful. He addressed all of my concerns and gave me assurance that my system was working well, and even offered a few easy maintenance tips that I'll be able to put into practice going forward

As with all of the One Hour team, Anson was polite, cheerful & knowledgeable . He got right to work, chatting with us & wrapped up his task in the time frame he promised.

Joseph was swift, efficient, and thorough with his work. He made sure we got our furnace up and running in a timely manner and even went the extra mile to replace parts that seemed suspect of breaking in the near future free of charge. Definitely would recommend him as a technician!

I cannot stress enough the excellent service we received from Tyler and Ivan — an amazing team of HVAC professionals who installed our new furnace and AC unit with expertise, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. As we told them both, good customer service is hard to come by and the level of great customer service that they provided is even rarer. Their workmanship was exquisite; these two take absolute pride in their work and you can tell. We recommend them wholeheartedly and feel fortunate that we got them for this job!

Joseph was polite and on-time, respectful of us and our property (put on protective shoes and turned off the basement lights on his way out), and told us not only what we needed fixed today, but what to look out for in the future.
The whole process was scheduled and done quickly within the time window we were given. I wish all repairs went this smoothly.

Tyler did great work -- efficient, polite, professional, none of the obvious intentional obfuscation of the work that was required to make it seem more complex, or any other 'slick' tactics often seen with other companies. I spoke to multiple people with reception/dispatch and all of them were capable and kind. They were clearly busy, but still able to make time for me and find me a same-day opening to handle a last minute heating emergency during a cold snap. Next time something with the house goes awry, One Hour will definitely be my first call!

Great job. Replaced our 33 year old furnace with a top of the line unit and got it all installed in one day. Tyler and Ivan were professional and very skilled at their job.

The company is always responsive to needs. Quick scheduling and availability. They have a good automated system using text messages for appt confirmations, intro of techs, arrival of techs on the day of and eliciting service feedback. Cameron and Mateo were friendly and professional. Timely notification of their arrival. They are knowledgeable and answered all questions, outlining what to expect and time to complete. Confirmed contact info and provided pictures upon completion of duct cleaning. They were efficient and respectful of time and my home. Highly recommend them for any air/heating needs.

Joseph was personable, professional and efficient. You have a good guy on your team. I have not had many good experiences with One Hour with not getting a call back and waiting long periods of time to get answers for service, etc. that’s why I’m no longer a member but having to get my filter for my furnace only through one hour I had no choice. Joseph was refreshing change.
