We had a truly great experience with True Heating and Cooling. There are not many people in this area that can understand, install, or work with boilers. From the first day of installation to the end, Logan and Matt, the technicians, took great care of us and our home. They put down drop cloths to protect the floors, carpet, and stairs, kept us apprised of their progress, discussed any issues that came up, and resolved all of them with knowledge, intelligence, care, and thoughtfulness. It turned out that the previous owner had cemented around the old boiler, and they had to chisel it out. They worked out a solution and continued on. Logan and Matt were a complete pleasure to work with. When another issue regarding the expansion tank occurred, they stayed late to fix it and made sure everything was working, provided a walk through of the machine and the wifi enabled thermostat, and gave us an opportunity to ask any questions before they left. They cleaned up the space, removed all debris, and even vacuumed. My initial consultation with Justin (the owner) was thorough. His knowledge, recommendations, and follow-up all led me to hire his company after numerous considerations. I'm so grateful to them all for the care they took with our home and the expertise and professionalism they all exhibited in the process. Thank you Justin, Logan and Matt! I can't recommend True Heating & Cooling and their employees enough!

In all transparency, True Heating and Cooling had done previous work on our tankless water heater for the past couple years - mainly just a normal maintenance. All good work, but my quibble was follow up on some outstanding issues (mainly with a knocking noise that they didn't seem to get to the bottom of and didn't follow up) which led me to explore other companies - which unfortunately were no where near as detailed or close (actually most further) from a solution and I came them another chance and I'm glad I did.

Justin helped work through some more detailed troubleshooting and provided a solid quote (detailed and quick) for solutions in a quick manner. He listened and cared. He was knowledgeable and thorough. While not only getting the issues I had resolved, was also able to resolve other code and safety issues that stemmed from the original install of the boiler.

I would highly recommend True to others and will also recommend to other neighbors within my condo complex that have similar setups and might need work.

(It's also interesting that they are not listed on Navien's website or BBB accredited; this is where I looked for contact information for service as they a) certainly can work / service Navien products well and b) should deserve to be accredited with BBB. Other companies that I've consulted were on both sites and didn't provide as good of service)

We just bought a new home and Logan came out to fix our boiler and heating issues. He was prompt, knowledgeable, explained things clearly, was highly professional and fixed our issues. We highly recommend Logan and True and will be using them for all our heating and cooling maintenance moving forward.

True Heating and Cooling did a great job from start to finish. Jophery was very informative, answered all my questions and provided three different options and price ranges for a new HVAC system. Daniel and Alex preformed the work and did an excellent job, answering questions along the way and showing very good workmanship and attention to detail, Daniel was very knowledgeable. Tim followed up with a final inspection and testing to ensure everything was working great. Would use True again!

Very happy with TRUE. I use them for annual furnace and a/c checks on my rental properties. Their staff are always professional, punctual, and pleasant. Colin was thorough, explained what he was doing and finding in an understandable manner and showed pics of any findings.Naturally identified some additional maintenance items, which I appreciated, along with quotes for that work. I definitely feel the price for the their annual maint contract is worthwhile and avoids surprises

We had another company out to winterize our evaporative cooler and give us an estimate on installing AC. That company gave us an outrageous price so I immediately called True Heating & Cooling. A tech (Mark) showed up 2 hours later and charged us less than half of what the other company wanted.

Everyone i’ve talked to, from scheduling to the technician, has been helpful, on time, and super kind.

Logan was wonderful to deal with, our furnace suddenly stopped working and he was able to find and fix the issue in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend True Heating & Cooling. Hannah was wonderful and got us on the schedule before the low temperatures come in tonight. We will be only using True Heating & Cooling moving forward!

Carlos and Juan teamed up to install a hybrid HVAC system for us: Dave Lennox Signature Collection, SL280V Variable Speed Gas Furnace with a Lennox Elite Series El18KSLV Cold-Climate Heat Pump.They did a wonderful job, and answered all our questions along the way. Both men were positive, outgoing, and professional. The job to remove the old equipment, and install the new units was done with care. We highly recommend these knowledgeable technicians! 🏆

This crew (and Logan specifically) are the best in the HVAC business. I've tried other companies and no one is as professional, technically proficient or customer oriented as them. I only use True Heating & Cooling for all of my household needs and can highly recommend them to others!

Daniel and Alex did an excellent job of replacing our HVAC system. They explained everything with extra steps to ensure we were comfortable with the equipment. Dustin came out to do the final inspection after install. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything a great detail. Joffrey helped us determine the best system that we needed and helped with financing. The office was very helpful whenever I called.

I cannot believe the professionalism and amazingness True Heating and Cooling has displayed beginning to end. We came to them with a crunched timeline and Jophery was able to provide us with an estimate, a phone call or three answering questions, and even suggestions for improvements to our ducting and whatnot. He was so fast in communication and it really boosted our confidence in our decision to use True. Carlos and Juan showed up on time and had such great communication as well, and they even improved our existing equipment... it is beyond incredible to feel so taken care of and being able to trust the people in your home to do work with A+ quality. True had amazing communication the entire time, and we are so very grateful for everything they did. Samantha was great in setting us up with everything else after, too. Logan is an amazing tech! He’s knowledgeable, respectful, and informative. My new home has boiler and my previous home had forced air. So you can imagine the amount of questions I had while he was working. He was so willing and patient to answer every question I had. Thank you for the great service!!

Update - We ended up needing to replace both furnace and AC.
They did an excellent job with the installations. Chris and Elijah were friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous. The whole process went smooth and transparent, and the company handled all the legwork from start to finish. Highlyx2 recommended!

A huge shout out to all of the staff at True Heating and Cooling for a job well done! Jophery my first contact was extremely patient and compliant with all of the documents required by my HOA as well as for the State/Xcel rebates. Appointments for installation was easy and seamless. The crew who consisted of Tim, Elijah, Alex, Juan and Carlos got my 2 mini splits installed in one day instead of the possible two days. I could not be happier with the entire process and quality of staff. Thank you all for a job well done!

Great service! Very professional and detailed. The text messages confirming the appointment as well as the day of service were very helpful. They sent a picture of my service agent, his name and even a tracking link for the time of arrival. Appreciated the safety of that. They are all very professional! Colin Kozlowski was on time, and very detailed in his work. Even taught me about what to look for in a good air filter! He was respectful of our home and did a great job!

The crew of 3 installers arrived on time, spent all day installing my furnace, cleaned up and left everything in to shape. I found True on ChatGPT and it recommended this firm and several others. True had the best price.
We had installers Chris, Sam and Tim who worked hard all day to install our furnace. I appreciate their hard work and quality work.

Colin arrived promptly at 1pm on Monday. Sept 15. He introduced himself, put on protective footwear and got right to work. He traveled between the thermostat and the actual heater, which is downstairs in the crawl space. He checked the heater to make sure it was communicating with the thermostat. He spent over an hour doing this. He was very thorough and made sure I knew what he was doing.

They were prompt and did a great, thorough job changing out my old furnace and AC and installing a heat pump and furnace. I am also greatful they explained all the available rebatws in detail! My techs were Carlos and Juan. Wouldn't hesitate to represent them.
