Cameron was provided great service for our furnace. He kept us informed of problems, costs, the parts needed to fix the furnace and was dedicated to getting the job done. But most of all, as customer we felt like our needs were important to him.

My 85-year old in-laws’ furnace broke down on a cold fall night. Chris and Mike K. made a special trip to get a new motherboard, then stayed until 6:00 PM on a Friday night to ensure that their HVAC system was up and running (it was under warranty). Most importantly, they answered their questions with patience and kindness. They were personable and knowledgeable when explaining their work to them. I feel like my in-laws could confidently call Chris and Mike K for any future maintenance and repairs.

System replacement. Johnathan Knoll was very professional and quick! Upon arrival he got right to it and completed the exchange and testing in approximately 5 hours. Johnathan is a very pleasant tech. He covered the flooring and was careful not to cause damage.

My tech Mark Farley was great. He did the HVAC maintenance well.
He was able to get the part needed to fix the system. He gave us good suggestions to consider about our aging furnace. He was very professional and kind to our dog!🐶

Cameron had been at our home when we had problems with our mini split system, which he helped solve. So he remembers us, our system, and knows the importance of regular maintenance. He is a gem! Very well versed in our system, technically very up to date, and an extremely nice guy!!!

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning has a great Technician- Brody Sheridan. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave a thorough explanation of the problem and how to resolve the issue with my furnace. He went above and beyond to get my furnace working so my home has heat in the winter months. I will also pass on to my friends and family that Brody Sheridan at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning 24/7 service is the best!

Very nice people and great customer service. However, I was told I needed an entire new furnace. I got a second opinion and it was a simple part that needed replacement. I got quotes from both companies for the part replacement and the other company was less than half the price of One Hour Heating.

Hank and MJ did a great job! They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and had some fun while they were working. They walked me through everything they were doing so I understood what was going on. Would definitely recommend them!

Very good service from our technician Anson. He texted us with his arrival time about an hour before. He completed the furnace maintenance efficiently and thoroughly. He also took time to explain what he did and things that we should be aware of as well as things to do ourselves. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend them.

He explained first to us what he would be doing and then when we had questions while he was working he answered those so that when he was finished we knew he completed everything satisfactorily. As a new homeowner, there’s a lot of questions and apprehension about “the unknown” and Cameron did a great job of not just getting to the root of my issue, but also helping to get me familiar with some of the”the basics” of knowing the furnace in my new house. Great experience! Fixed my HVAC so quickly on the same day I called. It's January, so I was worried about a night with no heat.
The technician solved the problem and gave me advice on ways to avoid it in the future/possible upgrades that were actually practical. Also had an electrician come out separately to check on some issues, and he was very thorough. I'll use them again.

The Service Techs from One Hour are terrific. Always on time, incredibly professional and most importantly they are extremely thorough in their inspection, diagnosis and repair. Glad to have them as a service provider and I highly recommend them.

One Hour Heating replaced my furnace two years ago. Tyler Orr came out for the annual maintenance. Tyler took his time going through system and cleaned up the wiring for the next person who encounters it. He replaced the filter, tidied up when his work was complete, and was very respectful of my home and me. He was very pleasant and efficient.

I had a new furnace and ac installed. Jonny and Tyler B did an amazing job from start to finish. They are both very good at what they do. They had to install new lineset for my new system and it came out looking awesome (even the city inspector commented on how good it looks). The sheet metal work on the new furnace that Jonny fabricated looks amazing as well. I will recommend One Hour Heating and Air to anyone and I can't thank Jonny and Tyler B for the awesome job they did!!

Our technician Christopher went above and beyond to help repair our furnace. Staying late and making sure our furnace was good to go before a cold snap was so appreciated. His professionalism and attention to detail was top notch!
