Joey and Phaylan did great work on my furnace install and were very professional throughout the entire install. They explain what needed to be replaced for me and got my system up to code.

charged me 800$ for 10 minutes of work capping one gas line- no parts were required; taking advantage of an impending weather emergency… service tech agreed price was outrageous and suggested i contact the main office- when i called to complain; i was told they would “make it right” and i would be called back with a solution… never heard from them again… called a second time- same thing- swept under the rug… Avoid these bottomfeeders at all costs! they are out to price gauge as hard as they possibly can- let’s keep our community safe from preditoral companies like this! note: also take notice to their copy and paste response method to negative reviews- they definately do not contact back ripped off customers nor does it seem like they genuinely care about customer satisfaction once they get your money…

In the last couple of weeks, I have had a large number of the technicians from blue sky plumbing and heating and hvac
At my house to install 2 new AC units as well as having to install new electrical panels to accommodate the units. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful in answering ALL
my questions. Special thanks goes out to Chris and Aaron who installed the last electrical panel this evening.

Needed additional work for the crawl space under my house.
Jeremiah and Archer came out and gave me an estimate that was much better than competitors. When I said ok they were able to schedule it for the next day-WOW! They showed up on time and regardless of the mud in the crawl space take they got right to work installing 3 new outlets and a breaker in the main box. Work completed in time and at the promised cost. When the contractors doing the rest of the work under my house showed up they told me they needed more plug-ins for the pumps. When I called Jeremiah called me right back and said they would be out in the morning to make the changes. ON-TIME again with work finished on budget and on time!!

Adam and his crew from Bluesky did a great job installing our new furnace and water heater. They spent the whole day until the job was finished and cleaned up when done. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Adam went over everything with us and answered all our questions. Great job!

Don’t use Blue Sky plumbing, they quoted me one thing for the trip charge over the phone, then something different when they arrived, prices where significantly higher then other places ( the refuse to give any idea of a estimate over phone) and refused to be accountable for their companies mistakes. Overall my experience with them was terrible. I highly recommend avoiding doing business with them

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people who work for them. We have had Blue Sky specialists come out to winterize our swamp cooler, and most recently, diagnose and fix an issue with our furnace.

Jake Canady was the technician that serviced our furnace and he was very kind, courteous, and willing to talk me through the issue with our furnace and what to look out for in the future. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to diagnose the issue in the future and that there weren’t several things going wrong. As a bonus, he was very good with our dog that gets nervous with new men coming into the house. She stopped barking at him within the first 5 minutes, which has never happened with a service tech before! I would highly recommend Blue Sky, and Jake specifically for HVAC, to anyone that has plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.

I scheduled an appointment to install a new kitchen faucet on a small kitchen sink. Please see the attached photograph. The company did not provide an estimate during the scheduling call. There is an $84 dispatch fee. The fee is waived if you decide to have the work done. The plumber told me it would cost $730 to install this kitchen faucet. I asked him how long it would take him to install the faucet. The plumber replied that it would take him approximately “15 minutes”. I declined to have the work done and will be charged the $84 dispatch fee.

Updating review to respond to Owner’s response:

The Company’s response states that the work did not consist of “just replacing a faucet but also replacing shutoff valves and water supply lines.” This is the first time the Company said additional work beyond the faucet installation needed to be performed. The home at issue was built 5 years ago and the shutoff valves and water supply lines are in good condition (please see the attached photographs). On site the plumber said the $730 charge was for the faucet installation, only. The plumber continued to say that a faucet installation is a flat fee at $730, and the plumber further explained that people with more comprehensive faucets get a better deal than those with simple faucet installations because of the flat fee. At no point did the plumber (or the Company until its response) indicate that water supply lines and shutoff valves needed to be replaced. Make the company give you an estimate prior to their arrival. The Company said I would be charged a trip fee when I scheduled the appointment, but to confirm, the Company never charged me the fee.

This is the second job we've had Blue Sky do for us - we were very happy with their work on the first job (an underground gas leak) but I was even more impressed with this job they did for us (replacing our furnace and water heater). The last work done on these systems in our very tight furnace closet did not make the job easy for Adam and Jared, (along with 2 other guys whose names I regrettably don't remember) not because of them but because of the tight space and less-than-awesome work done prior. Despite this, the professionalism they showed was something you rarely see these days ... they communicated clearly, took extra measures to make sure their work did not leave any mess whatsoever when they left (Adam even wiped off fingerprints I had not even noticed that he found on a door before he left!), and were SO polite and pleasant. They apologized for any inconvenience caused multiple times when the job went longer than they possibly expected it to take and they were patient with my young children as well. Adam and Jared - you and your team were awesome and I would happily recommend Blue Sky to others!

Blue Sky has done a great job for me twice now. I first hired them to install a combi boiler/water heater after the one that came in my house died. Mason was the first plumber on site and he couldn't have been a nicer guy and clearly knew his stuff. Unfortunate he got hurt removing our old boiler, hoping you are back to 100% Mason! The next team of Eli and Chris we at my house within an hour and they picked up and finished the install job seamlessly. Eli and Chris were champions, they put in a full week of 10 hours days to get the install done for us.

My most recent experience with the Blue Sky plumbing team was with Jeromy who came out yesterday to help me trouble shoot why one of my heating zones wasn't working correctly. He listened to my description of the issue and immediately knew where to look. He had it fixed in less than 5 minutes and he was even able to help me get a better location for my main water shut off valve!

All in all my experience with the Blue Sky teams has been excellent. They are all knowledgeable, kind and professional. Also their pricing is fair, I shopped around and found their pricing to be the best balance of fair price and high quality. Definitely include Blue Sky if you are getting quotes on plumbing work.

We needed new valves installed for our Washer and dryer since they were corroded. JP arrived on time, assessed the situation and took care of it in a professional manner. Also he answered many of our other plumbing questions. We have a 60+ year old home so it seems like anything we do requires some updates to the original plumbing, wiring, etc. Never ending.

This is our third time having Blue Sky work on our house and we trust them explicitly.

Second time I've used Blue Sky. The first time was to take care of a tankless water heater issue. This time was for clogged and leaking kitchen sink drain pipe.Daniel Acevedo was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problem(ie cleared the clog and resealed the connections in the pipe) he also recognized that part of the problem was the slope of the pipe after the "p-trap" and fixed that as well.
Also they responded same day, and the price was fair.

Wow! I am so impressed! My technicians, Izzy and Archer, not only arrived over half an hour earlier than scheduled, but also knocked out NINE light installations for me in under 4 hours. Nine! It was a lot; four of which were not standard replacements and required attic access and bracket mounting. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. And I love the upgrades. Great service from Jake C! He came out to the house to help mitigate a noisy air handler early in the morning on a holiday and was extremely thorough in his handling of the issue. I am grateful that I selected Blue Sky for the installation of my new heat pump as I am confident that they will do whatever is necessary to ensure my complete satisfaction.

We had an HVAC annual visit and had a few minor plumbing issues to be addressed. Both technicians, Patrick Whalin and Gareth Jones were incredibly courteous, pleasant and excellent in their workmanship. It was a joy to have what felt like a friend over to help do some work around the house. Kudos to Blue Sky for hiring well and fostering a culture that puts the customer first. It is obvious. I called Blue Sky after another larger plumber quoted me an insane rate to fix a small problem. Blue Sky did it for half with excellent and timely service. Andres was an expert and great to work with.

I feel satisfied and ecouraged to call on Blue Sky again for any of my plumbing, electrical, or hvac needs. I had an electrical problem with some lighting in my bsthroom and Archer was very thorough, spent the time to discover the problem and fixed it. They are reasonably priced which helps me since I'm on a low budget.

My water heater was leaking, and blue sky came out to look at it. They quoted me $4,300 for a new one which seemed high. I contacted another plumber who was able to diagnose it correctly as a leaky drain valve over text message/pics. I was able to replace the valve myself for $25. I'm guessing Blue sky also knew it was a drain valve issue, but were all to happy to replace it anyway for double what it should cost. Still had to pay the $95 service fee for the incorrect diagnosis. Not impressed.

I needed a maintenance check on my hot water heater. I have never had an issue but since I joined the friends and family program at Blue Sky, it is easier to maintain house system since I receive priority bookings. I received fast and knowledgeable service. The tech talked through all aspects he was checking and gave me recommendations to consider. Price was reasonable. I am glad I have a trusted source to call on when I need

Service was easy to schedule. Our technician, Charles, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was respectful of our property. He explained everything in detail and provided several possible options. The repair was pretty expensive but seemed to be in-line with the cost we researched on-line.

Installers were amazing! Several projects were completed. Adam, Jared, Eli, Chris H, Josh, and Chris P were very knowledgeable and kind. They treated me, my dog, and home with great respect. They took pictures and explained all the work that they had to complete. They also worked very late to ensure everything was working properly and remained within a reasonable price point. I would highly recommend blue sky. The only reason why this isn’t a full 5 stars is because communication wasn’t always the easiest—their phones didn’t always go through. They seem to have a new system that has kinks to get worked out which resulted in my calls not always being returned.
