Overall experience bad. Tanya was great. Tech was rude and $3,000 for a water heater is too much. Disappointed and won't be using the service again.

Tim was my plumber and he did a great job. Early to the appointment, honest, good answers and worked hard when he got here. He also went above and beyond when he explained things and offered good advice. I will always ask for him in the future!!!!!

Great experience with Lakewood Plumbing. It started with Tanya in the office. I sent her a photo with the bathtub faucet I needed replaced and she got right back to me with a price and lead time estimate. Once the part arrived, appointment was promptly scheduled. The technician Angel showed up right on time, replaced the faucet and serviced my hot water heater in no time. He even re-caulked around the pieces he didn't replace so everything looks brand new. Highly recommend this company.
*Note, don't pay attention to the price I paid - that wasn't due to Lakewood Plumbing, it's because I have a fancy expensive faucet that was 70% of the total bill.

Tim and Bubba did a phenomenal job updating all the plumbing in one of our apartments we are updating. Both are very professional and go beyond. These fellows take pride in their work.

We had a complicated set up where they had to take out one broken water heater and put two new ones in, with a gas line and connection to the furnace that needed to be moved and redone. They did excellent professional work in a limited space and the new set up is tidy and efficient, everything was done in one day even with specialty parts needed.

Had a great experience with Tim Mena. Super knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and got the job done right the first time. Clean work and very respectful. I’ll be using them again.

A few months ago I was in the process of selling my grandfather's home and wanted to have the main line video'd and snaked prior to sale. Enter Lakewood Plumbing. Who, might I add, I had previously hired on 2 other occasions at this same home for the same service. Within approximately 5 minutes the tech on site said he could not snake any further, my main line was crushed underneath a portion of the home. This tech told me it could cost $12k+, and that is just the plumbing job, I would need to completely rip up the foundation and portion of the home which would then need to be refinished post plumbing work. When I asked for the video of the snake, they claimed they could not provide it. My business partner then called, because he is a man, and I wanted to know if he would get the same story from them. He was told they didn't want to provide the video because it would not be a good idea to show potential buyers, but that they could send it if he really wanted, and then gave a different quote for $8k. We felt this all sounded weird, especially considering the large difference in quotes, so we called another company. That company came out, snaked all the way to the street with no issues and allowed me to watch the video showing the line was not truly damaged. I almost shelled out over $10k and months of my time over a problem that didn't truly exist. I really hope this was a one off occurrence, and they are not out here repeatedly ripping off unsuspecting people for such massive jobs. They also charged me over $600 for a snake that they "couldn't" perform. That alone is a rip-off. Sorry to say, I would not recommend this business to anyone ever again, and have already made sure to tell my friends and family to stay away since.

The tech by the name of Joe Zavala came out ASAP! Great customer service, super friendly, and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this guy for all future services!

Joe was very knowledgeable, polite, and reliable. Joe located a leak in my home in less than an hour and was out to search for a part right away. He returned the following Monday to get it fixed and knew exactly what needed to be done.

Joe is great! He's come out to fix and replace sump pump a couple times. He's always on time, great communication, very efficient and cares about the work he does. Give him a raise!!! Hard to find people that care and do the job right the first time!!!

We had a clogged kitchen drain today and Lakewood Plumbing scheduled Aaron to come out the same day (today). He arrived early, was courteous and professional and solved our issue in about 30 minutes. We had a question about the flushing of a toilet in the basement and he helped us by making the tank full more completely. Yes, this wasn't complex but he offered to spend time solving a problem without extra pay and I think this is why Lakewood Plumbing is the company that I will go back to when needed.

Lakewood Plumbing has come in clutch for various plumbing issues around our gymnastics gym on multiple occasions. Today Sean came out to help us fix our toilet. He was timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. This summer they helped get all 6 of our sinks fixed up and running again. They are definitely our go-to Plumbing Company! We had an emergency problem with water leaking from our refrigerator. Sean came out after hours and was able to find the shutoff valve, which was in a difficult location. He was very courteous, professional and helpful.

We use Lakewood Plumbing for all our commercial jobs and we refer them to anyone that is looking for a plumber - commercial and residential. They do a great job, communicate professionally and show up on time! We use them for toilet and urinal repair and/or replacement, plumbing for new construction, jetting lines, boiler repairs and/or replacement and everything else that may be needed plumbing wise. For more complicated jobs they always help in coming up with a solution where most other plumbers will just give up. I highly recommend Lakewood Plumbing!

We have used Lakewood plumbing and heating three times for plumbing issues and most recently for furnace repairs. We had a brand new furnace installed by another horrible company and Lakewood came out to repair everything and get it up to code and working properly. Paul showed me every major step through the process of his work and explained everything very clearly. They are reasonably priced and every technician that has worked at our house seems extremely knowledgeable. We will continue to use them as our first resource for anything plumbing and HVAC.

Joe Zavala was Amazing! He showed up when promised, fixed my shower issue, and had me up and running in no time. He even polished my 40 year old shower fixtures and had them looking good as new! Thanks Joe!
