I would highly recommend Restoration 1 of West Denver. We had a drainpipe break under our kitchen sink, we had Restoration 1 handle both the mitigation and re-build. Every technician that has come into our home has been very polite and respectful. Kevin Ashby (our project manager) has been a pleasure to work with, he has worked directly with our insurance adjustor to insure everything gets covered and taken care of without any additional money out of our pocket. He has done everything in his power to get this project done in a timely manner as we have a wedding we are hosting at our home in a couple months.

I am so pleased and grateful with the quality of work Restoration1performed when they undertook a large-scale reconstruction project for me at my home after I had a pipe break and flooded my house for two hours.Alex Arzate and Willie Mendoza are amazing at what they do,and their workmanship is top notch.Both Alex and Willie were always on time,always answered my phone calls and are were very clear in communicating what needed to be done.Also,an enormous thank you to Jenn Jefferson who took on the difficult tasks of the project and completely transformed my house into a beautiful home that I am very proud of.Jenn was easy to work with and made sure all of my needs and concerns were met.I truly felt that the Restoration1 team was dedicated to my happiness with the end product,,and they all really cared about getting the job done right.

Jonathan of Restoration 1 was very professional when inspecting the area of our home where we thought there was mold. He did Professional analysis and gave important information in a patient, friendly manner. We will wholeheartedly recommend Jonathan and Restoration 1.

I highly recommend Restoration 1 of West Denver. I had a sprinkler issue, which led to water in my unfinished basement. Alex Campbell came within a short amount of time. He was very personable and courteous. Alex took pictures of the water issue, and after sharing them with Jonathon, the project manager, they both concluded that the water was evaporating on its own, and therefore, I wouldn’t need their services. Restoration 1 is a very ethical company, and I really appreciated their honesty.

I was introduced to Alex Campbell through AAA Plumbing. I was have issues with my HOA and Alex was there throughout the whole process. He was easy to contact and answered my texts and emails right away . Even on the weekends. He guided me through the process and assured me that he would fight to get the job done right the first time. The whole team from Alex to Andi the schedule assistant and the techs who came out. Everybody on the team were thoughtful, kind, thorough and professional. They will truly fight for what is right and just. Their experience and expertise is unmatched.

Tate at Acorn Plumbing highly recommended R1 for our needs. Especially as they can complete all services from mitigation through rebuild and work with home insurance Andie took amazing care of us and was super responsive. John came by to assess and got us in fast. Julio and David did a fantastic job containing, removing, and drying. We only wish we could have gotten the rebuild done faster. We ended up bringing in another party for the drywall and rebuild work.

In late October a water pipe burst and flooded basement in my girlfriend's house. We discovered this at 6:30 AM and we realized this was not something we could handle. I took a chance and called Restoration-1 as they had an office close by. We called at 7:00 AM and were there by 9:00 AM with a full contingent of personnel and tools and went to work immediately. We were understandably upset and totally at sea as to how to proceed but John, the owner, assured us that although this flood was traumatic for us that he had seen worse and assured us that Restoration-1 could handle it. And they did. The crew moved all furniture out of the basement, removed all damaged material, thoroughly dried out every area in the basement and then did a thorough inspection that revealed the presence of asbestos tiles beneath the carpet. Restoration-1's work was excellent and we were kept informed at every step of the way as to what was being done, what were their recommendations and what our options were. We never felt pressured and they were very reassuring throughout the whole process. Their work, clean-up and advice were top notch. I would unequivocally recommend them to anyone with a clean-up situation.

Restoration1 did the rebuild on my bathroom after extensive plumbing repairs. Colton was the carpenter who removed the old vanity and remaining section of tile, put down the new tile, and my new vanity. He did very good work and was very easy to work with.

Candice came out to my friends property to estimate under cabinetry for mold removal and was honest about the remedy process which saved my friend lots of money . Candice was very friendly and informational .

So far through the Mitigation Phase, Restoration 1 has been stellar Desmond and Shawna were professional and efficient, their service was excellent and you would never know they were in my house except for the disassembly they were supposed to complete, extremely clean and good communication. I hope the reconstruction team does just as well

My first contact with this company was with Desmond as he was dispatched to assess the damage and begin the mitigation process. Desmond was very thorough and had great communication with me during the process. Repeat visits to check the drying out progress were quick and again, included the great communication. Reconstruction begins Monday and I can only hope that team will be as responsive and detail oriented as my recent experience with all the members of Restoration 1 of West Denver.

Additional information: The reconstruction process was great. Dave did fabulous work. He was a wizard with matching the slight texture on the repaired wall, and matched the paint perfectly.

Fingers crossed that I won't need water damage repaired again, but if I do, I certainly know I'd contact Renovation 1 of West Denver!

I had multiple restoration/mitigation companies look at our property which had water damage and these guys were by far the best. Their team was very professional and they sent out three people at no cost to me. The owner sent the estimate in a timely manner and continued to follow up. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Some of the bigger mitigation companies wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars just to come look! If you need mitigation and restoration services in the Denver area, think of these guys first.

Restoration 1 of West Denver is the best call to make in terms of immediate and comprehensive work to stabilize, extract and begin the drying process. We had a major water leak in a Class A Office building, and they arrived within 45 minutes on a Sunday in 18-degree temps w/ snow. They helped lessen the impact of this crisis and we are on our way to restoring the asset.

I can't thank Restoration One enough for their incredible service after a kitchen flood severely damaged my hardwood floors and basement. From the moment I called—in the middle of the night—they were responsive, professional, and truly a calming presence during a very stressful situation.
Desmond, the lead on my project, was exceptional from start to finish. He clearly explained the process and made sure everything was handled quickly and thoroughly. His crew—Shawn, Shawna, and Sylvia—were absolutely amazing. They were not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also incredibly courteous, kind, and respectful of my home. They went above and beyond what I expected, treating my home as if it were their own.

We came home from a vacation to discover that our garden hose blew off the nozzle and the flowing hose then filled our basement window well with water which then leaked in and made a huge mess in our basement!!! We called Restoration 1 about 6:15 in the evening and they came right out and worked for hours and left huge machine dehumidifiers to dry out our basement over the next 4 days. They helped with everything including replacing the basement window!! We were thrilled with their help!!! Jen, Micah, Jonathan, Candice, Desmond, Tristen, and Luke All helped!! THEY are terrific! I give them a 10 valuation!!

We used Restoration 1 of West Denver to repair a bathroom that was badly damaged by water leaks, including water that had leaked unseen under the toilet for many years. We worked with an efficient team on this complex process.
Our construction manager, Mark DiRito, was very knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, and easily reached. Willie, who did much of the restoration work, was a highly skilled craftsman. He did outstanding work, especially on the tile walls and floor, and was very helpful.

These guys are great! Scheduling was a bit wonky but once they got in our studio, they were quick and efficient and they did an Excellent job! (They were fixing the damage done by another company).I highly recommend them

We had a pipe burst in our finished basement. We reached out to a leak detection company who then directed us to Restoration1 of West Denver. They were on top of this job from the start, despite a few hiccups with our insurance company. Our basement is back to normal and looks great. The entire crew was very professional.
