Caleb was very professional and attentive to our needs. He showed up after hours right when we called. Performed great work as he demoed 2 units for us and cleaned both very well.
I’m so glad he was able to dry the unit completely! All our worries were gone once CDR was done with their work. When Caleb was done both units looked better and smelled better than when he got here. I would definitely recommend CDR to friends, family, and co-workers!

Caleb responded to my initial phone call within 45 min. He came assessed the issued, provided a quote for his service of drying water soaked carpet and pad. He put his equipment in place, started the process and monitored it every day until the carpet was dry. He was able to remove equipment prior to completion and reduced the cost appropriately. He then provided a bid to replace some damaged molding and re-installing carpet. The work was completed as scheduled with positive results and at reasonable cost. I would recommend this business for any damage restoration work.

First let me say that if you're reading this, I'm sorry that you need restoration services, but the good news is that you need not look any further for a restoration company! We cannot say enough good things about this company. Caleb Halsey, the owner, is a wonderful person and has a fantastic work ethic. He's honest, hardworking, excellent at communicating, and always on time! He explained the whole process to us in great detail and yet in a way we could understand. We had a refrigerator leak that damaged part of our kitchen floor, part of our dining room floor, the floor in the kitchen pantry, and leaked down onto the ceiling in our finished basement. Needless to say, it was very devastating but with Caleb's help, we were able to get everything dried out and mold removed. He even made recommendations for companies he knew could help us with the needed repairs. So again, if you're in need of the type of services that his company provides, give Caleb a call. You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, we needed some damage restoration and Caleb quickly came out, sent an estimate as promised, and was the only one who followed up after sending the quote. He was a joy to work with, absolutely professional, kind, explained things and was kind enough to stop by after a tiny leak popped up literally the day after he completed his work. He will be enthusiastically recommended any time I get a chance!
