Caleb is my first call when I have damage at any of my rental rental properties. He has done both mold remediation and water damage restoration for me, and is a wealth of information. Can't recommend him enough!

Caleb came to evaluate the water damage in our finished basement within 90 minutes of us calling him! He assessed the damage and reasons for it, provided photos for our HO insurance claim and a written estimate. We submitted the claim the same day and had approval to proceed within 24 hours. Caleb had already completed his setup to dry out the carpet, padding and drywall, as well as removing all the damaged baseboards and wet insulation. It took 3 full days to dry everything out. As soon as all was dry he returned and replaced all the damaged materials and reinstalled the water barriers around the sump pump, which had failed. He completed the job expertly within a few hours. We were amazed and delighted at his speed and expertise! In addition, he is a super nice person! Hire him with confidence.

As a retired Director of Support Services which included maintaining 11 acres under roof. I have experienced multiple flooding issues. Many smaller that were handled in house to several large catastrophes that flooded 80000 Sq ft buildings. I have worked with some very good restoration companies and some not so much. Even though Caleb doesn't work large commerical jobs he is (hands down) the best I've been around.
I called him on a Sunday evening when we realized 2/3 or the basement was flooded. An hour later, he was here. Surveyed the situation, told me the fee structure, and I signed his documents. He immediately went into action. I mean action!! He doesn't walk or take one stair at a time. He moved furniture, extracted over 160 gallons of water, removed base board, strategically drilled vent holes to allow air movement behind finished wall surfaces to stymie any mold growth, hauled 10 fans and 2 heavy dehumidifiers downstairs and made sure the coverage and performance were sufficient. Around 1:00 AM he was satisfied that everything was working. Because of his diligence the area dried quickly. The insurance adjuster was very complimentary of his work and didn't quibble over the bill.
He works alone. When you watch him you can understand why. He does two men's worth of work. One would be hard pressed to find any help that could keep up with him.
On top of that, he is a good guy. He is professional, cordial, conscientious and fair minded. If you need restoration work feel grateful if he is available. I know I do, he is welcome at my house, anytime!!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Caleb and Colorado Damage Restoration . I had an emergency situation to which they responded within an hour and immediately went to work remediating the water damage I had in my mother’s home. Caleb was professional, considerate, and stayed in front of the job until completed despite having to go back-and-forth with the insurance company multiple times. Highly recommend!!! If I could I’d give Caleb a 10 out of 5 stars. I unfortunately had a water damage issue with my washer that flooded my top, main floor and basement. I thought a simple box fan and dehumidifier would do the job but called Caleb after a quick review. He came in, patient and kind amidst my hysterics and carefully walked me thorough what to expect. He set up 16 professional, high powered fans and 4 dehumidifiers to dry out my house. He came by every day to check progress, he communicated with my insurance, communicated with me and kept me up to date. He ended up having to rip out my tile and cut out my ceilings, and while he did destroy my house, he left it basically as clean and unscathed as it was prior to his job here now it’s just dry and the ceiling and tile are gone. I can’t thank Caleb enough. I truly thought what I was doing was fine but now I understand it woukd have never dried and I would have been fighting black mold on top of home repair. 10/10 recommend Colorado Damage Restoration. p.s. We had a hell of a nocturnal rain storm roll through our property in west Greeley. We had a major roof leak in numerous spots in our records warehouse. I called CDR at 9pm, Caleb was on site within 45 minutes of my call. He was able to get all of the water vacuumed up and all of his drying equipment in place within 2 1/2 hours. After 3 days, all of the tile, carpet and drywall were completely dry. Caleb was easy to work with and great at communicating everything that he was doing to dry/fix numerous issues from the flood. Caleb and his co-worker Caleb, were extremely helpful in the process of restoring our home back to normal after severe water damage. The owner of the company Caleb immediately came to our residence to help with water mitigation right after a severe leak in our upstairs bathroom. In order to restore the home to it's normal condition, they helped replace the flooring in the bathroom and reinstall the cabinets and patch up and paint and any drywall areas that were affected. They also pointed us in the right direction to get new carpeting For Our home where it was needed.
They were extremely professional and prompt and courteous and did top-notch work. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, they really do fantastic work!

Caleb was wonderful - he was super responsive to my last minute calls including over the weekend, during a very tight home inspection window, to check out the property. Caleb was very thorough in his inspection, caught what the general inspection missed, and honest in his assessment of the cost it would take to remediate the mold problem within the house. Our realtor was also impressed! Caleb recommended an environmental hygienist to come out and do a full test - I didn’t even know what that was. Ultimately, it was after much consultation with Caleb that we decided to pass on the house. We are so grateful to Caleb for his expert help and highly recommend him!

We came home to find a faucet on and water flowing from the kitchen to the living room, down our stairs to the finished basement and coming through the basement celing in our Wiggins home. We called Colorado Damage Restoration at 10:15pm and Caleb was at our home, alone, by midnight. He brought in all the equipment to dry our home, by himself, and didn't leave until 5am. He came back every day for 5 days, moving equipment and tearing out dry wall and flooring, again, by himself! He was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable. We can't thank him enough. Caleb dropped everything and immediately responded our house when our washer broke and flooded our main floor and basement. He went above and beyond to get us taken care of, helped with insurance claim, and did demo and dried affected area.
