We had a pipe burst in our crawlspace which resulted in some minor flooding and water damage. He was able to come out the day we reached out to him to get the both work quoted and started. He is very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and provided us with everything we will need to deal with our insurance company. His work was clearly thorough, our dingy little crawlspace has never looked as good as it does now. Our crawlspace is now bone dry, and the insulation and vapor barriers that were damaged have been replaced and reinstalled. At no point did it feel like he was trying to sell us anything beyond what needed to be done at this time, which we appreciate given the emergency situation. Hopefully we won't be needing his services again anytime soon, but if we do we certainly will reach out to Caleb again.

I highly recommend Caleb's services! After a plumbing line leak from the main level into the finished basement in my home, Caleb showed up promptly on a weekend and in good spirits. The demo and drying work he did over 5 days was great! He also knew the insurance needs and documented things well. Job very well done!

I cannot more highly recommend Colorado damage restoration. We had an unknown leak in our dishwasher that caused significant issues in our kitchen. Caleb was immediate to respond and gave us his initial recommendations without pressuring. He then started right away with the restoration phase. While we were drying out, Caleb stopped by daily to check on the progress, was very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. Once we were ready to put the kitchen back together, Celeb helped coordinate the entire process and got everything done in a timely manner. Once again he checked back daily on progress and addressed issues immediately. Our kitchen looks like nothing ever happened! At the conclusion of the project Caleb came back for some finishing touched, and even gave our 4 year old a plushy as she was recovering from surgery. Great small business and even more genuine people. Can’t recommend this company enough for any damage needs. Thank you Caleb!
