They did a great job mud jacking a concrete pad that had lowered 3 inches. Another area we wanted looked at could not be raised and they were honest and only charged for the area they could raise. I highly recommend them!

Would for sure use their services again. Had concrete removed and re-poured as well as had driveway joints sealed and they did what they said they would do. Everyone needs to remember that services such as these are in high demand and they have to work with weather and scheduling which can change. We are lucky that this company is in our area and providing services to people. They work very hard. Answered my questions as needed and explained the process to be performed. Gave them an A+.

I have used Concrete Doctor twice now, once for mudjacking and once for caulking. Both times, I can say they did excellent work. The owner, Tom, is very responsive to calls and texts. I have recommended them to several other people with and all I've heard are good things. If you're looking for a cost effective way to correct or maintain your concrete, I highly recommend you give Concrete Doctor a call!

Our back patio around the foundation of our house had sunk and cracked. We had that part of the patio replaced and also had our patio enlarged. We were told from the time we signed our contract on March 25 that it would be 3 weeks until they could begin work. I followed up with them 5 weeks later as we had not heard a word from them. I was then told due to the weather they were behind on jobs. We were also told they didn’t want the ground so wet as to tear up peoples yards with their equipment. This is understandable but it would have been nice for them to communicate they were behind. June 8 we inquired again about the status of our patio job. We were told it would be done the end of that week or the next week. We told them we would be gone on vacation the following week but they could sure do the work while we were gone. Believe it or not, we got back from vacation and the work still wasn’t done. June 14 they finally started work on our patio. The patio itself now looks great but our yard around the patio is completely tore up from their equipment. They were worried about the weather being bad and tearing our yard up….Well the weather was not bad and they still tore up our yard. If you have them do any work for you I would suggest you require them to lay mats/cardboard down so as to not tear up your yard. We won’t have grass again until next year when we can plant seed. I would also suggest you demand communication.

Tom and his crew did a great job on leveling the sidewalk and driveway at my Mom's house. I was visiting from out-of-state and needed the work done while I was in town and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Would definitely use them again .

We had a front sidewalk poured by Concrete Doctor and at first everything seemed to be okay. The man who came out to give us a quote was very polite and nice. After the sidewalk was poured we noticed some dark spots in it. We were told that the spots were moisture that was under the concrete and would fade as the moisture evaporated. It has been a few months since it was poured. The spots have not faded and the whole sidewalk looks mottled. We sent an email telling what we were seeing and asking if something could be done to make the sidewalk look more presentable. The same person who gave us the quote came out this morning and copped an attitude with us. He showed us absolutely no respect at all. He told us that when they dug out the sidewalk it had rained that night and there was standing water in the hole. I agree with that. He then said that we told them the sidewalk had to be poured regardless and this never happened. When we tried to disagree with him he interrupted us and said he would not argue with us. He didn't let us talk much at all because he was too busy being arrogant and disrespectful. We didn't ask for the whole sidewalk to be repoured we just want something done to make it look better. We were dismissed and told that they would do nothing and we were just looking for something for free. THAT IS NOT THE CASE.

I recently had the Concrete Doctor raise my porch which had sunken almost two inches. Tom and his crew did a fantastic job! They came on time and were very respectable of my property and very reasonably priced. I would most definitely recommend the Concrete Doctor for any of your mud jacking needs!

We had this company mudjack a driveway that had settled in August. We were so impressed with the quality of their work that we had them come back today to mudjack a patio that sloped toward the house. Excellent attention to detail. Fair price. I highly recommend Concrete Doctor, Inc. My husband said he would DEFINITELY use this company again--and he's very particular :)

I had a small porch that needed mudjacked and they did great work. Highly recommend the Concrete Doctor.

We went in with our neighbors to raise the concrete on our driveway. There were no other issues with it. There was no communication afterwards. After not showing up they had to be called to find out when they would. Not once did they say our driveway could crack or we wouldn’t have used their services. We had zero cracks in our driveway. They created a crack from one side to the other. They didn’t do the work that was discussed at our neighbors. We called them and was left with it’s your problem not ours. We were told they might be able to come out to fill the crack but that could create more and make it larger. Not professional at all. Pretty much got a quick Saturday job from a company that didn’t want to be there.
Do not use this company!

We had Concrete Doctor mud jack driveway and sidewalk. They also added a small piece of concrete to fill in an area by the sidewalk. The repairs look great. They are very efficient and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend.
