Had my old dilapidated small patio replaced with a patio that is worthy of family time! Sent a message through their website and within 24 hours Teresa touched base with me and had an appointment estimate booked with Dave. What a guy! Helped me envision what would work in the space that I had and was honest about what wouldn’t. Dave got my estimate turned around the next day! About a week after I signed for the project - I reached out to Teresa because I decided I wanted to add a retaining wall to the project. Dave came back out same day! Updated the design, talked me through what it entailed, and had the updated estimate back the next day. The whole process was painless. Dave included me in every design decision, in real time, as the patio was built. This way, I was confident the patio was being constructed exactly as envisioned. Noah and his crew were punctual, respectful of the property, and worked very hard to build this patio. The whole team at NG Construction are professional. Teresa was great at communicating from start to finish. Dave, Noah, and Crew are proud of their workmanship, take true care for your property, and are honest and humble along the way. I’ll definitely hire them again because the patio is AMAZING. You should give this business some serious consideration for your mason/stone work, I’m glad I did.

We had NG Masonry install new steps, walkway, and railing and are thrilled with how it turned out. The entire process went very smoothly and everyone was very professional. They made sure to explain our options and get our approval for all design choices. We definitely plan to hire them for any future concrete needs we have!

We had NG Masonry and Construction tear out a defective stamped concrete patio (installed by others) with a new concrete patio. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. NG Construction did an outstanding job and Dave, and his crew were truly professionals and did things right. They did much more than we expected, including the placement of drains in the patio and walkway to allow rain to drain away. We were also pleased that they brought in topsoil and grass seed to repair the areas where the construction equipment was used.

NG Masonry did a fantastic job with a new porch and sidewalk as well as cleaning and resealing my stamped concrete patio. The new porch and sidewalk are beautiful, and the patio looks like it's brand new. They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. This included working Labor Day weekend to complete the job. They also went above and beyond my expectations. Shout out to Noah and his crew as well as Brian.

Noah and his team did an excellent job with our front porch and sidewalk project (before and after pictures included). The project was done on-time and on-budget, and the finished product looks amazing. Not only did Noah manage installation of the new stamped concrete porch and sidewalk, he also handled building and installing the Azek columns and toe kick for low maintenance, as well as putting down top soil and seeding around the new walkway. My wife and I could not be happier with the results and will be sure to contact Noah for any masonry work in the future!

Noah and his team installed a stamped concrete slab in our back yard for a hot tub. We have been very pleased with the results! He worked with us to ensure it was the right thickness and stamp for the weight of the tub. They were professional and completed the job in just over 2 days. We had a new concrete sidewalk put in Right from the start they were courteous and professional. They came out and discussed our options with us. They were timely with coming back with a quote for the options we discussed. Their communication was great. I was able to e-mail or call them with questions and they got right back to me. They kept me informed about the timeline of the project. The crews that came were very polite and accommodating. They made sure we were satisfied with what they were doing every step of the way. They were very conscientious about doing a good job. At the end they left the site clean and picked up. We are very happy with the end product, and I would highly recommend them. They did a great job!

We are so impressed with our entire experience with NG Masonry and Construction on creation of a new stamped concrete front walkway and stoop.

We found NG Masonry through an extensive Google search. We contacted them as we were impressed with the positive reviews and photos of their work.

Our first exposure was with Brian who visited our house to discuss the design of the project. He subsequently developed a clear drawing and description of the work and was instrumental in choosing the final design and color.

The project started mid-summer with demolition of the existing circa 1965 walkway and concrete pad, and installation of the forms for the walkway and stoop. We watched every aspect of the installation because we found it absolutely fascinating. What a complex process requiring expertise, strength, equipment, coordination, materials, efficiency, and decisions.

The entire team, led by Noah, worked together seamlessly, with each worker exhibiting individual skill and concern over doing their part well. They were builders and artisans. They showed unrivaled attention to detail, measuring and remeasuring numerous times at every phase.

At the beginning of the project, Noah talked through some additional suggestions (size of the stoop, location of the border) based on his experience. We were very appreciative of this as we feel the final product was improved and much more functional. Additionally, our request for installation of a conduit tunnel through the stoop (for a hose) was accommodated with a customized stoop frame and concrete pour.

The look of the walkway improved with every step. We loved the color when it was poured, then we loved the look when it was stamped, but the coup de grace was the antiquing and sealing. We had requested the same color only darker on the border, and the antiquing (combined with the texture of the stamping) produced a phenomenal effect.

The team took great care to minimize the mess of construction. They placed pads on the grass for the equipment, plastic sheets were taped to the house and thick plastic sheets were held up to minimize splatter when pouring the concrete, all building materials were removed from the property at the job completion, the house and concrete were rinsed with water prior to application of the antiquing, and topsoil and grass seed were spread next to the walkway where soil had been removed for the project. Additionally, gravel was brought in and placed in a hole between the driveway and walkway border. An extra and unexpected step by NG Masonry.

We are extremely pleased with the final product. We will call on NG Masonry and Construction for all future masonry needs.

We used – Stamp: Ashlar Slate (walkway), Oxford Slate (top of stoop, steps, walkway border). Side of stoop: ?. Concrete color: Autumn Oak. Antiquing: Russett (walkway, stoop, step 50%, border 100%). Strongly recommended - no salt during winter. Check with NG Masonry in 2-3 years to see if resealing is required.

The staff were all so kind and considerate! They did an AMAZING job on our 10x14 concrete patio. Our yard was challenging and they had to do everything through a small gate opening. We are very pleased with how neat and efficient they were! We will definitely use their services again. Thank you NG!!

We had a great experience with NG Masonary! We have a very large 3 car garage floor that was in real need of repair. Teresa was awesome to work with during the estimate visit and we were sold then and there this was the company. The crew with Dave and Noah were wonderful - and partnered with us with Rochester weather to shift schedules to ensure a successful pour and fit and finish. They will treat your property like they are working on their own home. NG constantly kept us informed on their progress and ensured we approved the work. In addition - during the replacement it was noticed of some additional weather damage to the foundation and something we might want addressed. They worked with us on options to help secure the garage foundation - either work they could do while here or suggestions if we wanted to do it ourselves...in the end - NG performed the work and like everything the craftsmanship is outstanding. We want to install a patio in the future and NG Masonary is the only contractor we will be calling. Thanks for everything it was great doing business with you and we love our new garage floor!! David and his team did a fantastic job on a very complicated stamped concrete project. They were always willing to help and be flexible. They went above and beyond to make sure the project was a success. Would highly recommend!

NG Masonary is the best concrete and masonry place I have worked with yet. Had a garage floor to tear out and the last company I used went out of business. Looked NG up online and because the had 5 star gave them a try. Glad I did. The owner (I did not know that at the time) was pleasant when he came to quote the job and helpful in deciding what was needed. He was also on the job which I was impressed with. His team of guys were great and made sure everything was kept clean to the best of their ability. Old cracked upheaved floor is gone and the new floor looks great. I am so glad I used NG. They are 5 stars for a reason.

I highly recommend NG Masonary and construction. They go above and beyond for their customers and they care about their work and your satisfaction. I was debating whether to get a deck or concrete patio. I was concerned about critters moving in under a deck as there are fields behind my house. No matter where you live you may find mice, snakes, rabbits, or any type of wildlife looking for a safe place to inhabit. I didn’t want to the chance of that happening and so I decided to have them pour a 16x 32 ft stamp concrete patio. I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. They pay attention to detail, covered my house for protection on pour day, cleaned up the yard and came back to grade the lawn. They addressed all my concerns, have great communication and had a fast turn around time. I love the picture frame border and the color is perfect against my house. The guys on the crew were genuinely happy, kind and hard working. I cannot thank them enough for turning my vision into reality. I look forward to sitting in my back yard and enjoying my patio for the rest of the summer. Thank you guys!!

After a bad experience with a previous contractor we decided to work with NG Masonry to replace a patio for a hot tub. From our original inquiry call with Teresa to the final seal with Noah everything was handled professionally. The attention to detail from Dave during the initial site visit was a clear indication that they are meticulous about drainage, pitch, and grading. During the project equipment was cautiously operated leaving little to no sign they were even here. We are extremely happy with how our project turned out and wish we used them the first time. We will use them again for any masonry projects.

My wife and I are completely satisfied with the new stamped patio that Patio Works installed at our home in Farmington. Noah, Dave, and all of the team were very friendly and informative. Every time a decision had to be made on how to proceed they sought out my wishes and explained the choices in detail. The whole crew worked very well together and showed great respect for my lawn and home. We were thankful that no subcontractors were involved. From demolition of the previous concrete to the backfilling of topsoil and seeding the lawn the project went flawlessly and the patio came out amazing. We look forward to using our beautiful new patio for many years. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Patio Works and are thankful that we chose them to build our new patio. We can’t convey enough how pleased we with our new entrance/patio. We were a bit apprehensive about replacing our crumbled and beat up concrete entrance, because the posts holding up our upper deck were encased in the old cement. Through consistent informative conversations with the NG Masonry office and then detailed explanations of the work to be completed by Dave and his crew, our minds were put at ease that we were in trustworthy hands. We were not disappointed!! During the three days of work, Dave continued to keep us in the loop - posing questions whenever needed and describing each step of the project. I am writing to say that I am extremely pleased with the new sidewalk that NG Masonry installed along the East side of my house. The entire team did an outstanding job from start to finish. The removal went smoothly and then we had to contend with some unfavorable weather conditions. However, the slight delay that was caused by the weather was minimal.

The layout was perfect and very well thought out. Noah, Sal, Dave, William, Johnathan, et al. installed the forms, rebar, and new drainage pipes. The pour went as planned on the date scheduled. The concrete is smooth, level, and built to last a lifetime. The drainage was carefully taken into consideration, and the edges are finished in a craftsman like manner.

The planners, workers, and office staff were professional, communicative, efficient, and respectful of the homes, occupants, and neighbors the entire time. The site was kept clean, protected, managed, and safe throughout the entirety of the job, which extends from the backyard along the length of the house and connecting the main entrance of the house directly to the city sidewalk. Perfectly!

I think that the overall look of the new sidewalk has made a dynamic improvement in both form and function. Visually, it is already the envy of my surrounding neighbors.

I am a repeat customer and I am already planning another project for them in 2026. I would recommend NG Masonry for all your projects highly and without reservation.
