I had a few estimates for a new front walkway, stoop, and a *huge* backyard patio installed, with a firepit area coming off of it, all of it brushed concrete.
Rochester Patio and Landscapes' quote was reasonable and in line with other places, and they went over layout issues, and made suggestions that made sense.

They came when scheduled, and did the job over a few days, as it was a big project and the weather wasn't playing too nice. I am very happy with the results and would recommend to family and friends.

So happy with my new patio!! Dylan and his whole crew were super friendly and efficient, there was an unforeseen issue with the demo of my old patio but he explained the issue and solution super well and it turned out perfect!

We had stonework done to enhance a vinyl siding job … we were very happy with the end result and the professional way in which the work was accomplished … Dylan and Chris were polite and happy to answer questions as the work progressed. We appreciated the fact they were flexible and agreed to extend the front stone work to enhance the original design.

I asked Rochester Patio to do a concrete patio and a couple side slabs for trash cans and ladders. After a couple rain delays, they showed up as promised and went right to work. I had some specific requests, which they met perfectly. Each guy had a specific task so they could get multiple things done at once. They recommended I add a curve on the patio, which looks fantastic. I've recommended them to my neighbors and I recommend them to you.

Rochester Patio & Landscape did a fantastic job with our new sidewalk. Good amount of demo involved and a few things to work around but they nailed every step. This was my second time using them and they did not disappoint. Demo and new install fully completed in a single day. Could not be happier or more impressed with the process as well as the finished product. Stop looking for someone else. These are the guys you want on your next patio/landscape project!

Hired Dylan to replace my front sidewalk with a stamped concrete walkway, initially seemed great and was much cheaper than other companies. Once they completed their work I noticed that a good sized section right in front of my front step was all rough and looked like they just sealed over gravel. When I mentioned this to Dylan he admitted it looked bad and said he’d be by to fix it. After weeks of not showing up not returning any of my attempts to contact him he finally said there was nothing he could do to fix it and it was an acceptable issue in his mind and the job was complete and was great outside the messed up area. After more of my attempts to get him to come out went ignored I finally posted a bad review. Not an hour after posting the review Dylan reached out and said he’d be by to fix the sidewalk IF I agreed to take the review down, I agreed and Dylan showed up a couple days later. Dylan agreed the communication was poor and agreed to fix the sidewalk, however it has been 4 months since then and he still has not come back and has gone back to completely ignoring any attempts to contact him and has never once reached out to me on his own to follow through on his promise to fix the issue his crew caused. I will say that 3/4 of the job looks great but that does not make up for the issue that remains in my walkway and it does not make up for the blatant lack of professionalism by Dylan as he clearly does not care about any complaints by customers and does not care about going back on his word. Would not recommend to anyone and would not use again!

Dylan and his team here at Rochester Patio and Landscape were amazing to work with! They were extremely flexible with scheduling, showed up on time, and worked very hard to deliver us a perfect concrete driveway/barn floor. I am very impressed with their work ethic, value, and most importantly, their outstanding quality! They were great to work with in every way! I will 100% use them for any future concrete needs, and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for concrete work!

The initial job was completed June 29th of 2023, not even a year ago (and definitely not 2 years ago). We expressed concerns about missed spots, cracking, and peeling on July 7th, a week after the project was completed. We were told then that you would return because you agreed there were improvements that could be made. Month after month we waited for a scheduled date to repair the issues you agreed were to be fixed. As for what was heard from the blink camera, comments were made such as “just wait she’ll send me pictures when she gets home and sees it” and “I don’t know what she expects me to do”. I hope potential clients read this as an honest review as that is all I would ever give. It’s disappointing as the rude comments and texts to my mother continue when the errors made were completely preventable on your end.

Redid my mom’s front patio last summer and did a great job then and had great customer service and pricing. However, we began noticing some spots that started to appear cracked and not sealed correctly so we requested them to come look and fix the issue. They refused to admit that there was anything wrong with the appearance (despite them clearly noticing and pointing out the areas that needed work and complaining about our request, which I saw and heard on our blink camera). Instead, to “fix” the issue they dumped an extremely thick layer of clear coat on top of the concrete, not taking the time to apply it properly and evenly to all areas. In the pictures below you can clearly see the bubbles from how thick and carelessly it was poured and some dry spots where they completely missed. It’s unfortunate because we were truly happy with their work from last year and we referred them to many close friends.

I had a great experience with Rochester Patio and Landscape! I was referred by my brother-in-law and couldn't be happier with the result. The price was reasonable, the owner was responsive, and they got the work done quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend!

Extremely HAPPY with the outcome of our walkway/patio 2024 project. Dylan & the team showed up bright & early and completed the quality job as promised. We would defintely recommend them and will use their services again for any future projects.

I’ve noticed my review is no longer on this companies site so I’m writing another one because people need to be aware of who they are hiring for their project.
I had hired Dylan to pour and finish a patio for me, a pretty simple job. When I showed up on installation day their was three guys, (must be his buddies that need a few bucks) pouring, doing a quick bow float and rushing to get out of their, so much they squealed the tires leaving, and almost got into an accident in front of my house with other cars. I have a total disappointment in the quality. Unfinished areas, waves for water to settle and almost nonexistent and inconstant broom finish.
After calling Dylan to complain he showed up the next day and was defective of any areas that I was concerned about, and quite unprofessional
Total disappointment in this guy and his company. Now we have to live with it or pay again to try and get it to look nice. This seems to be how this guy leaves it with people. Total lack of integrity. Warning to others, don’t be another one of these guys victims. His Google review rating is a joke.

I’ll start by saying you get what you pay for. Dylan came and gave us a quote that was half of everyone else. It seemed like a no brainer. And boy were we wrong. The day of the project Dylan said a guy called in but he would still be able to complete the project. Dylan covered our basement window with concrete which now needs to be replaced. The entire patio slopes towards our house causing water pooling. He buried our gutters underneath the patio which now (if not crushed) just drain underneath the patio. Dylan enclosed in the patio around the foundation of our addition instead of covering it after he told my wife he could go over it. In doing so it caused water to leak into my addition every single time it rained. The steps are not centered (pictured below). The steps also have jagged, unfinished edges. In our contract it’s stated he would remove the deck. Dylan took the deck out of its place and left it in our backyard stating we had to get rid of it. We then had to buy a dumpster and throw the deck away ourselves. He left several dozen nails in our yard and caused a hazard for our dog. He caused significant damage to our lawn. Dylan covered our house and hose in cement. We have picture and video proof of all of this happening. Thank god for home security systems. I’m sure he will respond to this and dispute it like he does every other negative review. Contacting Dylan to fix all of these issues, among more, it seemed to be an impossible task. Eventually we had to take Dylan to court over these issues. Dylan never showed to court and we were paid in full. He went by Dylan at the time (may of 2024) now seems to go by Trevor. However after looking at his picture, it is clearly him. Please do not be fooled and DO NOT HIRE ROCHESTER PATIO AND LANDSCAPE!

My gutter does not have a pop up in my yard, blatant lie. I added a picture with a level that shows the egregious slope towards the house. I also added pictures of our texts and you never showed. You stated we got a full refund…lol. You make sound as if you voluntarily gave us money back. We had to sue you to get SOME not all of the money back. I also added a picture of the contract that shows deck removal. You knew you did such a bad job that you didn’t even show up to court to defend your work. As to why we posted the review now, our lawyer told us it would be best to wait until after we received our funds. Which even after we won the courts case we needed to seize the money from your account because you would not pay. We then forgot about it until recently a friend called me because he received a quote from you. That prompted me to leave the review so people get a fair chance to understand who they are hiring. This entire situation could have been avoided with communication from you. You decided to go this route. I wish you nothing but the best, and I hope you improve on your practices.

Professional work from start to finish. Dylan was upfront and honest. He and his crew were adaptable to our needs and made some last minute changes to our original plan. They made quick and efficient work of our job and we are very satisfied. They were in and out in a day. The crew was hardworking and respectful of our property. We will hire them again!
