After getting quotes from a few companies, we decided to go with NG. I’m so glad we did. Honestly I told my husband after meeting Noah and Dave, we were picking them. I felt very comfortable with both of them, they seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Communication is great and they are very organized. Every time I called or emailed, someone got right back to me. I really appreciate quick responses and great communication. My garage was a big job and they did amazing! The crew they had out for the garage floor were great. They made sure my husband and I understood everything they were doing. Our garage floor is beautiful. Even our young kids keep going into the garage amazed at the floor. Such a huge difference. I would recommend NG to everyone. Such a great company! Out of all the companies I have hired to do work, they have been by far the best company to work with. I can’t wait for them to come and do our patio!

We had a front porch / sidewalk installed by NG and the experience was fantastic. Brian helped with the design and even came back when we had some changes in mind. The entire crew was extremely professional and courteous. The office is very responsive to emails and calls. The workmanship was great, and the job is exactly what we wanted. Other contractors of any discipline could learn a thing or two from these folks. Highly recommend!

NG Masonry installed a new walkway and patio for us. They also built a new set of steps for our back porch. The project turned out beautifully. Their work was flawless and the crew was professional, efficient and hard-working. The job was done in just a couple days and we couldn’t be happier. NG Masonry & Construction installed 8 yards of stamped concrete patio at my house in Penfield, NY back in the Fall of 2023 (see previous review). We couldn’t wait to have Noah G and his team return in the Spring of 2024 to continue our project but this time, they installed 11 more yards for a total of 19 yards of stamped concrete patio! Just like their previous work, NG Masonry & Construction were so professional, fair with their pricing and timely for all aspects (estimate, prep, & completion). They did an amazing job, this time, adding a patio to our backyard. I couldn’t be happier. The space they have created has already greatly improved our outdoor entertainment & general enjoyment. Their quality of work was 2nd to none. For years I’ve been wanting to build a pizza oven on a patio. Now that NG Masonry & Construction have given us such a quality patio, our next phase is to build our pizza oven!

We had a colored and stamped concrete patio installed to replace an old paver patio. All of NG Masonry staff was a pleasure to work with and very professional. We are very happy with the results and will be using them for our next project(s).

I have done a few home improvement projects and NG Masonry and Construction is by far the BEST company I have ever worked with. The communication from Teresa and Dave was outstanding. Teresa was always happy to answer questions via email or text, and she would relay them to Dave and his team if needed. Dave spent several hours with me in the planning stage and was thoughtful about my plan including stamp design and color. Noah and his team were careful with our property and left the site immaculate. Everyone who worked on my patio was friendly, polite and hard working. I am so happy I chose this company to do the work!

NG Construction did a fantastic job on our stamped concrete patio. They were professional, punctual, and helped us choose the right design and color to match our space. Cannot say enough about the fantastic job NG Masonry did on our little project. The OLD wood shed (circa 1900) needed a new floor and boy did NG deliver. Their team from start to finish was professional, timely in both communication and execution. Teresa always got back to us via e-mail and phone from the very first contact, through initial site visit and each stage of installation. Brian, Dave, Noah and the entire team showed up when they said they would, gave us excellent suggestions to achieve the best outcome and produced a fabulous slab for the old shed. The job was complicated by the fact that they had to work under the shed that was jacked up for repair. Didn’t phase them one bit.

I would HIGHLY recommend NG for any concrete/masonry job you have in mind. I won’t go anywhere else when the next project comes up.

NG was amazing in every imaginable way. It was no small job. They tore down / removed our old aging deck, moved our hot tub, removed an existing paver patio and replaced it all with an amazing looking patio and firepit. They helped every step of the way from asking questions and preferences, giving advice and recommendations based on their experience and even being flexible in some final tweaks and adjustments. Teresa, Dave, Noah and team are incredible. Highly recommended!

We hired NG to put in drainage and a new patio and steps. They were excellent at communicating when they were arriving and the schedule of work being done. They were respectful, clean and extremely hard working. The patio and steps look amazing. We no longer collect water in the corner of our patio.

Just completed a new walk from the front door to the garage. Part of the job was tearing up a 100 year old brick walk that, unfortunately, had seen better days.

It was a beautiful job. Trevor was extremely professional, his crew were amazing. The work turned out (red brick colored concrete, with a stamped pattern) amazing.

I will certainly use him for other work I need done..

We were very happy with our install except a few of the brushed marked were mis matched, I was told it can’t be perfect. Which I was well aware but would expect a little more craftsmanship. The stain from the stamped darker border also seeped into the brushed concrete, I was told this wasn’t possible. There were also many imperfections after a few months. It seemed like the concrete was not holding up. I sent an email with pictures and my concerns and waited for a response. Finally, I was told my email was in their junk folder and that they didn’t address any of my concerns except telling me some of them weren’t possible (meaning they didn’t take time to reference the photos.) They did not respond to anything after that. Come to find out they never sealed our patio. We had to pay another company to come in to power wash stains from dirt and trees and to seal it. Most recently, I tried to contact them again about a crack in a less than a year old patio and haven’t heard back. This company lacks in communication and customer service skills and professionalism. Whoever is in charge of this aspect of the business needs to do a better job. I would have at least appreciated the time to listen to my concerns instead of dismissing them right away, since this patio was a big investment.

The second time I've used this company.. Needed a new garage floor. The quote was perfect, the work was excellent. I've never been able to really use my garage before because the floor was so bad. This new floor is exactly what I wanted.

We hired T. Dylan Osman in 2016 to do paver patio. Right off the bat, we noticed major issues with the patio – water pooling everywhere, and everything was uneven. I called and emailed him several times. He finally responded saying that he will show up to fix it, but he never showed up, and completely ghosted me after that. Fast forward to 2023, we started looking for someone to fix our patio and got a quote from Dylan from Rochester Patio and Landscape. Exactly the same name and signature in emails from 2016. After realizing it is the same Dylan, we brought up our concern to him. He said he is NOT Dylan Osman, or have any contact with Dylan Osman, and that he purchased the company from someone else, and he did not do the work on our patio in 2016. I have never met another business owner so unethical, dishonest, and clueless. I can easily prove that the current owner of Rochester Patio and Landscape is in fact Dylan Osman, so lying about this is so immature.

Trevor (Dylan) the owner of Rochester Patio and Landscape is very professional and personable. He does amazing work for a great price. I love my new walkway and he is coming back next year to build a retaining wall and fireplace. I am sure Dylan will not fail to impress me once again!

I called 12 companies to try to get a quote for a project and this was only one of two that actually came through. Once they gave the quote, their booking date was only about a month or so out. They were on time, cleaned up, and were above everything else professional. Thank you for your professionalism and high quality work. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for another masonry project.

We were very pleased with Dylan and the team at Rochester Patio and Landscape. He provided a timely estimate and was willing to work with us on design. The job was completed on schedule and communication was good throughout. We are thrilled with the end result.
