I had the pleasure of talking to Amber, she was EXCELLENT! They responded quickly to my inquiries and maintained open communication throughout the project. The quality of their work was top-tier. I wholeheartedly recommend Prater Concrete for anyone seeking exceptional concrete services.

If you want your patio done right the first time for a reasonable price, Prater Concrete is my top recommendation. The Consultation/quote was done by Amber. She was extremely helpful in choosing the design, color and stamp pattern. Ryan was there on “ pouring day” leading the crew and jumping in doing the hard work as well. The whole crew was courteous, tidy and cleaned up very well after completion of the project. Ryan and Amber are so down to earth and were so easy to communicate with during the entire project. I will definitely use Prater Concrete for any future project.

Worst customer service ever. Our schedule was moved many time after being promised that we were ‘ next in line’. Other projects coming in and we were being pushed back giving us hints that they are bigger projects with so and so sq feet area.
Everything was being blamed on the weather when we requested for an update. After incessantly missing to provide updates, Amber messaged us one day that we may not be a match. We would not recommend them to anyone who values time and clear communication. Worst customer service (can’t speak of quality of work)

Ryan's team did a great job replacing my aging patio with a great looking stamped concrete patio. The team was fast, professional, and did a great job! Would definitely recommend to a friend and use them again.

I would not recommend this company. Response time and communication is terrible. Had them come back and retexture our patio because I didn't like the texture they used. Took them a week to come back out and the retexturing is what I wanted but the workmanship is horrible.

Great people, very nice, and courteous. Prices were the best quotes we got as they make their own concrete. Workers are fast, efficient, and good at their craft. Highly recommended.

Such a great experience from start to finish with this family run business. Ron was able to give me an estimate same day I reached out and gave great insight into the root cause of our driveway issues. After having the large Oak tree removed, Ryan the owner and his son and several guys came out to demolish & remove the old driveway and repoured a beautiful aggregate driveway all in 2 days. They also took care of the sprinkler heads on the side we expanded for extra parking for a new teen driver. Thank you Prater Concrete!

While my experience with Prater Concrete in Princeton, TX began with frustration due to miscommunication and post-job service gaps, I want to acknowledge that they ultimately listened to my concerns and made things right.

After my initial review, the team—particularly Ryan—responded to my feedback, addressed the drainage issues, and took corrective steps to improve the condition of my property. That follow-through speaks volumes and turned what felt like a lost cause into a redeemable outcome.

Their concrete work itself was solid—five-star quality in terms of craftsmanship and durability. The hiccup came in the cleanup and responsiveness after the project wrapped up. There's still room for improvement in their post-job customer care and communication, which is why I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5.

I appreciate that they owned the issue and took action. Because of that, I’d recommend Prater Concrete to others—just go in with clear expectations and communicate frequently to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Prater Concrete did a stamped patio for me in 2013 and I thoroughly enjoyed it for 4 years with no issues . I have moved and based on my past experience with them, I never thought to call anyone else. They now just finished a large patio extension at my new home that turned out beautiful. Their attention to detail was impressive. The quality was as expected. They cleaned up thoroughly and completed the job timely. Their staff and workers were all very pleasant. Cant wait to start landscaping around it.

This is an amazing conpany, i have worked with other concrete companies in the past that really made it hard to to do another patio, Mr prater came out and was very proffessional and reasonably priced. They got to work very quickly the next day and within 3 days had the patio poured, stamped and stained, they also preasure washed the house and cleaned up any mess left behind. Will use again as the projects continue!

Prater re did my backyard patio, walkway and fire pit pad in stamped concrete and result was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, totally professional and the results were incredible.
