PLEASE READ ALL!!!!! I did not have them do work however I leave a great review for their customer service and shear politeness. I need to retract a review from earlier!!!!!! I also owe this company a great apology. I made a mistake gave this company a very poor review 2hours ago, and posted pictures of some work done by another company. I mistook the name. The owner of N.T concrete Co reached out politely questioning my review as they did not think it was Thier work. After a moment or two of conversation they were correct and I did indeed have the wrong company. Hopefully NT concrete company accepts my apology and this does not affect their business in any negative way.

Nick and his Team worked very hard on a skirting and sidewalk they did for me at my home in Bethel Ohio! They did a great job! I highly recommend them on your next concert project!

I have not yet hired this company for any work but wanted to give a glowing review for excellence customer service. They actually response to email inquires for information, unlike most companies, and in a very timely manner. They seem to take a genuine interest in what the potential customer wants and ask questions, in a polite and professional manner, to make sure they and the potential customer are on the same page about a project and then they gave me an estimate based on the information I provided. I am very impressed with this company and I look forward to working with them in the future when I am ready to begin my project.

Nick did an incredible job and went above and beyond! Once you see his quote, you won't have to get a second quote. He is very professional.
My dad with 40 years of steel and concrete experience was thoroughly impressed with Nick's work and quality.
I will certainly be doing business again with NT in the future.

NT poured my concrete patio sloping towards my house. Water now pools against my home. Refused to do it over. I complained to the BBB. After a lengthy exchange, NT blamed it on me for not inspecting his concrete forms. Wouldn’t recommend. Unprofessional. Get what you pay for.

Update 4/12/25:
Turns out the 2 piece window wells installed by NT weren’t properly fastened to the foundation. Now, they are separating below grade. Also, after another contractor demolished my patio it revealed that the patio wasn’t properly pinned into the foundation. I continue to encounter problems from this shoddy work years later.

Response:
Proposed solutions were a 3% refund, or to haphazardly pour concrete against the siding of my house.

Nick and his team have been a valuable resource for our business and clients. These guys do top notch work and go above and beyond for our customers to get their projects complete. Highly recommend!

I was able to call Noah with Corbett's Contracting and was given a price and completed job time. Most importantly both the price and completed job time were what was quoted to me. Had Corbetts contracting pour a garage floor for me and they did awesome! Had it all down and took the time to explain the steps and how the process works. Showed up on time and knocked it out. 10/10 recommend for any concrete needs

I had a great experience working with Tom Dugan on getting a new patio plus help with a few other repairs around our home. The finished patio blew me away, well exceeding my expectations. Tom came out to provide a free estimate. He was detailed in explaining my options and his recommendations and then gave a step by step plan for the work needed. There were no surprises. Tom and his team were here on the days we’d planned on (took about three days of work). His team worked hard and went above and beyond my expectations. They handled everything - all the prep work, demolition of the old patio, hauling away of the debris, and coordinating everything needed for the new patio install. They made everything seem so easy. The price was very fair for the product and work that was provided. My old, crumbling patio had to go - but Tom and his team turned it into a very position experience. I highly recommend Dugan Concrete.
