Very rude, called for a quote, and the guy hung up on me. I was thrown off as he answered a business line just saying "hello" as I figured in order to be professional, you would answer saying the name of the company you're with. Unprofessional.

Recently hired Tom to install a gravel driveway at my house. It is very clear when working with Tom that he takes great pride in his work and customer satisfaction. Tom installed a beautiful stamped concrete patio for us around 15 years ago. However, we didn't keep up with cleaning and sealing as recommend over the years (that's on us). He came back 3 years ago and restored it to it's original beauty if not more so. As recommended, we had it cleaned and resealed earlier this year. There was a glitch with some of the seal. But he, true to his word, backs up everything he does. He returned and went over everything... it's absolutely stunning and the envy of the neighborhood. Highly recommend.
