Tom and his crew cleaned and sealed our driveway, porch, sidewalk, and even the back patio pad. They worked efficiently and most importantly, thoroughly. They did an amazing job! They were very conscientious and hit every single spot. They were prompt, communicated well, and were great to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

Tom came out a week ago to measure our space to give me a quote. He was very thorough and seemed extremely reliable. It was a Saturday and he told me he would have us a quote by Monday or Tuesday. We did not receive a quote by Thursday, so I sent a follow up email and did not receive a response. I sent another follow up email on Sunday and I was ghosted again. I had a lot of confidence in Tom, but I told him this was my last chance and he didn’t follow through with a quote.

Tom is out here crushing it! He did our driveway, retaining wall, walkway, steps and also redirected a downspout. To say I was satisfied with his work would be an understatement! Tom was cordial from the very beginning and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. His prices are very fair and he and his crew did fantastic work. I 100% recommend Tom and will look to use him again for any type of concrete work if necessary. Thanks Tom!

Tom and his crew have been fantastic. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any new concrete projects. When my wife and I needed a new driveway, Tom helped us design it, excavated the area and poured the new driveway in just three days. He also seeded new grass and put down straw in the areas where grass had been dug up. His prices are very reasonable compared to competing bids we received, and he worked very quickly. Unlike some folks who take the job, disappear, do a little work and then disappear again for long stretches, Tom kept at our project until it was done.

Tom and crew (Gabe and Steven) did a FANTASTIC job on our patio pad. It looks AMAZING! Everyone was very professional and friendly. Tom worked alongside of his experienced hardworking crew throughout the entire process. They were perfectionists in their work and cleaned up any debris during and after the project was completed. The entire process from beginning to end, as well as the final product, exceeded our expectations. They really went above and beyond on the project. We had Dugan Concrete out for several projects, and most recently this year had them add additional parking onto our existing driveway. Tom was very accommodating in scheduling a quote visit as well as for the actual work done. Very attentive in communication and always got back with us when we had questions. We were up to speed on the entire process and not left in the dark. Tom's crew is very professional and did a great job. They cleaned up after each work day. I will most certainly be using them again in the future when needed and I highly recommend their services.

Tom and his crew were on time every day. They were very reasonable in price and kept everything very tidy each day they left. They ripped out an old basement access and put in a new set of stairs with a retaining wall. He asked clarifying questions to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. This was done before and throughout the entire process of demo and installation. We would definitely use them again and recommend Dugan Concrete to anyone else.

Had Tom and his crew lay a 3'x6'pad for garbage cans, put a 10'x14' addition to our patio. Tom also buried our sump pump pipe eliminating a mudding mess. This was the second project we have used Tom and his crew manage for us. We have been very pleased after both jobs completion.

I hired Tom for the third time. Had him replace a wood deck with a stamped patio. As usual, he and his crew did an amazing job. They always go above and beyond. They treated our property like it was their own. They put down boards so they didn’t tear up the yard. They swept up dust after every scoop of gravel. They washed down the street after they were done. They washed our deck off after they were done. They don’t do it fast. They do it right. I didn’t get other estimates as I don’t want the cheapest. I want the best.

Dugan Concrete has done outstanding work for us on two occasions now. He and his crew poured a very extensive driveway and front porch a few years back. Recently he added a patio to the back of our home, from one end to the other. I love the steps. Part of that work was colored and stamped for our upcoming all season room. The pictures do not do the work justice. The crew is fabulous and professional.

Fantastic work!!! We are so pleased with the work. Tom and his team removed a front tree, all of the landscaping, supported our porch, poured a new walkway and leveled our whole front yard. Tom and his crew were so polite and cleaned everything up after they were done. Would hire them again!!!

Tom Dugan is professional when it comes to concrete. From the time you meet him you will know what an incredibly nice guy he is. We hired Dugan Concrete to install a new driveway. The old one had several large cracks and had buckled. We watched Tom and his crew work and they are the highest professional grade as well. They took extra care to protect the brickwork around our garage from concrete splatters. The layout of reinforcing steel rebar was a work of art. Tom worked alongside his crew, directing them. They did everything right. They cut no corners. I can honestly say I've never seen a finer concrete job than what Tom did. The expansion joints were perfect! Tom gave us a very competitive bid on the job. They started within the timeframe Tom gave us and they had the job completed in two days, with some follow up. Tom sealed the concrete and replaced the sod they had to move for the pour so perfectly, you would have a hard time telling undisturbed lawn from the sod they had to move...perfect fit. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship. If you need concrete work done, Tom Dugan is the best in the business.
