Used Gardner to demo and rebuild an egress window well that was structurally failing. Rory did a great job communicating all the way through the process and his crew made everything look good as new!

We had Gardner repair some crumbling foundation on the back side of our house. They did a great job and had the whole project done in a day. One of the crew even went so far as to patch some spots on our front steps that had cracked concrete. This job was done 6 years ago and it still looks great!

From the start, Seth came out and listened carefully and patiently to what I needed done and my concerns. He asked great questions and carefully clarified what I wanted done. When the quote was completed he walked me through everything and made some suggestions.
During the project Seth and his team continued the excellence. They were on time, respectful and worked hard. There were some issues due to the grade of my property and Seth explained the options and made sound recommendations. Through the whole process I felt respected and knew my concerns were important to Seth and his team. It was such a great experience and no stress at all, I am so very pleased with the way the team communicated with me, did their work and the final results look fantastic. I highly recommend them. I have another project I need done, and when I have the funds I plant to call Gardner to do the work.

I could not have been more happy with the service at Gardner Construction. Everyone on their team is a pleasure to work with. They were on time and on budget! We had foundation work done as well as the regrading of a large portion of our yard. They even worked hard in the rain. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this company!

Mike came out and assessed our situation. He determined what we needed and quoted fairly beating other local competitor's quotes. The install team did a solid job installing drain tile in our mixed unfinished/finished basement and discussed options surrounding the installation when necessary. The team was professional and kind, had great communication, was on time, and respectful of our home.

After dealing with a leak in one corner of our basement for over 20 years we finally decided to do something about it and called Gardner Construction to come take a look. Jake was great and suggested a couple solutions to our problem. We had them put drain tile in our basement and replace part of aggregate sidewalk to keep the water away from the foundation. They came and everyone was courteous and very professional. Jake and Cole were very patient with me and all of my questions. They did a terrific job, they were able to dig into the basement floor while keeping the dust to a minimum which kept the rest of the house clean, made sure to clean up after their work and the aggregate they put down was beautiful. Gardner Construction was awesome and I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needed their services.

Very happy we chose Gardner to help us with our flooded basement. We needed a massive amount of drainage tile and 2 sump pumps installed. The team was very responsive to issues and worked incredibly hard to get our basement dry again. Cost was also very fair. Highly recommend!

I had Gardner replace our front stoop, sidewalk, driveway, and a section of our garage floor that had collapsed. They were timely in coming out to do the estimate, remained true to that estimate, and did it all on a handshake. The workers were respectful of our property and did a decent job of cleaning up after themselves. No complaints from me!

Rory and his team were phenomenal! They were professional, knowledgeable and readily explained each step of the process. Each team member assisted with duties outside their contract, such as placing transplanted shrubs and flowers to their new home, to help me keep abreast of the entire project. They arrived timely each, cleaned up and hauled away all debris and were a pleasure to have on site. I would welcome them back for a future job! I enjoyed working with Jerry. He was sincere and straight with me on what needed to be done and not done. He was very responsive and patient with my many questions. This work included reinforcing a wall with rebar and pumping in concrete into the unstable garage wall, most of which was below grade. It was a costly project but it was done well and timely. The team was also easy to work with and professional. I recommend Gardner and will use them if needed for future projects.

This is the second time we have worked with Gardner and again, could not be more pleased with the results. We needed to have our garage floor replaced and an extended apron added.

Scot and his team of professionals arrived on time and went right to work removing the old slab. They were well organized, well equipped, efficient, and friendly. Scott thoroughly explained the process and the expected results of the meticulous effort in the grading and preparation for the pour. Each day the jobsite was clean and neat, ready for the next phase.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Concrete finishing is an art and these artists are Masters. The pride in their work and craftsmanship was evident throughout the process. Their attention to detail unparalleled.

I highly recommend Gardner Construction for the services they provide and the exceptional value they represent.

We had a great experience with Gardner! The quoting process was quick and clear, and they were able to get us on the schedule even earlier than promised.
Rory and the crew did an excellent job replacing our side walkway and tuckpointing in the crawlspace in our basement. The end result not only looks great, but is sloped and tied into the existing concrete so that water will finally flow away from the house! Since the house is over 100 years old, they ran into some crumbling areas around the foundation and patched those as well. Rory also gave us some advice on how to prevent the problem areas in the crawlspace from coming back in the future, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely work with Rory & Gardner again.

It's October, so it's getting towards the end of the concrete season for most contractors. After this foundation issue was discovered by a landscaping company, I called over 15 concrete companies around the Metro. I was told by the majority of them that they either didn't have time this season or that they didn't do foundation repair/only did flatwork, etc.

I had 3 companies come out and give me estimates. Ryan from Gardner came out the next day and ended up giving me the middle of the road quote between the 3. I liked how quick and professional Ryan was, as well as his candor given what I needed done and the time of year that it is. I obviously chose Gardner to do the work.

Foreman Rodger and his team came out within a week and performed the work over the course of 2 days. They were polite, professional, clean, and efficient the entire time they were here. I am wholly satisfied with their work. Now that my foundation is repaired, I just need to get the landscapers back out to finish their work before it snows.

I've included a before and after picture. I'm sure you can tell which one is which. The work is quality and exactly what our destroyed block foundation (due to years of the original homeowner not having gutters and an extremely high water table) needed. We had Ruben and his crew out to build 2 sidewalks, 2 sets of front steps, a garage apron and partial driveway last week on our duplex. Their work was high quality. They arrived when they said they would. The communication between Rueben and us was excellent. Their price was less than other bids we received. We had 3 different people stop by while the crew was here, comment on their work and now they became customers of Gardner Construction! All of the guys were very nice and it was a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend this company any time!

This was our second time working with Gardner Construction and we've been very pleased. Our primary reason for calling Gardner was a corner of our basement where water seeped in during heavy rains. Rob was very easy to work with and provided good suggestions. We decided to have them pour a new, larger patio and also do the sidewalk and glass block windows while we were at it. The crew was professional and efficient.

The night after they finished we got some rain, but I hadn't had the chance to put the downspout back on near our "problem corner." To my amazement, we didn't have any water in our basement-- the proper grading and quality work made all the difference!

My husband and I needed our rock landscaping replaced around the foundation of our home and our window well repaired to fix some moisture issues. With one phone call, Rob and his crew were out the next morning and finished the job in just one day. They were all so hard-working and professional and now everything looks great. The drainage problems have been fixed and we have already recommended Gardner Construction to friends.

We are Plymouth residents with the typical bad soil and water issues. We just had drain tile installed by Gardner and couldn't be happier! Rob did the bid and explained everything great. He also recommended things we could do on our own to save money.

Bottom line, the crew was very polite and clean, and did a great job keeping the dust level to almost nothing! This job requires hours upon hours of Jack hammering the cement around the foundation in order to get to the footer of the foundation for the drain tile installation. The entire project was on schedule and everything went perfectly! The price was reasonable but this type of work adds up quickly and we understand the amount of labor involved. Considering that this is a pretty big project, the clean up was better than expected.

We will definitely recommend this company for drain tile and would absolutely call them again for other projects in the future! Thank you Rob and crew, we appreciate your fair price and hard work! Chad & Leslie
