Scott and his crews did an amazing job on several projects for us in July. They replaced our old asphalt driveway with a gorgeous one that includes a pressed and stained concrete edge that looks amazing! They also replaced our garage floor, front walkway, and did some drain tile in the basement. Everything turned out great. The whole crew was extremely skilled and professional. I’d recommend them to anyone and plan to use the company again next summer for some retaining wall work.

It has been less than an hour since the crew from Gardner Construction left our yard after installing a French drain system. We are immediately writing our evaluation because of how pleased we are concerning their work. We would give this company an A++. We experienced good communication from the sales person to on-sight workers. The owner (Jerry) and employees were professional, timely, hardworking, efficient, respectful of our property and neat :). Jerry was knowledgeable, honest in his recommendations, very tolerant of questions, and considerate of the financial responsibility that came with each different option. Our outstanding initial experience with Gardner Construction helps us have greater trust in "their" overall systems performance. We had our backyard retaining walls and steps replaced. This job ended up being more difficult than expected but that was not a problem for this crew! The crew was professional, considerate, knowledgeable with strong work ethics. We are very impressed and happy with the results. Highly recommend Gardner Construction.

I found Gardner Construction to be professional, competent, and above all, did a great job. Rory, the Construction Foreman, was outstanding as well as going out of his way to help out with another issue that was unrelated. Also, Ryan who was the Sales person was very helpful in working out a price issue on one of the tasks that were done on the project. I highly recommend Gardner Construction for someone needing Foundation or any other Concrete work.

Roger and his crew were great! We had some concrete bricks replaced in our garage and a new sidewalk poured so that the water would flow away from our shed and garage. They did an excellent job explaining the process and repairing our foundation. They were on time and were very professional. I would definitely recommend Gardner Construction for your project!

I had no reservations about signing a contract with Gardner Construction after Ryan B. came out and estimated for a new garage floor and foundation repairs. There were no pressure sales techniques; just solid information and a friendly estimate. They did the repair work ahead of schedule and wasted no time in getting the work done. My wife and I were very pleased with the end results and thrilled with a new garage floor. In addition, the workers were very courteous and easy to work with. I was referred to Gardner from a structural engineer to get some work done on the foundation slab of our garage and I’m so glad I did - they did an excellent job, at a reasonable price and were terrific to work with. Rory, the foreman who led the project, was especially friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him and the crew come out again should we need more foundation work.

We had to replace the foundation of one wall of garage and replace the floor as well. Gardner Company had the best plans to repair/replace, with the best price in the quickest time frame. The crew was prompt, quick to explain any questions we had, cleaned up each day. The work was done with efficiency, not just a bandaid fix but a real final repair that will last a very long time. The floor looks great, too. Everything they did was done with care and precision. If we have work in the future to be done, they will be the first company we call.

Working with Gardner was a great experience! I wasn't at my house while the work was going on so I greatly appreciated updates on the status of the work and progress photos. Their crew lead, Rory, was very responsive and made me feel comfortable knowing they were going to do a good job.

We were very pleased with the work Gardner Construction did installing drain tile and a sump pump in our basement and foundation work they completed on two sides of our house. They did not try to oversell the job like some of their competitors. Mike quoted us what we felt was a reasonable price for the work being done and Rueben who was the project supervisor was thorough, did a great job managing the project and kept us well informed about the work being done. The crew did a great job cleaning up afterward. We felt confident working with Gardner since they have been in business for nearly 30 years and had such favorable reviews from other clients. I would highly recommend Gardner Construction without reservation.

Hired Gardner to install a new apron driveway and repair some cracking and wholes to my garage foundation. They called

We recently had a portion of our garage floor completely redone by Gardner construction. They arrived on time, did an excellent job of demolition, preparation for new concrete, finish work and clean up. The crew was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I had Ryan B come out and check on some stairs two cracks in our foundation. I’d have a massive quote from a different company wanting to do far more work, but Ryan explained the situation, told me what I needed (and more importantly what I didn’t need)! He was professional and the work done (StablWall installation) was done quickly, cleanly, and well. The install team walked me through the process and made my worries a thing of the past.

I had some of my cinder block foundation scaling (flaking away) and had a few small holes exposed in the foundation. After contacting several companies I chose Gardner because they (Scott) were very prompt to meet with me (next day in fact) and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answered any questions I had in the process. There wasn’t any shady sales tactics and I genuinely felt that their rep Scott had my personal interests and concerns in mind.
The crew showed up not only early but all with great attitude and genuine enthusiasm to help us out with our issue. They exceeded my families expectations and went above and beyond in how they conducted their work. The worksite was kept tidy and they cleaned up very well after they were completed. Gardner Construction was hired to do a major basement wall project in our 100-year old home. We consulted with almost a dozen contractors and made the right choice with Gardner. Brandon was the Crew Lead with 3 others and they were great. They executed the design exactly as the engineer instructed, cleaned up as they went, and completed the project on time at reasonable cost. Very important they kept us informed of their progress the whole time. We've provided pictures of a corner of the basement to show the major stages of work: starting condition; clearing existing material and cutting footing; installing rebar/forms; bracing with pouring; forms down; final footing installed. We close the pics with a look at most of a new wall. Ours was a big project. We highly recommend Gardner Construction for basement foundation repairs and expect they excel at any concrete work they do. We'd do 6 Stars if we could. Homeowners in Robbinsdale.

The Gardner team was great to work with from start to finish. I reached out about sidewalk replacement/installation and I'm very happy with the results! They got the job done quickly and the results look great.

When a large section of our foundation collapsed this summer, we were in shock and at a complete loss for where to turn. We got bids from several foundation companies and Gardner's was the most comprehensive and affordable for us. They were extremely patient, communicative, transparent, and thorough in all their work on our property. Every person we interacted with (Gardner personnel and their subcontractors) was wonderful and brought a sense of calm to a chaotic situation. Gardner rebuilt 55' of our foundation, re-poured our concrete front steps and all of our sidewalks, added 80' of corrective grading, installed 45' of new gutter, re-built our deck, and installed a new exterior door that we'd purchased previously. All work is stellar and cleanup was thorough.
