We recently had a Web Steel Building erected on our property in Battleground by Aldercrest.  We appreciated the staff and crew and the quality work that they performed on our behalf.  Aldercrest completed the excavation, concrete slab and erection along with some interior work. We would recommend Aldercrest in the future.

Aldercrest was able to efficiently demo, re-grade, pour and finish 800sqft of driveway and garage floor slab. Challenging conditions and weather were no match.

Their crew is experienced concrete craftsmen and they did a great job with smooth, flat finishes and attention to detail that's hard to find in a concrete contractor.

I have worked with a a lot of contractors, Layton and his team are THE BEST!! They take pride in their work and are very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish we were thrilled with the professionalism, management, communication and customer service. On time and on budget! The build was faced with many challenges, (pandemic, record breaking heat, supply chain issues, etc) but was never a worry for us because we knew we were in good hands. We could not be happier with our 96 X 60 metal shop. We highly recommend Aldercrest to anyone looking for quality and service.

We just had Aldercrest Construction do a large patio for us, and I have to commend them for exceeding our expectations! They did a really great job listening to our plans and finding attractive solutions to our questions. Layton has the experience we wanted and had great suggestions that resulted in a beautiful look. He was also great at patiently answering our many questions and was there taking care of us and the project every step of the way. Jordan did a great job staying right on top of every text and email and keeping us informed, which cannot be overstated how nice prompt communication is when you’re doing a project like this. The guys did a superb job laying the shape out and worked hard on clean up afterwards. Their bid was better than others we got also, so it was just a great experience all around! We highly recommend Aldercrest and we’re really glad they were the company we chose.

Layton and the crew were great to work with. I am very pleased with the work that he and the crew performed. He followed through on everything he said he would do. His final product is solid. I was able to trust his expertise and workmanship completely throughout the whole process. I would absolutely hire Aldercrest again for concrete or general contracting work. I'm an architect and property manager, in that capacity we have regular need to for good craftsmen. I enjoyed working with Layton Leland and Victor of Aldercrest Construction. We had a small 1200 square foot slab that needed replacement. After we cut out the slab we discovered that the slab was used to support the building walls. There were a few unforeseen problems and Layton was willing to work with our engineer to come up with and implement field solutions that only slowed the project down by a day. The crew accurately formed up bridge and all else for the crawl space - all with out complaint - what a team player. Attributes you want on your job: strength, skill, experience, patience, high emotional intelligence (cool under pressure) and the ability to adapt in changing field conditions with grace. Our project came out beautifully.

Victor is soft spoken and has the respect of his crew - who are willing to follow his direction. It nice to observe a concrete crew on a job site that does such beautiful work and "keeps it clean".

Another benefit that came with choosing Aldercrest: The crew did not smoke on our job and the team has clean language.

We would use this company again!

Aldercrest did a faboulous job on our 3 projects. Layton and his crew were responsive and communicated with us through the entire project. The suggested ways to improve the outcome and actually saved us money. The attention to site management and cleanup was also impressive. The completed projects exceeded our expectations both in quality/value and we will certainly use them again in the future. I would reccomend them without reservation.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new patio and cover. We learned of Aldercrest Construction through Web Steel Buildings NW, who supplied the structural materials for the patio cover, and we are glad they referred us to Layton. Layton and Victor worked very hard to create exactly what we have been dreaming of and we've already used the 20' x 18' space a ton during this cold and wet Oregon winter. I started off just wanting a new RV pad completed and got quotes for asphalt and after discussing it with family and friends and decided to get an estimate for concrete. Met with Layton and was very pleased with our meeting. I received a estimate and approved to have Layton complete the RV pad. And then the wife said “ that’s going to make the driveway look terrible” so there went the budget! I am so glad I did it and the team at Aldercrest were amazing. Professional, on time, and clean up done to perfection. Highly recommended to have them complete your project.

We were very disappointed with how unprofessional and unresponsive Jose was after we agreed on an estimate and work date. We patiently waited over a month to get the work done and then just a few days before the date he sent a google calendar cancellation with no explanation or apology, nothing. We had also sent two emails in the weeks leading up to the date finalizing a few details and to confirm the date with no response. What a waste of time!

José replaced our patio and walkway. He was great at letting us know what to expect and when to expect it throughout all phases of the job. José and his team were always time and very professional. We are very happy with how our project turned out. Thank you José!

ConcreStone was referred to me by a family member that had some work done by him. After seeing the quality that Jose and his team produced I wanted to hire ConcreStone for the concrete work I wanted done. Jose, the owner, was so polite and easy to communicate with throughout my project that it just made me even more pleased that I chose him for the work I needed. We where needing a master/back patio for our house and we also wanted a curb to go around our future front lawn. Jose has an excellent eye for detail and was able to Invision and achieve what we where looking for. I cannot say enough good this about Jose and his whole team.
