We contacted Groundworks to have our crawlspace inspected, our house is 70 years old and we have been noticing some light shaking in certain areas. James Durocher was very thorough in his inspection spending several hours(3+) to inspect, explain his findings as well as showing some photos of what he found. He also answered our questions as well as showing us several videos on what Groundworks does in crawlspaces. We appreciate his friendliness and service.

Codey Dawes, Isaac Garcia, Jorge Garcia came and did some work on my foundation. They worked their tails off with no lunch breaks for 3 days. They were very informative on telling me the process as they did it. Very polite and well mannered. I would allow them to have access to inside my home if they needed to work inside even if I wasn’t there. When the time comes for the next stage I will be requesting these 3 guys to be the ones to do it. I have a closet door that has not latched since I have lived there (2010) and it does now with no problem.

I highly recommend Groundworks to anyone needing foundation repair.

Sheldon and his crew did an excellent job installing the piers around our foundation. They ran into a few unexpected problems, which required extra time and effort. I was impressed that there were no additional charges — and the crew maintained a great attitude throughout.

After Sheldon’s team finished, Luke and Anthony came in to lift our slab. Their work was clean and precise — I can barely tell where the holes were drilled for the expansion compound. Anthony even vacuumed the dust as Luke drilled, so there was no mess left behind.

Overall, Groundworks provided excellent service. Their workers were respectful of my family and property, and the quality of their work was outstanding.

Alejandro, Omar, and Ivan were a fantastic crew to work with. They were able to do the work a day before schedule and completed it all in one day. Alejandro answered all of my questions and was dedicated to doing the job right. They arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased and will probably reach out for more work on the rest of the house in the future.

Had Rory come do an inspection for a foundation on my home. Rory was informative, kind, and frankly gave us direct information and market insight on Foundation Repair market. I highly endorse Groundworks and Rory and would recommend giving them a call for your next assessment.

As I requested, GROUNDWORKS sent an inspector to my house, in Edmond, OK. to access the amount of work I needed to be done, before I listed my home for sale. When JAMES DUROCHER arrived, it didn't take long for me to see that the company sent me their most competent certified inspector! James was so friendly, with a warm personality, and I instantly felt like I had known him for years! As we talked about Groundworks, he told me how he was so happy to be working for them and what a conscientious, "customer comes first" kind of company it is. I quickly had a feeling that it was a "hometown" Oklahoma company, but turned out that it's actually nationwide!
As we went around my home, accessing areas that needed attention, I saw right away that he took a lot of pride in doing a thorough inspection. He explained exactly what was going on in each area and exactly what would be needed to repair it. He found things that I hadn't noticed. Some were minor and could wait, but there were a couple areas that I should consider addressing sooner than later. Those areas were exactly what I had called Groundworks about repairing in the first place (2 sections on my elevated concrete porch that had been sinking and were causing me to trip and fall when I wasn't watching where I was going.)
Within the 1st hour of his visit, I decided Groundworks was the company, and James was my guy to oversee the project!!

Mark is fantastic. He performed a thorough review of our foundation, concrete, and basement. We are looking forward to the solutions he recommended to fix our water damage issues.

I had a wonderful experience with Groundworks. They lifted one side of my house and were able to close a bunch of cracks I had. Skyler, my inspector was very nice and came out multiple times to answer my questions to make sure I had a comfortable experience. Brock and his crew were very polite and did a very good job.

Luke and Anthony kept us well informed of their arrival time and were on time! They immediately set to work, doing a very professional job. They went above and beyond making the repair very smooth. I was very pleased with the results.

This was the BEST team of workers I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Luke W, Anthony M, Isaac G, Brayden M, and Lane M. They all showed up on time, very polite and professional. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and were encouraged to ask questions and learn about the process. If I could give a higher rating I would. 10 out of 10 I fully recommend this company and these workers. Thank you

Groundworks reached out to offer different options that might meet my budget requirements. Moving rating from 3 to 4 stars for now.

Hunter Holmes did my inspection/estimate. He was on time and courteous. He seemed to do a thorough inspection and gave good explanations. That part was great. The company's pricing for crawl space encapsulation was outrageous though.

This company came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! We have and older river house with lots of sand and definitely not the “standard” home to lift. This didn’t stop them, they put their top crew on it and called in their production team to make sure the job was done right and they met their expectations and goals! We’re very impressed with their workmanship, clean up after the job, and white glove service. Huge thank you to the whole team and special shout out to the experienced crew (Broc, Anjel, and Matt) who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

Very professional. Fast and efficient. Explained everything as it was happening. Very happy with the experience. Great crew.

Hunter Holmes was an absolute gentleman! He took extra time to explain every aspect of his inspection and afforded us time to ask plenty of questions plus offer our input.Hunter was promptly on time & called when he was on his way. He used state of the art technology and took his time. We would highly recommend Groundwork’s!

Warranty job completed!! Luke and Anthony arrived on time… even gave me a heads up prior to arrival. They inspected and explained what they found and the remedy needed. Like how they communicated to me the process. Good attitudes and courteous. A very clean and professional job completed. Thank you Groundworks for your service, support and these technicians.

Edit: This portion is a review of the post-servicing- I was absolutely blown away by the fast pace and friendliness for the crew. The Foreman explained everything they had done in great detail and left me with no further questions other than how to refer them to anyone I know who needs the services provided by Groundworks. I appreciate everything they did to ensure my home will continue to be supported and stable without worrying about further settling. The Foreman also provided me with expectations of how the yearly inspections will go and more information about what might come next if it's noticed that the house is becoming uneven again. Thank you for the services you all provide. I believe that Broc, the Foreman, will continue to be a great leader for any crew as well.
The inspector, Chris Stewart, was completely competent and very informative on the scope of work that was required and even some other options to consider for the future to fix our issues. The understanding of the work process and financial aspect was reflected in the presentation which made the decision move forward was very easy to make. I will definitely recommend Groundworks to anyone I know who needs the kind of work they provide!

Groundworks did a great job, from the original estimate to the crew that did the work. The communications were very complete and they answered all questions. They correct a problem with a step that I personally did not think that they would be able to correct completely, but they managed to get it done. Joe and Kaly did a great job of communicating and completing the work. If they used stars for the work, I would give them 5 stars. I am completely satisfied with the job they did.

Had concrete on porch & driveway repaired as well as foam installed to level. Joe & Kaly did an excellent job. They were both very friendly, kept us informed on the work they were doing.
