Very nice crew. They are working on the ditch system in our neighborhood this week. However, we are the only house where the (new) mailbox was taken out. It still hasn't been put back AND they dented the mailbox so the door no longer closes.

D & F Construction Inc. is working in our neighborhood as part of a greenway initiative. The road now feels more dangerous to drive on, and the company may not be responsible for the project’s design, their execution and on-site conduct have been poor.

Crews have parked both work and personal vehicles in resident-only parking spaces and illegally on the grass. They have blocked the only sidewalk with a portable toilet for weeks, forcing pedestrians into the street. The crew has also left trash behind at the end of the workday.

Basic site management and respect for the surrounding community have been lacking.

Undate: G&D Construction work looks good but they don't use good quality concrete unfortunately 10 months later the concrete started chipping and cracking. They said it was because I used salt, which I did not because I park my SUVs in the driveway to block the snow. So please beware the concrete may not last and you will be charged for any repairs. This project cost too much to have any issues like this within the first year. I do not recommend.

Built the foundation for my 26×30' garage. Front walkway and driveway to garage. Have recommended to at least a half dozen of new projects. And will use again to widen and repair my driveway in front of my house.

The builders that came out to replace our basement stairs were very skilled and loved their job, joking and having a good time while they worked. It was a pleasure having them work on the house.

Hello! They did a great job on my project. They don’t take credit cards, which I thought was odd, but otherwise I’m happy! They did a beautiful job with my decorative pavers/concrete in my backyard to extend my deck.

I used G&D at the recommendation of Long Fence which installed an iron hand railing which had come loose in a concrete landing. G&D was very prompt and professional in coming to the house, scoping the work and getting me a written contract. The work was immediately scheduled, completed on time and expertly performed.

The construction of a Roof over an existing carport/patio was done in a top rate professional manner. All of the workers and architect put great pride in their work. They were courteous and helpful while they went about their work. The administrative or business side of the project was handled in a very professional and respectful style. We are very satisfied with the completion of our project. It looks simply wonderful.

I was very PLEASED with the work done on my home, the front of my house had a brick in yard that had been leaning ready to fall, my porch was in need of a paint job G&D restored my front yard and my back yard to BEAUTIFUL, working with G&D Construction was easy i will recommend them to family and friends, but most of all they were very professional, I am not good with names the office calls and the workers were FANTASTIC, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 😀

G&D Construction repaired our unstable iron hand railings installed on granite stones. These railings had started to shift due to cracks in the granite where they were anchored. G&D's skilled team of two dedicated an entire day's work to the granite steps, using their craftsmanship and mortar expertise to securely reattach the railings. I wholeheartedly recommend G&D Construction for any masonry needs. I also commend Gabriela at G&D for her responsive handling of the estimate and scheduling process.
